<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Tesis ini membahas tentang Strategi Kepolisian Dan Pos Pelayanan Penempatan Dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (P4TKI) Dalam Pencegahan Penyeludukan Tki Ilegal (Studi Kasus Di Perbatasan Entikong-Serawak Malaysia). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan tesis ini ialah menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dan sosiologis. Dari hasil penelitian tesis ini diperoleh yaitu Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi Polres dan POS Pelayanan Penempatan Dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (P4TKI) Kabupaten Sanggau Pencegahan Penyeludukan TKI Illegal. Dalam menjalankan strateginya P4TKI terdapat Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi Polres dan POS Pelayanan Penempatan Dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (P4TKI) Kabupaten Sanggau Pencegahan Penyeludukan TKI Illegal yang ditemui selama menjalankan aktivitasnya, oleh sebab itu penulis ingin membahas mengenai faktor-faktor apa saja yang dihadapi oleh POS Pelayanan Penempatan Dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (P4TKI) Kabupaten Sanggau menggunakan Analisis SWOT. Analisis Swot untuk mengidentifikasi faktor secara sistematis untuk merumuskan strategi berdasarkan logika yang dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan (strengths), peluang (opportunities), namun secara bersamaan dapat meminimalkan kelemahan (weakness) dan ancaman (threats), jadi analisis SWOT membandingkan antara faktor eksternal peluang dan ancaman dengan faktor internal kekuatan dan kelemahan. Upaya-upaya yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh Polres dan POS Pelayanan Penempatan Dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (P4TKI) Kabupaten Sanggau Pencegahan Penyeludukan TKI Illegal dengan upaya Tindakan Preventif. Sementara itu Kepala Kepolisian Resort Kabupaten Sanggau menyatakan pihaknya terus melakukan pemberantasan TKI Ilegal di daerah Kabupaten Sanggau melalui pencegahan dan penindakan kepada pelaku penempatan TKI. Dan yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh Polres dan POS Pelayanan Penempatan Dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (P4TKI) Kabupaten Sanggau Pencegahan Penyeludukan TKI Illegal adalah faktor komunikasi, sumberdaya manusia, dan struktur.Kata Kunci : Strategi, Kepolisian, P4TKI, Penyelundupan ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the Police Strategy and the Indonesian Workers Placement and Protection Service Post (P4TKI) in the Prevention of Illegal Tki Occupation (Case Study at the Malaysian Entikong-Serawak Border). The research method used in writing this thesis is to use normative and sociological legal research methods. From the results of this thesis research, it is obtained that the Obstacles faced by the Polres and the Indonesian Workers Placement and Protection Service (P4TKI) District of Sanggau Prevention of Illegal TKI Occupation Prevention. In carrying out P4TKI's strategy there are obstacles faced by the Polres and the Indonesian Workers Placement and Protection Service (P4TKI) Sanggau District Prevention of Illegal Occupation Prevention that are encountered during carrying out their activities, therefore the author wants to discuss what factors are faced by Sanggau District Sanggau Regency Placement and Protection Workforce POS Service (P4TKI) uses SWOT Analysis. Swot analysis to systematically identify factors to formulate strategies based on logic that can maximize strengths, opportunities, but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats, so a SWOT analysis compares the external factors of opportunity and threat with internal factors of strength and weakness. The efforts that should have been made by the Polres and the Indonesian Workers Placement and Protection Service (P4TKI) District of Sanggau Preventing the Occupation of Illegal Migrant Workers by Preventive Action. Meanwhile, the Chief of the Sanggau District Resort Police said that they would continue to eradicate Illegal TKIs in the Sanggau Regency area through prevention and repression of the perpetrators of the placement of migrant workers.
