Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe the ability of the first year students of SMA N 7 Padang to use adverb of frequency in simple present tense. The population of this research was the first year students of SMA N 7 Padang in academic year 2009/2010. There were 305 students as members of population. In selecting the sample, the researcher used cluster random sampling. Finally, class X2 that consisted of 36 students was a sample of this research. in technique of collecting data, the researcher used structure test that consisted of 40 items as instrumenataion. Before giving the test to the sample, the test was tried out. Then, the researcher analyzed the data by counting standard deviation (SD) and mean (M). Generally, the result of this research showed that the ability of the first year students of SMA N 7 Padang to use adverb of frequency in simple present tense was moderate. It was proved by the fact that 6 students (16,7%) had high ability, 23 students (63,9%) had moderate ability, and 7 students (19,4%). Specifically, the ability of the students to use adverb of frequency in  affirmative sentence of smple present tense was moderate since 25 students (69.4%) had moderate ability. The ability of students to use adverb of frequency in  negative sentence of simple present tense was moderate. It was due to the fact that 22 students (61.1%) had moderate ability, the ability of students to use adverb of frequency in interrogative sntece of smple present tense was moderte. it was due to the fact that 16 students (44.4%) had moderate ability.                                                Keywords: Ability, Adverb of Frequency, Present Tense.

Abstract

 Berbicara (speaking) merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa. Berdasarkan pengalaman dan pengamatan selama mengajar, permasalahan yang dihadapi sebagian besar mahasiswa pada Program Studi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam (KPI) adalah banyaknya mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai yang tidak memuaskan. Masalah ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya siswa kurang mempunyai pengetahuan Bahasa Inggris secara baik, sehingga sulit mengekspresikan ide lewat komunikasi berbahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini untuk menerangkan seberapa jauh strategi menggunakan video bisa meningkatkan ketrampilan menerangkan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi peningkatan ketrampilan berbicara mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri atas 4 kali pertemuan. Penelitian ini adalah siswa mahasiswa semester satu pada Program Studi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam (KPI). Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui tes, observasi, catatan lapangan dan wawancara dan setiap akhir siklus diberikan test. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti dibantu oleh seorang dosen Bahasa Inggris sebagai kollaborator. Temuan dalam  penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ketrampilan berbicara meningkat setelah menggunakan video. Peningkatan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yakni, materi, media, aktivitas kelas, pengelolaan kelas, strategi guru dan pendekatan guru. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan video mampu meningkatkan ketrampilan berbicara mahasiswa pada semester satu Program Studi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam (KPI) STAI Yasni Muara Bungo. Kata Kunci : Video, Peningkatan, Ketrampilan Berbicara

Abstract

Pendidikan harus dapat membantu peserta didik untuk menjadi manusia yang berilmu pengetahuan, berakhlak mulia, dapat hidup bersama orang lain dan memiliki ketrampilan dalam mengaplikasikan ilmunya di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauhmana pengaruh pengetahuan Agama dan pertimbangan moral terhadap agresivitas siswa. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Multistage random Sampling, terpilih MAN 1, MAN 3 dan MAN Labor sebanyak 580 siswa serta jumlah sampel melalui rumus Tuckman sebesar 263 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi,  kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini melalui uji t dan anova. Setelah dilakukan analisis diperoleh kesimpulan (1) terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan agama terhadap agresivitas siswa MAN Kabupaten Bungo, (2) terdapat pengaruh pertimbangan moral terhadap agresivitas siswa MAN Kabupaten Bungo, (3) terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan agama dan pertimbangan moral terhadap agresivitas siswa MAN Kabupaten Bungo. Semakin tinggi Pengetahuan agama dan pertimbangan moral yang diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maka semakin minim perilaku agresivitas siswa.  Kata kunci: Pengetahuan Agama, Pertimbangan Moral dan Agresivitas Siswa.

Abstract

The development of Indonesia's pepper production with its total area, as well as pepper exports as seen from the export volume and export value, which fluctuate every year. The aim of this research is to determine the competitiveness of pepper commodities in Indonesia in 2018-2022 and to find out what influences the competitiveness of pepper commodities in Indonesia in 2018-2022. The types and sources of data used in this study are quantitative data types originating from secondary data. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, the conclusion in this study is that Indonesia's RCA value shows a value of more than one, which means that Indonesia has strong competitiveness in the pepper commodity so that Indonesia's competitiveness for pepper can be said to be above the world average. Factors (variables) that together significantly influence the competitiveness (RCA) of pepper in Indonesia are pepper production, pepper prices, world pepper prices and exchange rates. The factor (variable) that individually has a significant effect on the competitiveness (RCA) of pepper commodities in Indonesia is the exchange rate. The advice that can be given in this study is to increase the competitiveness of the pepper commodity in Indonesia, it is necessary to increase the quality and quantity of sales of pepper by developing and increasing exports of pepper in processed form, so as to increase the volume and value of pepper exports. To increase pepper production in Indonesia, several ways can be done, namely by providing training and guidance to farmers and the pepper processing industry, providing facilities, and increasing research related to pepper processing techniques and processes. Thus the pepper commodity can remain competitive in the international market.

Abstract

The government provides social assistance programs to the poor to help achieve community welfare programs by providing social assistance to the poor. The research used is descriptive research. Technical analysis of the data obtained was carried out using three types of triangulation through data reduction, data presentation, verification and confirmation of conclusions, then data validity, namely source triangulation. The effect of social assistance on the welfare of underprivileged communities in Ulak Rengas Village, Abung Tinggi District, North Lampung has positive and negative effects. Effect can be defined as a result or outcome. The social assistance provided and distributed by the Indonesian government to the poor is very diverse and varies, ranging from social assistance in the form of basic needs to financial assistance. The positive effects of income assistance can improve the economy of poor people, ease the burden of meeting living needs and help poor people manage and make maximum use of the results of life assistance to improve people's living standards. The negative effect of social assistance is that people feel dependent on social assistance, feel that their lives are being helped, people only depend on ordinary social assistance which causes a lack of public awareness of being satisfied, social assistance and improving the economy.

Abstract

Lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, adalah Lembaga yang menitik beratkan pembelajaran yang mengasyikkan. Pembelajaran yang aktif dan interaktif adalah hal yang ingin dicapai dalam proses pembelajaran,agar dapat mengoptimalkan aspek-aspek perkembangan pada anak. Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran adalah metode bercerita. Metode pembelajaran ini lebih menekankan pada aspek pengembangan moral anak. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah dengan metode bercerita dapat meningkatkan moral anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD Dahlia Desa Sungai Mengkuang Kabupaten Bungo dan Bagaimana proses peningkatan moral anak dengan menggunakan metode bercerita PAUD Dahlia Desa Sungai Mengkuang Kabupaten Bungo. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui tentang proses penerapan metode bercerita pada anak usia dini di PAUD Dahlia Desa Sungai Mengkuang Kabupaten Bungo, dan untuk populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak kelompok B. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan moral anak anak dengan menggunakan metode bercerita di PAUD Dahlia Desa Sungai Mengkuang Kabupaten Bungo.
