Abstract

Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure more than 140/90 mmHg. BatusariSubdistrict Based on a survey conducted by nursing professional students in 2023 in RW 04, Batusari subdistrict, Tangerang City sub-district with 230 samples using the interview method or distributing questionnaires and the highest health problem results were found, namely hypertension at 54.6%. Meanwhile, attitudes towards hypertension were 21.6% in the poor category and hypertension behavior was 69.1% in the poor category and data from interviews conducted by students with the community in RW 04 resulted in the community still not knowing what hypertension is, the signs and risks of hypertension. Based on these findings, we need to plan nursing and health actions to overcome and maintain public health conditions through hypertension education and hypertension diet to improve attitudes and behavior regarding hypertension in BatusariVillage, Tangerang District. This service activity is provided in the form of health education in the form of seminars. The educational material provided is about; the concept of hypertension, prevention, hypertension diet and hypertension exercise demonstrations, this material is presented using lecture and discussion methods. Empowerment activities for cadres and residents through discussions and seminars related to hypertension have had a positive impact, namely increasing residents' knowledge and attitudes about how to treat and prevent hypertension.

Abstract

Latar Belakang, Hipertensi merupakan penyakit silent killer, dimana peningkatan tekanan darah seringkali tanpa gejala. Salah satu terapi alternatif berupa bekam, namun masyarakat belum meyakininya karena dianggap dapat mencederai fisik. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengaruh terapi bekam basah terhadap penurunan tekanan darah. Desain penelitian Quasi eksperimental one group pretest posttest design. Populasinya seluruh pasien yang melakukan terapi bekam  ke Rumah Sehat Thibbun Nabawi El Arsy Tangerang, sampelnya pasien hipertensi sebanyak 80 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel Purposive sampling. Instrument pengambilan data menggunakan lembar observasi, tensi meter, standar opersional prosedural dan alat bekam. Uji analisa data mengunakan Wilcoxon test. Hasil didapatkan nilai tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan mendapatkan nilai sig. 0,00 (p < 0,05), artinya Ha diterima atau adanya perbedaan nilai tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan bekam. Kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh terapi bekam terhadap penurunan nilai tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik pada pasien hipertensi. Saranpeneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat mengisi kesenjangan yang ada dan memberikan bukti lebih lanjut mengenai efektivitas terapi bekam basah sebagai metode pengobatan alternatif untuk mengelola hipertensi dan mengembangkan penelitian terkait variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan terapi bekam terhadap penyakit selain hipertensi.

Abstract

Smartphone addiction is the use of smartphones with a period of more than 7 hours per day so users enjoy to use them for a long time, smartphone addiction can have an impact on development especially in adolescents such as emotional disorders. Research goal: to identify the relationship of smartphone addiction with emotional mental health in teenagers at Junior High School 1 Jawilan. Research method: analytical descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. Population: 852 all Jawilan Junior High School students. Sample: 98 respondents in class IX with age criteria of 14-16 years. Sampling technique: probability random sampling. Instrument: spread of Smartphone Addiction Scale questionnaire and Self Reporting Questionnaire-20 with statistical tests using chi square. Results: showed that respondents in the most criteria were age criteria of 14 years as many as 55 respondents (56.1%), female gender criteria as many as 51 respondents (52.0%), high levels of addiction in smartphones as many as 86 respondents (87.8%), emotional mental indicators 74 respondents (75.5%). Chi Square statistical test results with a value = 0.035 or less (<0.05). Conclusion: Showing the Relationship of Smartphone Addiction with Emotional Mentality to Teenagers in Junior High School 1 Jawilan. Suggestion: monitoring the use of smartphones will have an impact on the emotional mental health of adolescents.
