Abstract

Indonesia merupakan sebuah negara yang memiliki keberagaman suku, agama, dan budaya. Kata keberagaman sangatlah mungkin untuk melekat kepada negara Indonesia yang dikatakan sebagai negara pluralisme. Dengan adanya keberagaman tersebut akan menjadi bagian terpenting untuk menegakkan prinsip Hak Asasi Manusia yang bersifat kebebasan. Kebebasan untuk beragama untuk menjalin toleransi antar umat beragama agar menghilangkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang selama ini masih terjadi di Indonesia baik di lingkungan masyarakat maupun di dunia pendidikan. Hak Asasi Manusia disini sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan kondisi yang berlandaskan kepada moderasi beragama untuk mampu menambah kualitas kehidupan pribadi manusia. Terdapat sedikitnya lima hak asasi manusia yang telah mendapat pengakuan dari masyarakat dunia yaitu kebebasan berbicara dan berpendapat, kebebasan beragama, kebebasan berkumpul dan berserikat, hak atas perlindungan yang sama di depan hukum, dan hak atas pendidikan dan penghidupan yang layak. Hak Asasi Manusia tidak lepas dari moderasi beragama, maka dari itu diciptakan pendidikan yang berdasarkan kepada Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 kepada para siswa untuk menciptakan generasi yang toleransi dan menegakkan Hak Asasi Manusia. Kata Kunci: Hak Asasi Manusia, Moderasi Beragama, Pendidikan, Toleransi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan tentang hubungan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila dalam moderasi beragama yang diterapkan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kepustakaan. Sistem penelitian ini menggunakan sistem pengumpulan informasi serta bahan yang bersifat kepustakaan seperti buku, jurnal, artikel, dokumen pustaka. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah hubungan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila sebagai pedoman masyarakat Indonesia dalam moderasi beragama di Indonesia. Analisis data penelitian ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan, yaitu: Mengetahui hakikat Pancasila sebagai ideologi negara Indonesia, Penjelasan setiap nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila, Hubungan nilai-nilai yang ada dalam Pancasila sebagai tuntunan dalam moderasi beragama di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan negara Indonesia yang bersifat majemuk sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan adanya kericuhan dan diskriminasi atas perbedaan dalam keyakinan dan beragama kerap jadi pemicu perpecahan antar masyarakat. Penyebab utama dalam perpecahan ini adalah sikap ekstrimisme yang dianut oleh sebagian kelompok agama dalam mempertahankan argumentasi dan pendapat serta merasa benar akan hal tersebut. Sikap moderat dalam beragama merupakan sikap yang harus diterapkan pada setiap jiwa manusia dalam beragama. Nilai-nilai Pancasila yang bersifat universal membuat Pancasila bisa menjadi pedoman dan memiliki hubungan yang sangat berkaitan dengan moderasi beragama. Kata Kunci: Pancasila, Moderat, Majemuk, Pedoman, Diskriminasi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was  to  describe the literary movement based West Java School Leader’s Reading Challenge (WJLRC) in Junior High School  3 Majalengka. This research is a qualitative research. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Subjects were the principal, teachers, students, and parents. The data analysis in research through the three stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Test the validity of the data is  using triangulation sources. The results of this study show that: The first, the motion read into the daily activities of the entire school community. This is evident from: 1) school regularly conducting reading 15 minutes before the lesson begins; 2) available and utilization of facilities and infrastructure reads like a library, a reading corner and others; 3) increasing the number of visits of students and teachers to the library of school ; 4) Implementation of Readhaton / other mass reading activities periodically.  The second, the formation of a community of students read through WJLRC This is evident from: 1) increasing the number of books read and made review by students; 2) increasing the speed reading student participants WJLRC activities; 3) the continuity and sustainability of WJLRC between classes.  The third, the publication of writings by students and teachers of literacy. It appears from the evidence of the activities and work the students  and teachers of  literacy  on the website WJLRC. The fourth, the growing support of parents and the community to the school literacy movement. This is evident from: 1) the direct involvement of parents and the community in a variety of school activities literacy movements; 2) increasing the support and concern of parents and the community to the efforts of growing culture in homes and communities; 3) the donation of books to the school from parents and the community.

Abstract

This study is aimed to know the model of GROW ME for developing the children friendly school.This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Majalengka Majalengka Regency on February 2, 2018 until May 30, 2018. The research method used was  school action research consisting of two cycles and each cycle consisted of four activities, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. Data was collected using a sheet of instrument monitoring the evaluation of child friendly school to obtain a picture of the achievement of the development of child friendly schools. Data analysis to obtain a picture of the achievement of the development of chil -friendly schools with a percentage value. Based on the results of quantitative analysis: First, the planning dimension obtained an average cycle of 80% (good category) and cycle 2 of 90% (very good category). Second, the action  dimension obtained an average of 1 cycle 80.82% (good category) and cycle 2 90% (very good category). This shows that there are significant differences in the increase of child-friendly school in both the planning and action dimensions in Cycle 1 and Cycle 2.

Abstract

The implementation of religious moderation through Pancasila and citizenship education is the subject of discussion in this research. Indonesia is known as a multicultural country, and to create peace, of course, requires the role of religious moderation to avoid problems that occur in society. In this research, religious moderation is discussed in terms of its comprehension, how it is taught in Pancasila and citizenship education, and how it is put into practice. A review of literature is used in this research, methodology through analysis of literature from various existing sources. Through this research, it was found that religious moderation is a fair and balanced behavior in practicing a concept by applying a moderate attitude in life to create a harmonious and peaceful life.
