Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on employee performance of RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan. The research method used is a verifiative descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 193 employees and the resulting sample amounted to 130 respondents. The sampling technique is using proportionate stratified random sampling, where sampling is by knowing in advance the number of employees in each division which is then redetermined by sampling for each division at RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the picture for Work Discipline, Work Environment and Employee Performance of RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan was considered good. There is a partial influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance by 34,2%. There is a partial influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance by 14,4%. There is a simultaneous influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on employee performance of RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan by 51,3% while the remaining 48,7% is influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to get empirical evidence. Explaining the phenomena, and making conclusions about the influence of work environment variables and work motivation on employee performance at PT. TIKI Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) KCU Karawang. This study was conducted using descriptive and verification namely, knowing, explaining and analyzing. In this study, a sample of 206 where respondents were selected using random sampling. The research variables include independent variables, namely work environment (X1) and work motivation (X2), as well as employee performance variables as the dependent variable. Data analysis techniques used the Likert scale technique and path analysis using Microsoft Office tools and SPSS for Windows version 25. The results of this study prove that there is a correlation between Environment and Motivation 0.688. This means that the work environment and work motivation have a relationship with strong criteria. The partial results of hypothesis testing work environment variables do not significantly influence employee performance variables. There is a simultaneous influence between work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. TIKI NUgraha Ekakurir Route (JNE) KCU Karawang by 15.6%, while 27.9% is influenced by variables that have not been studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 334 employees and the resulting sample is 182 respondents. The sampling technique is using proportionate stratified random sampling, where sampling is done by knowing in advance the number of employees in each division, which then determines the sample for each division at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III. The analysis used in this research is path analysis. The results showed that the description for Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Work Discipline, and Employee Performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III was considered good. The relationship between Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Discipline has a strong relationship that is equal to 0.499. There is a partial effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Employee Performance of 12.2%. There is a simultaneous influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Discipline on PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Employee Performance of 31.9% while the remaining 68.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
