Abstract

In a State infrastructure development is needed for the progress of a nation. This is very important. It should be seen in terms of social, economic, and also have a positive interest because they have to increase development and economy. However, in the past will require new material. One effort to getnew material is by mining sand or rock from the volcanic lava flow deposits. The aforementioned issues are a strong driver in the development of asphalt pavement technology to obtain durable, inexpensive and environmentally friendly pavements including in Indonesia, which helps minimize the existence of natural destruction, one of which is related to using water material for paving new roads has done a lot. One of the waste materials that will be tried to be replaced by new aggregates in this study is concretewaste. variation of concrete waste of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% of the total new aggregate. Then testing the object of the test with the Marshall test method obtained results of Marshall characteristics on the test. Based on the results of the study, the use of concrete waste as coarse aggregate on Marshallkararteristic values in the AC-BC mixture. The greater absorption of concrete waste causes asphalt to be absorbed more than when mixed without using concrete waste. From the analysis results obtained negative values, VMA, VIM and Marshall Quotient increase the increase, while the flow value and VFB increase decrease with increasing levels of concrete waste. The highest value was obtained at 15% concrete waste content that is 1807.1kg, the highest VMA value was obtained at 15% waste content that was 18.81%, the greatest VIM value was obtained at 15% concrete waste content level that was 10.06%, Marshall value The highest was obtained at 5% concrete waste content which was 748.70kg /mm, the highest flow value was obtained at 15% concrete waste content which was 5.82mm and the highest VFB value was obtained at normal levels that was 99.91%.

Abstract

There is a program regarding the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for the period 2015-2030. These Sustainable Development Goals are also a continuation of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) which were agreed upon in 2000 and ended in 2015. Of the 17 existing points, they are related to sustainability. The Development Goals contain one of the points that discusses responsible consumption and production, where this point is included in point 12. Thus by 2030 Indonesia has a target that can achieve sustainable management and efficient use of natural resources. This is the basis of this study, where in this study using concrete to be a coarse substitution with a variation of concrete waste using 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% of the total new aggregate. Then carried out on the test object with the Marshall test method to the permanent deformation test so that the Marshall test results and the results of the permanent deformation are obtained. Concrete waste originating from K-250 quality concrete (ex-test with compressive strength) meets the requirements for hot asphalt mix aggregate based on the 2010 Highways Specification (Revision 3). The permanent deformation value of the Asphalt Concrete Binder Course layer mixture that uses K-250 quality concrete waste shows the level of concrete waste with a composition of 5% which has almost the same dynamic stability performance and speed when compared to 0% composition of concrete waste using 10% concrete waste. and 15% for the composition shows lower performance compared to 0% waste concrete.

Abstract

In a construction project, tower crane productivity is one of the important factors in the success of a project. The analysis of the productivity of the tower crane in the Bintaro Jaya Xchange construction project phase II, aims to analyze the productivity of the tower crane in the Bintaro Jaya Xchange construction project phase II. This research was conducted by observing the daily volume and cycle time of 4 tower cranes. The results of calculations that have been carried out show that the average productivity of tower crane 1 is 8,069.66 kg/hour, tower crane 2 is 8,444.26 kg/hour, tower crane 4 is 7,504.84 kg/hour, and tower crane 5 is 8,524. ,17 kg/hour. From the results of the data above, it can be concluded that tower crane 5 has a higher average productivity compared to other tower cranes. This is because tower crane 5 has a strategic position so that it is more productive. For tower crane 4 has the lowest average productivity because in that zone no structural work has been carried out, so tower crane 4 only functions as a support for other tower cranes.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of satisfaction of the residents of Pondok Pucung 1 towards community service activities making tabulampot. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 15 respondents who were measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that from nine aspects, namely the delivery of goals and objectives of community service by the implementers of the activity time for village officials, 0.917 were strongly agreed. In delivering the goals and objectives, it is equipped with materials such as power points, etc., from 0.9, which is strongly agree. The suitability between the delivery of goals and objectives with the implementation in the field is 0.967, which is strongly agree. There is a difference between before the community service activities were carried out and before the activities were 0.983, which is strongly agree. The community around the community service location helps for plant care 0.967, which is very agreeable. In general, citizens' satisfaction with the existence of community service activities 1, which is strongly agree. Tabulampot gardens make the environment beautiful 1, which is very agreeable. Tabulampot gardens make local residents more comfortable 0.983, which is very much agree. Tabulampot gardens make local residents more peaceful 0.983, which is very agreeable. Overall, the residents of Pondok Pucung 1 are very satisfied with the community service in making tabulampot.

Abstract

Labor productivity is one of the many factors that can influence the success of a development project in the construction industry. The LUR (Labor Utilitation Rate) parameter of each worker is one method for measuring labor productivity. Several factors influenced worker productivity during the pandemic, including age, work experience, education level, wage suitability, family responsibilities, worker health, health impact, development of health protocols, worker relations, and management. The goal of this study was to determine the level of productivity (LUR) of each worker at the Bintaro Jaya Xchange Phase II Project during the Covid-19 pandemic, with the limitations of the research being data collection through observation with research time conducted Monday through Friday (Weekdays), Saturday through Sunday (Weekend) at 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB (for 7 working days). According to the findings of the study, Leso, Rahman, Didi, Basuki, Saluyu, and Caca had the highest LUR (Labor Utilitation Rate), at 86.61%. While the national average LUR (Labor Utilitization Rate) is 79.53%. As a result of the data obtained, it is possible to conclude that the level of work productivity at work during the Covid-19 pandemic was satisfactory, owing to a worker utility factor or LUR (Labor Utilization Rate) value of more than 50%
