Abstract

Abstract: Vocabulary mastery is the activity to enrich the vocabulary, they master the vocabulary in order to be able to master four language skills. The problem formulation of this research are; (1)  Is there any difference influence of using Scrabble and Bingo Game Technique toward Students’ Vocabulary Mastery at The Tenth Grade of SMA N 2 Metro Academic Year 2013/3014? (2) Which one is more effective between Scrabble and Bingo Game Technique toward Students’ Vocabulary Mastery at The Tenth Grade of SMA N 2 Metro Academic Year 2013/3014 ?, The object of this research are; (1) To know whether there is any difference Influence of using Scrabble and Bingo Game Technique toward Students’ Vocabulary Mastery at The Tenth Grade of SMA N 2 Metro Academic Year 2013/3014, (2) To know which one is more effective between Scrabble and Bingo Game Technique toward Students’ Vocabulary Mastery at The Tenth Grade of SMA N 2 Metro Academic Year 2013/3014. This research is Quantitative research. Research design that will be used in this research is true experimental design (pretest posttest control group design).. The population of this research is the students’ of SMA N 2 Metro Academic Year 2013/2014 that consist of 660 students. The sample is 60 students. As the sample, 30 as experimental class and 30 as  control class. In taking sample, the researcher used the cluster stratified random sampling. The data collecting tehniques the researcher used try-out, pre-test, treatment and post-test. The data analyzing tehniques, the researcher used normality test, homogenity test and hypothesis test. The differences of both the tehnique are Scrabble Game can make the students feel enjoy, creative and have a challenge and Bingo Game gives the students opportunity to identify the word interestingly. Based on the data analysis, the researcher uses t-test formula. The researcher got the result of tobserved = 3,69 and ttable is 2.00. it means that tobserved > ttable. And the criterion of ttest is Ha accepted if tobserved > ttable . So, there is any difference Influence of using Scrabble and Bingo Game Technique toward Students’ Vocabulary Mastery at The Tenth Grade of SMA N 2 Metro academic year 2013/2014.

Abstract

This study discusses the legal awareness of the people of Bali are influenced by local wisdom in the face of pendemi covid-19. The purpose of this study is to analyze the success of handling Covid-19 in Bali in conjunction with legal awareness/ social culture of the Balinese people. There are two issues to be discussed, first how the legal regulation of countermeasures and efforts to break the chain of plague Covid-19 in Bali. Second, whether the local genius and social culture that has been there and is inherent in the fabric of Balinese life is effectively help the success of the handling of the Covid-19 in Bali ?The Research method used is normative law research Method reviewing the written law from various aspects, the approach of legislation (statute approach), the historical approach (historical approach), and a conceptual approach (conseptual approuach) and comparative approach (comparative approach) with the writing of descriptive analytical. The results of the research show that the Law is used to direct it to the goal-the desired destination, and creates patterns of behavior of new/social change in line with one of the functions of law, namely the function of the law as a means of social change, or a means to engineer society (social engineering). Tri Hita Karana (THK) as a frame of local wisdom in Bali in the life of indigenous peoples has been attached is the local wisdom that are rooted from culture and the hindu religion be a guideline and reference by the public in Bali to act/ behave this affects the legal awareness of the public to remain obedient and loyal in lawless in the community.

Abstract

Kelahiran Undang-undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa diharapkan mampu untuk mengakomodir kepentingan dan kebutuhan masyarakat Desa. Pemerintahan Desa dijalankan oleh Kepala Desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa. Kepala Desa bertugas menyelenggarakan Pemerintahan Desa, melaksanakan Pembangunan Desa, pembinaan kemasyarakatan Desa dan pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa sedangkan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa mempunyai fungsi membahas dan menyepakati Rancangan Peraturan Desa bersama Kepala Desa, menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat Desa dan melakukan pengawasan kinerja Kepala Desa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan berlakunya Undang-undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014, terjadi Perubahan Kedudukan, tugas, fungsi dan wewenang Kepala Desa dan BPD, Kepala Desa tidak lagi bertanggung jawab kepada BPD. Hubungan kerja antara Kepala Desa dengan BPD adalah hubungan kemitraan, konsultasi dan koordinasi yang diatur dalam pasal 1 angka 7 yakni Kepala Desa dan BPD membahas dan menyepakati bersama peraturan desa, Pasal 11 ayat 1 yakni Kepala Desa dan BPD memprakarsai perubahan status desa menjadi kelurahan melalui musyawarah desa, pasal 27 huruf c yakni Kepala Desa memberikan laporan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan secara tertulis kepada BPD, pasal 32 ayat 1 yakni BPD memberitahukan kepada Kepala Desa mengenai akan berakhirnya masa jabatan Kepala Desa secara tertulis enam bulan sebelum masa jabatannya berakhir, pasal 73 ayat 2 yakni Kepala Desa mengajukan Rancangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa dan memusyawarahkannya bersama BPD, pasal 77 ayat 3 yakni Kepala Desa dan BPD membahas bersama pengelolaan kekayaan milik desa.Kata Kunci : Mekanisme Hubungan Kerja Pemerintahan Desa, dan hubungan kerja dengan BPDThe birth of Act No. 6 of the year 2014 of the village is expected to be able to accommodate the interests and needs of the villagers. The working relationship between the village head with BPD is the relationship of partnership, consultation and coordination are set in article 7 1 number i.e. the village chief and BPD joint rules agreed on and discuss village, article 11 paragraph 1 i.e. the village chief and BPD initiated changes the status of the village consultation administrative villages, article 27 subparagraph c i.e. village chief gave a report in writing to the Government holding of BPD, article 32 paragraph 1 i.e. BPD told the village chief on will the expiration of the term of the village chief in writing six months before his term ends, article 73 paragraph 2 i.e. the village chief filed a Draft Budget of income and Expenditure of the village and joint memusyawarahkannya BPD, article 77 paragraph 3 i.e. the village head and BPD discuss together the village-owned wealth management.Key words: mechanisms of the working relationship the Government of the village, and a working relationship with BPD

