Abstract

This study was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. Pekanbaru City's economy continues to grow, not triggered by the increasing contributions made by each sector of the economy. The growing economy of Pekanbaru trigger development, be it the construction of public places such as shopping centers, places of worship, hospitals, schools, hotels, and especially housing. The purpose of this study was to determine the selling price determination using hedonic house price on housing medium type in Pekanbaru. Basic sampling in this study using Taro Yamane formula it can be seen the number of samples in this study amounted to 91 homeowners in the medium type of housing in the city of Pekanbaru. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method. The results of this study are Determination selling price of homes using hedonic Price On Housing Type Medium in the city of Pekanbaru is done by considering the characteristics of the location of that land area, building area, number of bedrooms and number of bathrooms then consider the environmental characteristics that access to health care, distance to the center education, and crime rates, and considering the quality of the environment is the level of noise and air qualityKeywords: Characteristics Location, Environmental Caracteristics, Environmental Quality, Determination of Hedonic Price Method

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of Bangkit cookies business in Pekanbaru, seen from several aspects such as aspect of market and marketing, technical aspects of production, legal aspects, legal management especially from the aspect of financial. Data used in this research is to use the primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from field research by interviewing, observation, and quetionnaries. While secondary data obtained from various agencies or institutions associated with the problems examined include Department of Industry and Commerce City of Pekanbaru, Department of Cooperatives and Small-Medium Enterprises City of Pekanbaru and Central Bureau of Statistics. The Results of feasibility analysis in terms of both quantitative and qualitative data shows that Bangkit cookies Business Pekanbaru is eligble to run. It is one of them is shown with a financial analysis which procedur Net Present Value (NPV) Positive value is Rp. 54.617.544. Internal of Return Value is 48.5%, where the value is greater than the interest rates on loans (12 percent). Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) indicates the number of 1.0679. Net Benefit Ratio showed the number of 2,0649655 and payback periods of 1 year 10 months and 6 days which means this business has been able to cover the cost of its original investment before the age of business ended.Keyword : Feasibility study Bangkit Cookies business

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the furniture industry costumers and the value of production of the electric energy demand in the furniture industry in Pekanbaru and to determine the most dominant variable affecting the demand for electrical energy on the furniture industry in the City of Pekanbaru, Riau. The analysis of the data used in this research is quantitative deskriptive model of multiple linear regression model. Result of this study were obtained from questioner (primary) and some observations and direct interviews with respondents furniture industry which includes the identity of the respondent, the number of customer industries of furniture and furniture industry production value. The results showed that the adjusted R -square value of 0.823, which means that 82.3 % of electric energy demand in the furniture industry is influenced jointly by the variables in the model. While the remaining 17.7 % is influenced by other factors in the model. partial variable number of subscribers furniture industry ( X1 ) and the production value ( X2 ), significantly influence the dependent variable is the electrical energy demand in industry in the city of Pekanbaru ( Y ).Keywords : Electrical Energy Demand, Customer Furniture and Production Value
