Abstract

Abstrak Media pembelajaran memiliki peran penting sebagai sarana penghubung dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran yang menarik akan membuat siswa lebih terangsang untuk memperhatikan materi yang disampaikan sehingga tujuan dari materi pembelajaran dapat tersampaikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan media Truth and Dare Cards pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran, mengetahui kelayakan media, dan untuk mengetahui respons siswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4-D, dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas X APK 3 yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil validasi kelayakan media secara keseluruhan diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 96% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Sedangkan hasil uji coba terbatas menunjukan bahwa media Truth and Dare Cards dengan persentase 98,5%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan hasil dari penelitian pengembangan media ini dikatakan sangat layak untuk dijadikan media pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Pengembangan Media, Truth and Dare Cards, Pengantar Administrasi Perkantoran   Abstract Learning media has an important role as a means of liaison in learning activities. Interesting learning media will make students more aroused to pay attention to the material delivered so that the purpose of learning materials can be delivered.. The purpose of this research is to know how to develop Truth and Dare Cards media in introductory subject of office administration, to know media feasibility, and to know student response. This type of research is a research development with 4-D model, with the subject of research students class X Office Adminstration 3 which amounted to 20 students.The result of the research shows that the result of validation of the overall media feasibility is obtained an average of 96% with criteria very feasible. While the results of a limited trial showed that the media Truth and Dare Cards with 98.5% percentage. So it can be concluded the results of research media development is said to be very feasible to be a medium of learning.  Keywords: Media Development, Truth and Dare Cards, Introduction to Office Administration

Abstract

 This study aims to identify personality models that moderate the relationship between work stress and audit dysfunctional behaviour, in an effort to improve audit quality. Specifically, this study aims to investigate the effects of stress and audit dysfunctional behavior, focusing on the role of personality traits namely the big five personality and locus of control. The population of this research is all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Firm in the City of Semarang. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique uses certain criteria. The criteria for the study sample were junior and senior auditor staff who had worked in KAP for at least 1 year, and 57 respondents were obtained. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis. Based on the results of data processing it was found that: There was no influence of work stress on dysfunctional behavior; There is no influence of personality traits on the relationship of work stress and audit dysfunctional behaviour. The personality trait in question includes five factors: openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. The findings also showed that there was no effect of locus of control on the relationship between work stress and audit dysfunctional behaviour. Locus of control is seen from external and internal aspects.
