Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Employee Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Aeon Mall Indonesia BSD City Tangerang Selatan both associative partial and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and the population and sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis. Correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study both partially and simultaneously Employee Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Aeon Mall Indonesia BSD City Tangerang Selatan with a contribution of 52.1%

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT Esta Dana Ventura Ciputat Branch, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 19,530 + 0.572 .8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (6.773 > 2.002). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between incentives on employee performance. motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.678 + 0.760 influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (10.911 > 2.002). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between motivation and employee performance. incentives and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.725 + 0.141 X1 + 0.652 X2. The correlation coefficient value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.828, meaning it has a very strong relationship with the value of the coefficient of determination or simultaneous influence contribution of 0.686 or 68.6% while the remaining 31.4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (62.173 > 2.766). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT Esta Dana Ventura Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of discipline and motivation variables simultaneously on employee performance at PT. BPR Ciledug Dhana Semesta Tangerang City. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique, totaling 60 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test. The research results show that: (1) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between compensation on employee performance at PT. BPR Ciledug Dhana Semesta Tangerang City, this can be proven from the value ????ℎ???????????????????? 3.534 > ???????????????????????? 1.671 with a significance of 0.003 < 0.05. (2) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance at PT. BPR Ciledug Dhana Semesta Tangerang City, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation y = 3,231+0.874x₂ and the value of ????ℎ???????????????????? 3,034> ???? once 1,671 with a significant 0.001 <0.05. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. BPR Ciledug Dhana Semesta Kota Tangerang, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = -1.100 + 0.296 X₁ + 0.771 ???????????????? 2,380 with level significant 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling to MSMEs who are partners of Waroeng Lengkong on Jl. SKKI, Serpong, South Tangerang. Participants in this community service consisted of Pamulang University lecturers, Pamulang University Management Study Program as resource persons, students, employees and owners of Waroeng Lengkong, and invited 8 MSME players who became partners at Waroeng Lengkong. The method used was to conduct presentations, counseling, discussions, and questions and answers to. Basically, the performance of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector is influenced by two main factors, namely external factors and internal factors. Internal factors are factors that originate from within the business venture and can usually be controlled. Meanwhile, external factors are factors that come from outside business activities. At the community service event for Beginner MSMEs, it is important to immediately increase the ownership of their licenses so that they have legal force if their business is advanced, such as NIB, IUMK, Halal, PIRT, HAKI and BNPT. Improved network and additional marketing networks, according to their market segment, in order to increase sales turnover. Conduct orderly financial reports so that the development of business profits can be monitored and differentiated from personal funds. As for MSMEs that have developed, they should maintain the licenses they already have by maintaining product quality. Maintain the existing market, and explore further market opportunities. Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling to MSMEs who are partners of Bakmi Jowo in Ruko Komplek Vila Dago, Pamulang, South Tangerang. This is very important for MSMEs so that they can pay attention to making financial reports properly and correctly. Participants in this community service consisted of Pamulang University lecturers, Management Study Program as resource persons, employees and owners of Bakmi Jowo, and invited 4 MSME players who were partners of Bakmi Jowo. The method used is to conduct presentations, discussions, and questions and answers to MSMEs about the scope of their business, followed by a workshop on how to make financial reports. Recording financial statements is one of the important things in the continuity of a company, both large companies and small businesses (MSMEs). Every company must have good and correct financial reports according to accounting standards, this aims to determine the condition and financial performance of the company and can help company owners in making decisions. This event aims to assist MSMEs in preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKM. Observations were made that there were four MSME participants, namely Bakmi Jowo, Ayam Geprek Asli, Harjuna Catering and Tyas Kraft. Of the four MSMEs, all have made financial records, only most of them are not in accordance with existing financial standards. It is hoped that in the future they will do what the service team directs, be it daily journals, profit and loss statements and balance sheets, so that the development and position of their business assets can be monitored.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada para siswa SMA Terpadu Baitul Hikmah, Depok. Hal ini sangat penting bagi siswa agar dapat mempersiapkan setelah lulus dari SMA untuk terjun ke wirausaha. Peserta pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terdiri dari para dosen Universitas Pamulang, Prodi Manajemen sebagai nara sumber, 28 siswa SMA Baitul Hikmah, dan Bapak/ ibu guru. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melakukan presentasi, penyuluhan, diskusi, dan tanya jawab kepada siswa tentang wawasan dan pengetahuannya terhadap wirausaha, dilanjutkan dengan penyuluhan pentingnya berwirausaha. Pada acara Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat, ada beberapa siswa yang bertanya, bagaimana mempersiapkan menjadi wirausaha, bagaimana jika terkendala dengan modal, dan jenis usaha yang dipersiapkan dalam menjalankan UMKM ? Sekolah SMA Terpadu Baitul Hikmah sudah melaksanakan mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dan keterampilan. Maka disarankan Guru dapat membina siswa untuk terampil dalam membangun sikap kewirausahaan. Disarankan agar dibuatkan kelas tersendiri dan dibina untuk menjadi para pelaku UMKM, dengan pelajaran khusus. Siswa diarahkan untuk belajar mandiri dan belajar mengelola keuangan. Masing-masing siswa disuruh menjalankan usahanya dari sekarang dan dipandu untuk terjun ke dunia UMKM, sehingga setelah lulus mereka sudah siap ke masyarakat. Tujuan PKM ini untuk membekali siswa SMA Baitul Hikmah untuk siap berwirausaha. Luaran yang diharapkan berupa artikel ilmiah pada jurnal naional terakreditasi dan publikasi hak cipta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh disiplin dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja tenaga kerja di wilayah kecamatan Sawangan kota Depok di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori yang berusaha menguji hipotesis secara statistik berdasarkan data empirik dari responden dan menjelaskannya secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian (1) Hasil uji F diperoleh Fhitung (26,989) >  Ftabel  (3,088) dengan signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti disiplin dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan konstribusi peranan sebesar 35,5%. (2) Hasil uji disiplin terhadap kinerja diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 19,6%. (3) Hasil uji budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar sebesar 34,7%. Kata Kunci: Disiplin; Budaya Organisasi; Kinerja
