Abstract

This study aims at investigating and analyzing the effect of job rotation(X1), motivation (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) toward employees’performance (Y). The population used in this study is all employee of BMTTaruna Sejahtera that consists of 172 people. The writer took 120 employeesas the sample of this research. The sampling technique used in this researchis a probability sampling technique, which is sampling technique thatprovides an equal opportunity for all members of the population to be selectedas the sample. The method used to collect the data is questionnaire. Toanalyze the data, the writer used a statistical test that includes t-test, F-test,the coefficient of determination (R2), and multiple regression tests. Theprocess of data analysis is using a means of IBM SPSS Statistics 23.Research finding shows that multiple linear regression equation Y is -12.335+ 0.364X1 + 0.296X2 + 0.235X3 + 0:05. Results of t-test show that thevariables of job rotation, motivation, and job satisfaction have positive andsignificant influence toward employees’ performance. In other words, thosevariables jointly influence employees’ performance. The coefficient ofdetermination (R2) is 0.883. It means that the contribution of independentvariables (job rotation, motivation and job satisfaction) has influence towarddependent variable (employees’ performance) amounted to 88.3%, whilethe rest is 11.7% influenced by other variables out of research model

Abstract

Background: The high birth rate in Indonesian is one of the major problems and requires special attention, the population increased in 2015 amounted to 255, 461, 686 people, the population in Indonesian is fourth after China, India, and Unite States (Depkes Indonesian, 2015). Data from the health service DIY, acceptors of IUD is the the lowest number in Yogyakarta , located in community health service Danurejan I as many as 215 acceptor Objectives: The aim of this study is to know the knowledge of women fertile about contraception in community health center Danurejan 1 Yogyakarta. Methods: Research design used was a descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the total of responden as many as 73. Data analysis used analysis univariat. Result: the result of this research shows that based on level knowledge WUS about contraception of IUD be categorized the level of knowledge as good is 50 responden (68.5%). In the category of enough of knowledge was 21 respondents ( 28.8%) and lack of knowledge as lack is 2 respondents (2.7%). Conclusion: Based on the result of this research which had done showed that WUS knowledge about IUD contraception in community health center Danurejan 1 Yogyakarta mostly of responden having good knowledge as many as 50 responden (68.5%) Keywords: Knowledge, Women Fertile (WUS), IUD Contraception

Abstract

This research is conducted among Islamic non-governmental organizations;those are Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. This research aims todetermine the perception (X1), preference (X2), and attitude (X3) of Islamicmass organizations or non-governmental organizations in Indonesia towardIslamic Banking and their decision (Y) of using the products of IslamicBanking or Islamic Financial Institutions. We took Branch Board of NahdlatulUlama (PCNU) and the Regional Committee of Muhammadiyyah (PDM)Salatiga as population. The sample in this research is 33 respondents. Thetechniques used are multiple regression analysis and independent sample ttest.Regression result shows that the preference variables have positive  and significant effect on customer’s decision variables. While the perceptionand preference variables do not have a positive and significant effect on thedecision in becoming customer. And the adjusted R square or determinationcoefficient valued 0.690, which means that 69.0% of dependent variable(Y) is affected by the independent variable (X), while 31% dependent variable(Y) is influenced by other variables outside the equation. And the last, independent sample t-test shows that there is no significant differencebetween PCNU and PDM Salatiga in their perception, preference, attitudeand decision toward Islamic BankingÂ
