Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan delay avoidan, work method dan cara belajar terhadap prestasi belajar,. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah confirmatory research. Dalam penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode Proportionate Stratified Rondom Sampling. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian melalui penyebaran angket kepada siswa-siswi kelas XI IPS 1, 2 dan 3 SMA Negeri 5 Jember. Data yang terkumpul akan di analisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji f) diperoleh Fhitung= 93,006 > Ftabel = 2,769, dan hasil sig 0,000, sehingga H1 yang berbunyi “Delay Avoidan, Work Method, Cara belajar berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap prestasi  belajar” diterima.Kata Kunci : Delay avoidan, Metode kerja, Cara belajar dan Prestasi belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of career development in influencing competence on teacher performance. The study was conducted in all the high schools in Jember. The variables used in this study consisted of competence, career development and teacher performance. The type of research is a quantitative approach research with explanatory research methods. The population is all economics teachers in Jember City Public High School. The method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling with the criteria of permanent teachers who have worked for 2 years at a minimum. Data analysis method uses path analysis. After being analyzed, the results of the t test and path analysis, can be seen that competence has a significant effect on teacher career development and teacher performance. The analysis also shows that career development is able to mediate competence in teacher performance. A teacher who has competence, it will be easy to develop a career which will have an impact on performance. Professional teachers, will always have high demands in their work, so with competence and good career development, the performance will also be better.

Abstract

Student Worksheet (LKS) is a printed teaching material in the form of sheets of paper containing material, summaries, and instructions for implementing learning tasks that must be done by students. This study aims to determine the image-based student worksheets used can increase student interest in economic subjects in class X in Sulek High School. Development research uses the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The sample in this study were 20th grade X students. The results of the development of the image-based worksheet for the analysis phase showed that students needed material that connected the material to everyday life. The design phase designs student worksheets by adding learning objectives and concept maps in the preamble, and adding images related to the material. The development phase consists of two stages, step 1 adding images according to the material and in step 2 adding sources to the images. The results of the LKS validation that have been developed increase from stage 1 to 3.5, stage 2, which is 3.9 stage 3, which is 4.7 with very good criteria. After the implementation phase shows the learning outcomes of students before using the worksheet reached a percentage of 25% after using the worksheets the students increased, namely in the first phase reaching a percentage of 75%, in the second stage 80% and in the third stage until reaching the highest number of subjects completing the value of 90%.KeywordsStudent Worksheet, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to describe the causative and dominant factors causing the lack of interest in fisher family children to continue their education to higher education in Puger Kulon Village, Puger District. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants was 6 people, the selection of informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of fishermen family children who did not continue their education to college as the main informants and the parents of the children concerned as supporting informants. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validation techniques use source triangulation and techniques. The results showed that: the factors causing the lack of interest in the children of fishermen's families to continue their education to higher education in Puger Kulon Village, Puger District were the child's own desires, family economic factors, no encouragement from parents, location factors, and environmental factors.
