Abstract

Abstract Consumer nancing business in the form of Credit Card as a form of less cash society is developing in Indonesia has even become a culture in modern society coupled with the support of fast payment system, safe, ef cient and reliable, smoothness in payment, providing legal certainty for the community in doing transaction, but consumer nance business though very attractive but does not mean this business has no risk at all, as credit giving, the risk will still exist at the time of stalled payment of credit card arrears by consumers. In the event of a consumer credit crunch, banks usually use debt collection services known as debt collectors. Often debt collectors in doing debt collection services work unprofessionally even sometimes tend to do acts against the law, so it will cause harm to customers and credit card issuing bank, because it is not in accordance with what is expected. Abstract

Abstract Prevention is better than overcoming, efforts to prevent crime by relying on the potential of the community is a big advantage for the creation of effectiveness and ef ciency of crime prevention and mitigation. The rise of crimes that occur in society is a social reality that cannot be denied, crimes not only worry the government also threatens the sense of security for every member of the community. Evil arises and develops in the midst of society, it is even a product of a heterogeneous society, because it is not possible to be destroyed but can only be prevented. Efforts to prevent crime can be done through a social approach by focusing on the role of individuals and members of the community, protecting yourself by not letting go, not providing stimulation will be effective in preventing crime. Abstract

With the application of the penal system, we leave the prison system. This change is not just a change of terms. The imprisonment system deals with acquaintance and imprisonment, its form is suffering and torture. In the penal system we are dealing with guidance and coaching. By preparing prisoners and students for social reinte- gration with their communities which is realized through the provision of guidance and coaching in the physical and spiritual elds. In the prison system the relationship between of cers and prisoners is a relationship between guard and guarded; whereas in a penal system the relationship is the relationship between the builder and the coached. In the correctional system, what is known as a penal process is known. The correctional process itself is interpreted as a process since a prisoner enters the correctional facility until it is released, which actually returns to the community. Abstract

Abstract Pusat Studi Lembaga Pemasyarakatan is an institution that conducts scienti c analysis of the correctional system; inmate behavior; of cer behavior; coaches behavior; the regulations that apply in Corrections Institutions; facilities available to the public’s view of the Penitentiary; in addition there are also problems that occur in the Penitentiary; such as a criminal period that is too short; community prisoners’ social relations; the problem of assimilation into and outside the institution and the problem of the prisoner’s biological needs; can be analyzed or studied in more depth; to make effective analysis of the existence of Correctional Institutions requires an academic authority through the Higher Education Law Institution as a Higher Education Institution, the UKI Faculty of Law should properly have a Correctional Institution Study Center when entering the age of 40 years as well as maintaining the best predicate among the Law Pakuitas as a consideration of establishment Study Centers that until now there has not been a Faculty of Law that has such Study Centers; Penitentiary a strategic part of the criminal justice system; Penal Institutions need to be empowered in their role in society.
