Abstract

The development of multimedia currently has also contributed to the provision of social media community especially in the communication needs users, as well as in supporting the process of learning how to teach at education institutions. The development of technology computer hardware and software user computer application in activities for working people, that is why every single human being out there always in charge in trying to adapt to the various communications technology to facilitate the multimedia world abreast of developments in technology.In developmentally where multimedia may make it easier for human beings in do many things, not of mean things which make it always have a positive impact for the environment the community, there are the negative impact of what it felt like start of yourself as user and the impact of that exert influence over the environment.Technological progress communication especially the use of social media apparently had an impact that diverse in society in general such as changes on how to work, behavior and social life and improve thought behavior more developed and negative impact on notice some people of technology in Kelurahan Winangun Satu Kecamatan Malalayang Kota Manado.Technology development communication have an impact on the occurrence of a change in society as pattern behavior each individual start less sociable a fellow member of the communities of which each individual sometimes busy with itself because affected by the presence of the development in the world multimedia. Keywords: multimedia, communication, social

Abstract

Human life can not be separated with transport services, because humans need transportation services to meet the needs of his life. As the development of science and technology, used by companies to provide transportation services transportation services online. The company's Go-Jek, Grab, danUber now present in a society of the city of Manado. Go-Jek is transportation services using motor-driven online. This application can be downloaded via google play for users of android and apple's app store for the user. Applications Go-Jek also serves other online services such as GoCar, Go-Mart, Go-Shop, Go-Massage, Go-Clean, Go-Send, Bluebird, and GoGlam. One of the services available are Go-Car. Go-Car is an online community-based transport using the car as a medium transport. The car used is a kind of private vehicles like the agya, ayla, avansa, xenia, terios, rush and other personal vehicles. Go-Car give maximum service to the user Go-Carlike, friendly drivers, give discounts (discounts via go-pay), the circumstances, the availability of good car sweets and mineral water as well as affordability.  The presence technological advancement the taxi online existence can not be avoided. Taxi online community became the choice because it is considered better than conventional public transport. Both in terms of services, the comfort and certainty of the price for this is less perceived while using conventional transportation services. With the Go-Car in the town of Manado, passenger transport which have official permission from Dishub (Department of transportation) feel marginalized by continually increasing the online Go Transit-Car which, according to their perceptions of lowers the earnings of other transport driver because many passengers who switch to using the services of Go-Car.. Abstract

Indonesian society is plural society in every aspect of life, such as culture diversity, nature and geography. The local Indonesian culture is very diverse which is considered as a pride also can be a challenge to maintain and preserve to the next generation.In the village society which still have traditional life and culture, ?gotong-royong? or mutual cooperation is one of the characteristic inherited from generation to the generation. Abstract

Education in the family is the first and foremost education base. A harmonious and happy family situation will give birth to a child or a good and responsible successor generation. The role parents should be as the first person in the study of the fundamentals of education on his children.In reality, most students Prefer to play, watch TV and others. The relationship that will be done between parents and teachers at SMP Negeri Satu Atap1 West Halmahera Village of Buo district of Loloda, West Halmahera regency of North Maluku, is holding a meeting or meeting to discuss increasing the students' learning interest School principals, parents and teachers related to student activities at home and at school. It is thus necessary that the relationship between parents and teachers is needed, so that students' learning interest will continue to increase so that students can excel in the future.A number of experiments and observations strengthened the fact that much of the student learned from his teacher. Often because bustle and various another reason, so that we less aware of cleanliness of the environment in around us.Tuabatu village there were a habit people who throw garbage in public places this is very relating to the level of public awareness. The habit is very difficult to overcome that it deals with a tradition. Abstract

Gender equality and justice is one of the goals of the eight global goals of the world countries committed in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Equality and Justice of Gender (KKG) has become a very important issue and has become the commitment of the nations in the world including Indonesia so that the entire country become bound and must carry out the commitments. Therefore women empowerment programs have become the agenda of the nation and require the support of all parties. Therefore women empowerment programs have become the agenda of the nation and require the support of all parties. The regularity of women reflects the inequality between men and women in Indonesia, this can be seen from the picture of the condition of women in Indonesia. One of the role of gender is the consciousness of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) which has not been so maximal in carrying out the work so that in determining the positions of certain women's position is still minimal compared to the males, the strong patriarchal culture certainly weakens the position of women, this is due to ASN awareness of gender conscious programs have not been implemented in theirTherefore, the gender role for ASN is to improve public services as closely as possible without gender discriminate. Abstract

The development of science and technology gave birth to a variety of new discoveries, both in the field of science and technology. One of the results of new discoveries in the field of technology is the presence of online games. Online Games are electronic and visual based games, online games are also played using electronic visual media. The online game is very closely related to the attitude and morals and language used. Online games are an alternative choice for students when they are bored and tired of studying. But without realizing it, online games turned out to have an impact on players both positive, negative impacts and motivation to learn in college.This study aims to find out more about how the impact of online games on learning motivation in students who are in the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. This study uses qualitative research methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used as an analysis tool for this research is Max Weber's social action.From the results of this study it was found that the game or game becomes very influential, when only used unilaterally. This means that it is not balanced by valuable activities, so it only has a negative impact, typically by students. Students have high competence in education, but if the game defeats the main activity, then this of course has an adverse effect on motivation to learn.Keywords: Impact; Online game; Motivation to learn

Abstract

Education has a very important role in relation to the management and preservation of the environment and natural resources, education seeks to change the behavior of students in thinking and acting or acting. SMA N 1 Tampan Amma is one of the schools in Talaud that lacks educators willing to be placed in rural areas including islands / small. The first public school in Tampan Amma subdistrict and very far from the district capital, experienced problems that include weak quality of teaching staff, teachers who must meet professional requirements, teachers who must have a progressive nature, oriented to progress / renewal, always follow the development, and love to learn.In order to produce superior human resources. Involving the ideas of all educators in the commission session held at the beginning of the new learning year, representing the development of educators in SMA Negeri 1 Tampan Amma based on democratic values and nuances of justice and commitment to carry it out continuously.
