Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui deskripsi dari pengembangan karir, kompensasi finansial dan kepuasan kerja karyawan subdivisi plate manufacturing PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia, pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan subdivisi plate manufacturing PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia, pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan subdivisi plate manufacturing PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia, model penelitian pengembangan karir dan kompensasi finansial dapat memprediksi kerpuasan kerja karyawan Subdivisi Plate Manufacturing PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 121 orang karyawan subdivisi plate manufacturing PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei yaitu menyebarkan kuisioner yang kemudian diolah dengan progam SPSS 22. Hasil dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan model penelitian pengembangan karir dan kompensasi finansial dapat memprediksikan kepuasan kerja karyawan subdivisi plate manufacturing PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Employee Engagement and Work Facilities on Job Satisfaction among Bank BTPN-Jenius Jakarta employees. The population of this study was 141 people, and the sampling method used was stratified random sampling which was applied with the Slovin technique, so that the number of samples in this study was 104 people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods in analyzing research data. The results showed that employee engagement and work facilities had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, both separately and simultaneously. This implies that the higher the engagement and the better the perceived work facilities of the employee, the higher the employee’s job satisfaction will be. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Keterikatan Karyawan dan Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan Bank BTPN-Jenius Jakarta. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 141 orang, dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling yang diterapkan dengan teknik Slovin, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 104 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dalam menganalisis data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan karyawan dan fasilitas kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, baik secara terpisah maupun simultan. Hal ini memiliki implikasi bahwa semakin tinggi keterikatan dan semakin baik fasilitas kerja yang dirasakan karyawan, maka kepuasan kerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi.

Abstract

Community empowerment, especially for the lower middle class, needs to be done to reduce unemployment and improve welfare. Weak family financial literacy is one of the fundamental problems. This community service team intends to provide solutions to the above problems, namely in the form of family financial literacy training. The target of this empowerment is housewives whose economic status is lower middle class in Beji Village, Beji District, Depok City, West Java. The training material is presented in the form of material presentations by resource persons, followed by discussion. This community service activity proved to be able to provide an understanding of financial planning for the participants who were members of the Baitussalam Healthy and Fit Community in Beji Village, Depok City.

Abstract

Character education has suddenly become a hot topic of discussion in the world of Indonesian education, even though the idea of ​​character is an old idea as old as the history of education, the emergence of the idea of ​​"character education" (character building) has disrupted our nation, especially what is currently sweeping the Indonesian nation. The problems that occur such as violence, corruption, manipulation, lying practices in the world of education ranging from cheating in exams to plagiarism, lack of role models among national leaders, and so on, actually involve issues of character. Even though it is too late to implement character education in schools, "But late than never", there are still many of our generation of students who are in school and need character education so that in the future they will become people who are not only intellectually intelligent but also have character. In this digital era, children can easily use digital media. Abstract

Abstract, The background that drives this research is that students still experience difficulties in understanding their learning styles, each student has a different learning style, in fact each student learns with a different style for each lesson. The focus of the problem in this research is the learning style used by class VI students at SD Negeri 3 Wonokerto. The aim of this research is to determine the learning styles used by fifth grade students at SD Negeri 3 Wonokerto. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was obtained through data sources including class VI teachers and 8 class VI students as samples for this research. Data collection procedures were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The research results show that class VI students at SD Negeri 3 Wonokerto do not only use one learning style, they also use a combination of two other learning styles. This shows that the eight students use or have varied learning styles with a tendency for different learning style modalities between the three learning style modalities, visual, auditory and kinesthetic.
