Abstract

Education in the family is the first and foremost education base. A harmonious and happy family situation will give birth to a child or a good and responsible successor generation. The role parents should be as the first person in the study of the fundamentals of education on his children.In reality, most students Prefer to play, watch TV and others. The relationship that will be done between parents and teachers at SMP Negeri Satu Atap1 West Halmahera Village of Buo district of Loloda, West Halmahera regency of North Maluku, is holding a meeting or meeting to discuss increasing the students' learning interest School principals, parents and teachers related to student activities at home and at school. It is thus necessary that the relationship between parents and teachers is needed, so that students' learning interest will continue to increase so that students can excel in the future.A number of experiments and observations strengthened the fact that much of the student learned from his teacher. Students will absorb attitudes, beliefs imitating behaviors, achievements and continuous learning desires in students sourced from the personality of the teacher.Efforts made between parents and teachers in increasing the learning interest of students, parents always provide the motivation to learn to students and parents always provide learning guidance to students. Abstract

Permendagri No. 113 stated that Village Budget is all the rights and obligations which can be valued with money and goods involved with implementation of village’s rights and obligations. Budget control is the whole activities included:, planning, implementing, administration, reporting and accountability process of the village budget.Alokasi Dana Desa (Village Budgeting) or so called “ADD” is the balancing fund from APBD after special allocation fund is reduced. The budgeting needs control from the society, it has to be clear, transparent and accountable therefore understandable for every part of the society in the village.This research aims to 1.) Know the role of the society to Village Budget Controlling process (ADD) in Desa Kuma Selatan kecamatan Essang Selatan. 2) Get description about the utilization of the Village Budget involved in Village Development.The method used in this research is qualitative method while analysis data technique used Miles and Huberman (2001) method. The research showed that the role of the society in village budget controlling process is still far from expectation. This happened because the knowledge of the control itself. Controlling process is to prevent leakage, irrelevance implementation and position abuse. In facts, the controlling of village budget process is consistent with supervision function, and therefore divided into two parts, intern and extern controlling. Intern controlling or supervision can be applied through the implementation of project for Dinas PU as the decision maker in every development. Intern controlling also involved with implementation of ADD by the leader of the organization in the village itself therefore the leader have role and right to implement intern controlling process. Abstract

Seaweed is one of the most promising efforts if it can be managed intensively. From the research showed that the process of seaweed management developed by the community, especially in the village NainI when developed intensively. Until now, the community has been integrated to develop seaweed cultivation by utilizing enough potential sea water, so that it has a good enough prospects in the development of community life patterns. It has been understood that the process of community integration in the handling of seaweed cultivation, especially in the village of Nain Satu until now, among others, is done with the following stages: a). By means of location selection/maintenance and utilization of seedlings B). Location selection cultivation and the method of manufacture C). Planting process and breeding seaweed D). Seedlings care and Maintenance system e). Process of handling post Panen f). Profit gained from the management of Seaweed g). Impact on increase in farmer income h). Improvement in life patterns. With the management of seaweed cultivation is still encountered constraints that affect the life of the community, the control between through: a). Seeds of disease a). Abstract

Globalization is all about the aspect of human life, one of the important aspects of globalization's influence is lifestyle change. Individuals who rapidly absorb information developments will tend to behave following the era of globalization. Fashion becomes one of the target individuals who have a desire to follow the trend, various media such as magazines, television, even many internet sites that offer the desired products. The change in fashion happens periodically tends to form individuals into consumptive up to the very frequent stages of spending intensity.In addition to lifestyle shopping community or family lifestyle can also be seen in daily activities. For example in the form of the social gathering they compete, there is no shopping at home but filling the social gathering like weekly, Monthly and others. While the lifestyle through consumptive life patterns can be seen from the way of shopping the community to meet the basic needs, both food, clothing, housing and others. Style.The consumptive life pattern is the desire to consume items that are less needed excessively just to find the satisfaction side. Indeed, consumptive behavior has a lot of negative effects than positive. Abstract

Management of food programs, where the government still prioritizes the handling of food programs as an alternative to overcome the dangers of the population from hunger. Each region usually has a difference in managing food programs because food management in each region is not always uniform. Food program di Intaap village is still one of the mainstay programs of the farming community, so to be able to survive during theCovid-19 pandemic in farmers must be more active in trying. In the end, this pandemic not only threatens safety, public health, but also terrorizes the food sector, ranging from production, distribution, to consumption.That in handling the Food program when facing the crisis during the Covid 19 period, various strategies are needed to maintain the needs of the community. Therefore, the government has tried and taken steps in handling food security, so that the strategy prepared by the intaap village government through several programs that have been prepared, among others, through the assistance of agricultural production facilities to the intaap villagers.Community participation in the handling of food programs is very important, especially in the village of Intaap Ransiki District, South Manokwari Regency. Forms of community participation in the handling of food programs in accordance with the results of research, among others in the form of labor participation. Abstract

Local wisdom is part of a society's culture that cannot be separated from the language of the community itself. Local wisdom is usually passed down through generations through word of mouth. Local wisdom itself contains very important knowledge about cultured life so that local wisdom is used as an asset of the nation's culture.Maluku is an archipelago province in eastern Indonesia that has cultural diversity from various sub-ethnic. Diversity is meant to show self-identity, various identity of one of them is traditional house. Various forms of construction and building materials have meaning according to the perspective of various sub-ethnic.Traditional houses are used for a variety of traditional and kinship activities, ranging from the life cycle from birth to adulthood to marriage even to death. Baileo is a physical building, but in Baileo there is actually a social space that gathers all the public interest so that historical and cultural facts have different meanings in each indigenous environment, including indigenous peoples in The Land of Allang. In Allang State, the clans Siwalette and Sabandar can only occupy the social layout of Baileo. On that basis, Baileo remained sanctity, seen as sacred in the practice of indigenous life. This kind of living system is only possible in community groups whose principle of life is guided by cultural references.Keywords: Local wisdom, traditional house, culture
