Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence as well as potential inspection of Local Taxes on the receipt of Regional Taxes in the City of South Tangerang. After the tax audit, the Local original Income increases further, as seen from the level of compliance of taxpayers who comply with reporting and paying taxes on time and exact amount. This is expected by the South Tangerang City Government.

Abstract

Teknologi mobile yang berkembang pesat saat ini memudahkan pengguna dalam melaksanakan kegiatansehari-hari. Para pelaku bisnis memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi saat ini untuk memajukan usaha mereka.Salah satu pelaku bisnis yang ada adalah pelaku bisnis Restaurant. Pemesanan menu merupakan aspek yangsangat berpengaruh terhadap ekspektasi pengunjung terhadap suatu restaurant.Dalam penelitian ini akan dirancang suatu aplikasi pemesanan menu melalui media mobile sehinggapengunjung dapat secara langsung melakukan reservasi tanpa melalui pelayan restaurant. Sebelum melakukanpemesanan, pengunjung mendaftarkan diri terlebih dahulu melalui handphone, setelah itu memilih menu yangakan dipesan, kemudian list pesanan dikirim ke server dapur. Pengunjung akan menunggu pesanan. Dalampenelitian ini terdapat aplikasi backend office yang dapat memudahkan administrator restaurant mengelolainformasi menu yang ada. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus reservasi di D’Cost Restaurant.Uji coba pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi bluetooth sebagai perantarareservasi makanan melalui media handphone dapat menjadi sebuah alternatif pilihan sistem reservasirestaurant.

Abstract

The research does to increase of palm oil seedling on waterlogging growth with foliar fertilizer and gibberellins application. Research conducted in research farm of Agriculture Faculty, University of Riau, Pekanbaru from September until Desember 2016. This research arranged experimentally by using Completely Randomized Design Factorial with 3 replication. Factor I is concentrate of foliar fertilizer  (D) consist of d0 = no foliar fertilizer (0 ppm), d1 = foliar fertilizer 1,500 ppm, d2 = foliar fertilizer 3,000 ppm and factor II is concentrate of gibberellins (G) consist of g0 = no gibberellins (0 ppm), g1 = gibberellins 5,000 ppm, g2 = gibberellins 10,000 ppm. The observed does: height of seedling, amount of leaf midrib, diameter of tubercle, amount of adventif root, volume of root, shoot root ratio and quality index of seedling. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance and followed by Orthogonal at level of 5%. The result showed that interaction of foliar fertilizer and gibberellin only occured at inisiation of adventif root. The foliar fertilizer influent to establishment of adventif root and shoot root ratio, while gibberellins influent to height of seedling and establishment of adventif root. Quality Index of seedling in this research fulfill requirement criteria of palm oil seedling growth. Keywords: palm oil seedling, waterlooging stress, foliar fertilizer and gibberellin

Abstract

The Village Owned Enterprises (BUMK) Hendro Mulyo was established by the Government of Tempuran Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency. Although it is strategically located, BUMK has not been able to explore business potential following the conditions of the local community. The purpose of this community service activity is to explore the potential of the village as a form of BUMK business and make a Budget Plan for BUMK businesses. The result of community service activities is that BUMK management has established a business form and can plan their business budget.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kota Bandung tahun 2013-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. hasil yang diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bandung tahun 2013-2020.
