Abstract

Abstrak: Indeks LQ45 merupakan kumpulan dari 45 saham yang paling Liquid di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Setiap 6 bulan sekali, Bursa Efek Indonesia melakukan evaluasi terhadap saham yang masuk dalam daftar indeks LQ45.Hal ini berarti bahwa saham yang kinerjanya menurun akan di keluarkan di indeks LQ45 dan diganti oleh saham yang meningkat kinerjanya sesuai dengan kriteria dan ketentuan yang dikeluarkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk masuk di indeks LQ45. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi apakah volume perdagangan, return on asset, kapitalisasi pasar dan net profit margin memiliki pengaruh terhadap masuknya saham di indeks LQ45 sehingga menimbulkan spillover effect pada saham non-LQ45.Dengan harapan adanya efek positif yang dapat menjadi informasi dari saham yang terdaftar di indeks LQ45 terhadap non-LQ45.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi panel data.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kapitalisasi pasar berpengaruh signifikan dan paling konsisten sehingga memiliki informasi positif terhadap saham non LQ45. Dari hasil penelitian ini menjadi saran bagi saham non LQ45 untuk perlu meningkatkan  kapitalisasi pasar perusahaan agar dapat masuk dalam indeks LQ45, dengan ditopang oleh kondisi keuangan yang baik/stabil agar investor tertarik untuk berinvestasi dan otomatis jika banyak investor yang bertransaksi di perusahaan tersebut akan menaikan harga saham dan jumlah saham yang beredar sehingga otomatis kapitalisasi pasar perusahaan akan naik. Kata Kunci: spillover effect, volume perdagangan, return on asset, kapitalisasi pasar, net profit margin.

Abstract

Abstract: The right to have an adequate level of life, health, and welfare of people is a part of human right and recognized by all nations in the world, including Indonesia. The problem is that not all citizens of Indonesia can afford health care services. On December 31, 2013 the government established BPJS as the administrator of the National Health insurance of Indonesia called JKN (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional). JKN helps the citizens, but as for the Hospitals, there are so many changes that exhibit and they need to change their payment system from fee for service to INACBG’s. With INACBG the Hospitals will Receive the payment after they make monthly claim. Currently, BPJS is experiencing deficit, and this is effecting the claim process.  The purpose of this study is to make a comparison of service quality of the hospitals before and after the implementation of JKN. Using Wilcoxon signed rank test and descriptive analysis. It is found that there is no significant difference of the service quality of Hospitals before and after the implementation of JKN and the users want to use JKN again for financial ease. In order to make JKN a successfull program, the government need to make sure that all of the parties within the cycle of JKN need to work together. Keyword: bpjs, jkn, health care, service quality.

Abstract

Abstract: Energy is used in the production process as the inputs. Micro and small business have big role in the economic growths. This micro and small business? use the energy as an input. This study aims to describe the current energy management. The informants are the owner of micro and small business and the household. Using a qualitative method with case study approach this study found that energy that act as input in the production process could affect the production input. The energy needs are different for each micro and small business. Cheaper energy could reduce the energy spending for the micro and small business home activity, but not for their production activity. Energy spending of the micro and small business does have significance effect to the micro and small business production output. Cheaper energy does reduce the energy cost in number but it does not increase the production output in long-term. They are currently not saving the energy and only a few have intention to save in future. Micro and small business need to use renewable energy in their home activities, the cost could be considered high, but in long term it is cheaper and more environmental friendly.Keywords: energy availability, energy management, micro and small business, bitung
