Abstract

This study investigates the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Abadi Painting. Using a quantitative research approach, data was collected from 60 employees within the company's Sample Room Department Development division. The study employed multiple linear regression analysis to assess the impact of the independent variables leadership style and work motivation on the dependent variable, employee performance. The findings indicate that while leadership style has a positive, albeit not significant, effect on employee performance, work motivation shows a strong and significant positive effect. The combined influence of leadership style and work motivation accounts for a substantial proportion of the variance in employee performance, suggesting that both factors are crucial in optimizing workforce productivity. These results are consistent with previous studies that highlight the pivotal role of motivation in enhancing employee performance. However, the limited impact of leadership style observed in this context suggests the need for further investigation into other organizational factors that may mediate or moderate this relationship.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Supervision on Employee Performance at PT. Kurabo Manunggal Textile Industries, Tangerang City, either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive associative approach. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and a sample of 84 respondents was obtained in this study. The analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y=15.979+0.659X1. The correlation coefficient value is 0.789, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 62.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (11.617 > 1.989). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a partial positive and significant influence between the Work Discipline variable on employee performance. Supervision has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y=18.132+0.606X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.711, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 50.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (9.160 > 1.989). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a partial positive and significant influence between the Supervision variables on Employee Performance. Work Discipline and Supervision have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y=13.605+ 0.492X1+0.222X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.806, meaning that the independent and dependent variables have a very strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 65.0%%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (75.348 > 3.11). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous and significant influence between the Work Discipline and Supervision variables on Employee Performance at PT. Kurabo Manunggal Textile Industries, Tangerang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Pengembangan Karir dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan di PT Altra Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 71 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh sehingga didapat responden sebanyak 71 karyawan. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan system aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi, analisis korelasi, analisis determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji t diperoleh thitung Pelatihan Kerja 6,141 > ttabel sebesar 1,995 atau signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, thitung Pengembangan Karir 7,124 > ttabel sebesar 1,995 atau signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan thitung Kompetensi 13,570 > ttabel sebesar 1,995 atau signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Untuk uji F diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 290,951 > Ftabel sebesar 2,74 atau signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Pelatihan Kerja, Pengembangan Karir dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