Abstract

Salah satu perwujudan pelaksanaan demokrasi adalah adanya pemilukada (Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah). Dengan adanya pemilukada membuktikan bahwa kedaulatan sepenuhnya berda di tangan rakyat. Rakyat menentukan sendiri masa depannya dengan secara individu memilih pasangan Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah. Dari kata-kata tersebut terlihat jelas tentang adanya pelibatan rakyat secara langsung dalam proses pemilihan Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Hukum Normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Ketentuan Pasal 24 C ayat (1) UUD 1945 memberikan kewenangan Mahkamah Konstitusi untuk memutus perselisihan hasil pemilu. Lebih lanjut, ketentuan UU No. 24 Tahun 2003 tentang Mahkamah Konstitusi mengamanatkan bahwa perselisihan tentang hasil perolehan suara pemilu diselesaikan melalui Mahkamah Konstitusi. Tata cara pelaksanaan penyelesaian perselisihan perolehan hasil suara dalam pemilukada telah diatur dalam Peraturan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 15 Tahun 2008 tentang Pedoman Beracara dalam perselisihan Pemilukada. Ketentuan Pasal 24C ayat (1) UUD 1945 yang dikuatkan dengan Pasal 10 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2003 tentang Mahkamah Konstitusi yang menyatakan bahwa Mahkamah Konstitusi memiliki 4 (empat) kewenangan mengadili pada tingkat pertama dan terakhir yang putusannya bersifat final untuk :”(1) Menguji Undang-Undang terhadap UUD 1945; (2) Memutus sengketa kewenangan lembaga negara yang kewenangannya diberikan oleh UUD 1945; (3) Memutus pembubaran partai politik; dan (4) Memutus perselisihan tentang pemilihan umum”.Kata Kunci : Kewenangan, Implikasi Putusan dan Sengketa hasil pemilihan Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala DaerahABSTRACTOne manifestation of the implementation of democracy is Electoral Districts. The provisions of article 24 C of paragraph (1) The Constitution of 1945 gave the Constitutional Court has the authority to break disputes the election results. Further, the provisions of Act No. 24 of 2003 the Constitutional Court mandates that disputes about the vote tally election results were resolved through the Constitutional Court. Dispute resolution procedures for the implementation of the outcome of the vote tally in pemilukada has been set in the regulations of the Constitutional Court No. 15 of 2008 about Beracara Guidelines in strife Pemilukada. The provisions of article 24C paragraph (1) The Constitution of 1945 of strengthened by article 10 paragraph (1) of Act No. 24 of the year 2003 on the Constitutional Court to the effect that the Constitutional Court has four (4) authority to adjudicate on the first and last levels an award is final for: "(1) test the law against The Constitution of 1945; (2) Severing of disputes the State agencies the Authority those powers granted by The Constitution of 1945; (3) Disconnect the dissolution of political parties; and (4) disconnect the disputes about the elections ".Keywords: Authority, the implications of the ruling and Disputed election results the head region and Deputy Head of the regional

Abstract

This writing aims to find out 1) What factors are behind the increasing number of foreign workers in the East Lombok Region. 2) what is the effort of the East Lombok Regency Government to protect local workers from the rush of foreign workers in the East Lombok Regency. This research was conducted with the "empirical normative" method or literature study and added empirical elements, which collected material from literature both in hardcopy and softcopy and normatively analyzed with the study of international law and Indonesian national law and by adding empirical elements. The results obtained are as follows: 1) Factors affecting the increasing number of foreign workers in the East Lombok regency can be found in Law No. 25 of 2007 concerning Foreign Investment, a book on legal aspects of investment and interviews with foreign labor inspector officials in East Lombok. The implementation of GATS in Indonesia requires the existence of a free market which means that more foreign workers will enter Indonesia. 2) the government's effort to protect local workers from the entry of foreign workers, by issuing a more selective policy on the supervision of foreign workers entering and work to Indonesia by issuing Presidential Decree No.20 of 2018 on Foreign Workers and implementing regulations Permenaker No, 10 of 2018 concerning How to use TKA. Abstract

Achievement of memory can be owned if we had a concern in doing certain strategy and special effort. There are  some ways to improve it. 1). Create the relationships logically and systematically. 2). A story can be a way to memorize. 3).  ‘sleeping’ is a way to record the things we have learned 4). Associate something by the unusual thing 5). Use the real things  to memorize abstract ideas 6). Designing tools by ourself is  approach of memorizing . 7). Track back all the things that precede and accompany a forgotten incident 8). We need to have break for 2 to 5 minutes when we are studying in every 30 minutes 9). Repetition is an essential step in creating long-term memory. 10). Create a multy sensory memory by joining what we see, say and do. 11). Memorize the things by the acronym of the first letter of a word, phrase or sentence.Keyword : Memory
