Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of prophetic leadership on the workplace spirituality among officials and employees in an Islamic boarding school. This quantitative research used data collection through a survey, in a form of a set of questionnaire, in the Sufism-based Islamic boarding school in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. The study sample consisted of 270 officials and employees of the boarding school. The data was analyzed using SEM with the AMOS 24 program, to test the effects. The research findings showed a significant effect of the prophetic leadership on the workplace spirituality. Originality of this research lies on the unit analysis of officials and employees at the sufism-base Islamic boarding school

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio-rasio keuangan terhadap rasio kecukupan modal pada BUSN Devisa di Indonesia Periode 2014 – 2018. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), serta Proksi Profitabilitas yaitu Return on Equity (ROE) dan Return on Assets (ROA). Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa laporan publikasi triwulanan perbankan BUSN Devisa yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) periode 2014 – 2018 (200 observasi). Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan balanced panel data. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 10 jenis BUSN Devisa di Indonesia periode 2014 – 2018. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel dengan pendekatan random effect model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NIM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap CAR. BOPO, LDR, dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap CAR.

Abstract

Website mahasiswa Atma Luhur mengalami beberapa perubahan fitur dari website sebelumnya. Salah satu penambahan fitur pemilihan dosen pembimbing skripsi atau tugas akhir dan masih banyak lagi fitur lain di tambahkan oleh pengembang sistem informasi Atma Luhur, dengan banyaknya penambahan fitur tersebut perlu di lakukan evaluasi dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau tidak berpengaruh manfaat fitur yang ditambahkan bagi mahasiswa. Model yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini yaitu model HOT FIT. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu kualitas sistem (X1), kualitas informasi (X2), kualitas layanan (X3), penggunaan sistem (X4), kepuasan pengguna (X5), struktur organisasi (X6) dan manfaat (Y). Hasil dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 75 responden secara berpengaruh terhadap manfaat perubahan adanya fitur tambahan pada website Atma Luhur. Pada uji f nilai F hitung 22,127 > F tabel 2,23 sehingga mempengaruhi secara simultan terhadap manfaat dan dari model summary, nilai koefisien determinasi atau R Square 0,813 sehingga mempengaruhi senilai 81,3%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurship Intention of students of private Islamic universities in Jakarta. This study shall be focused on the variables of entrepreneurial education, namely Attitude and Self Efficacy, to mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention. The object of the study was 400 students from private Islamic universities in Jakarta with accreditation A and B, entrepreneurial curriculum as faculty and university subjects, and entrepreneurial concentration in major. This study applied a multivariate analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The findings suggest that Entrepreneurship Education does not have a positive direct effect on Entrepreneurial Intention, yet has a considerable effect on Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy and Attitude. However, Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy has no effect on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship Intention is influenced by Entrepreneurship Attitude. Furthermore, this study obtained a noteworthy finding, namely the effect of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurship Attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of antecedent variables on employee engagement. The study involved 272 respondents from two regional companies in the water sector in the Bogor area. The study took place from April 2018 to May 2019. Analysis of the data used Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) on employee engagement variables as the first endogenous variable, employee job satisfaction as the second endogenous variable and as mediating variables, as well as organizational culture variables and work environment as an exogenous variable. The results showed that the organizational culture variables, directly and indirectly, did not have a significant effect on the endogenous variables of employee engagement. Exogenous variables of the work environment, directly and indirectly, have a positive and significant influence on the employee engagement variable. The implication of the results of this study is that the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) in the Bogor region needs to develop its work environment attributes that can improve employee job satisfaction. This needs to be done considering that employee job satisfaction will affect the degree of employee engagement.
