Abstract

Salah satu indikator kesuksesan penerapan MBS di sekolah dilihat dari aspek peran serta masyarakat. Peran serta masyarakat khususnya orang tua siswa dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan selama ini masih minim. Partisipasi masyarakat selama ini pada umumnya sebatas pada dukungan dana, sementara dukungan lain seperti pemikiran, moral, dan bidang barang atau jasa kurang diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah, factor yang mendukung serta penghambat dalam implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di Kecamatan Pantai Labu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik triangulasi melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan temuan bahwa peran serta masyarakat dalam implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah masih minim, kurangnya pemahaman kepala sekolah tentang batasan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sekolah merupakan paktor dominan. Keterlibatan masyarakat sebagai bagian dari komite sekolah masih sebatas formalitas untuk melengkapi struktur sekolah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana peran Perencanaan Pendidikan dalam upaya Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Pengabsahan data penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan tiga temuan yaitu: (1) Perencanaan Pendidikan yang ada belum berorientasi pada tujuan pendidikan secara menyeluruh. (2) Mutu pendidikan sudah mengalami peningkatan, kepala sekolah terus berupaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah tersebut. (3) Perencanaan pendidikan mengalami beberapa hambatan, kepala sekolah telah berupaya menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajerialnya salah satunya membuat perencanaan dengan semaksimal mungkin, namun yang menjadi kendala adalah kurangnya tenaga administrasi yang ahli dalam membuat perencanaan pendidikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu: Secara teori pihak sekolah telah memahami pentingnya perencanaan pendidikan sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, ada beberapa langkah yang dilakukan yaitu: berkaitan dengan peningkatan mutu guru dengan merekrut guru-guru yang sesuai dengan kompetensi lulusannya, berkaitan dengan mutu siswa sekolah meningkatkan mutu pembelajarandengan memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan kepada guru-guru, sedangkan berkaitan dengan mutu sarana dan prasarana sekolah berusaha melakukan pengadaan secara berkala. Abstract: This study aims to reveal the role of educational planning in improving the quality of education. The method used in this research is a qualitative research approach. The research data validation was done by using triangulation technique through observation, interview and document study. The results of this study reveal three findings, namely: (1) The existing educational planning has not been oriented towards overall educational goals. (2) The quality of education has improved, the principal continues to strive to improve the quality of education in these schools. (3) Educational planning has experienced several obstacles, the principal has tried to carry out its managerial functions, one of which is to make planning as much as possible, but the problem is the lack of administrative personnel who are skilled in making educational planning. The conclusion of this study is: In theory, the school has understood the importance of educational planning as an effort to improve the quality of education, there are several steps taken, namely: relating to improving the quality of teachers by recruiting teachers according to the competence of their graduates, related to the quality of school students to improve quality learning by providing trainings to teachers, while related to the quality of school facilities and infrastructure, they try to carry out regular procurement. Abstract

Keterlibatan masyarakat sebagai bagian dari komite sekolah masih sebatas formalitas untuk melengkapi struktur sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how the relationship between work commitment and productivity of staff at the Nahdlatul Ulama University of North Sumatra (UNUSU). The method used in this study is a qualitative research approach. Validation of research data was carried out using triangulation techniques through observation, interviews and document studies. The results of this study revealed four findings, namely: (1) University leaders have made standard operating procedures for each staff work unit so that it is easier to work and there is a clear career path for each employee. (2) The work productivity of UNUSU staff has increased, the Chancellor continues to improve the quality of education on the campus. (3) Efforts to increase staff commitment have encountered several obstacles, the Chancellor has tried to carry out his managerial functions, one of which is making plans to increase employee commitment to the maximum extent possible, but the obstacle is budget constraints so that the programs that have been prepared have not been implemented optimally. (4) The work commitment of Unusu staff is high because the majority of staff are Nahdlatul Ulama residents so they think that working at NU tertiary institutions does not only expect a salary but also participates in growing the Nahdlatul Ulama organization. The conclusions of this study are: The dominant organizational commitment of UNUSU staff is continuity commitment, followed by affective and normative commitment. Referring to the general condition that is classified as having high commitment, this finding shows that in general the staff will feel a loss if they leave the workplace, this has an impact on the work productivity of the staff.

Abstract

Community service activities for lecturers are an effort to carry out one of the tridharma tasks of higher education. Community service carried out in the form of gymnastics activities with the theme Efforts to Be Free from Disease Together with the Kuta Bayu Community in Gunung Meria District, Deli Serdang Regency. This activity aims to carry out the tridharma activities of higher education lecturers in order to contribute knowledge and outreach to society. This service carried out by several lecturers at Nahdlatul Ulama University, North Sumatra (UNUSU) invites the people of Kuta Bayu to start doing regular exercise activities in order to have a healthy physique and avoid all forms of disease. The expected output target of this activity is: to provide an understanding that Doing gymnastics provides many benefits for the body's health, one of which is improving the body's metabolic system and increasing and strengthening the immune system in the body to avoid various diseases.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the potential of traditional games in developing cooperative attitudes in fourth grade students at the Muhammadiyah Tanjung Selamat Private Elementary School, which is based on a lack of cooperative attitudes among students, a lack of concern for their surroundings. To obtain data in this research, the author used qualitative research methods from data produced through observation, interviews and documentation. The theory in this research uses the Ethno Pedagogical theory, namely educational praxis based on local wisdom and viewing local wisdom as a source of innovation and skills that can be empowered. This research was conducted on fourth grade students at the Tanjung Selamat Muhammadiyah Private Elementary School, with a total of 28 students. This research produced findings, namely: 1) The role of the traditional clog game in developing students' cooperative attitudes. 2) the development of students' attitudes after playing the traditional game of bakiak, namely: when studying, groups of students respect each other and are willing to listen to suggestions from group members, there is a reduction in disputes between students, and there is visible solidarity among students with each other. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the face-to-face method on student learning outcomes SDN 104214 and Knowing the effectiveness of online methods on student learning in SDN 104214 This research is a quasi-experimental research with observation and test data collection techniques. The research subjects were students of class II A and II B SD Negeri 104214 Delitua. The instrument used in this study was a test instrument in the form of a pretest and posttest which was used to determine students' mathematics learning achievement and a non-test instrument in the form of an observation sheet on the implementation of learning. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that the effectiveness of learning with the online method on student learning outcomes in Indonesian class II students at SDN 104214 is still lacking compared to the face-to-face method which can be seen from the average existing post-test scores. Where in the control class the average value of the post-test is 77.00, while the experimental class is 60.50. So it can be concluded that the average student learning outcomes in the control class is 17.50 greater than the experimental class.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Learning Difficulties in the Distance This study aims to analyze and explain how: (1)The values of local wisdom in thematic learning books themes 6, 7, 8. (2)The use of local wisdom values in thematic learning books themes 6, 7, 8. The form of this research is qualitative research with content analysis. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data of this research is the value of local wisdom in the thematic learning books. The data sources used in this study were thematic books with themes 6, 7, and 8. The data collection techniques used in this study were analysis, documentation, and interviews. The analysis technique used is content analysis. The results of this study reveal several things from the thematic learning books, namely: (1) The values of local wisdom in the thematic learning books produce 14 data by dividing 4 data on theme 6, 7, 8 data on theme 7, and 2 data on theme 8. (2) Benefits the values of local wisdom that can be used as alternative teaching materials, especially thematic learning for class IV SD Negeri 105277 Hamparan Perak contained in themes 6, 7, 8 are adjusted to the basic competencies developed in the lesson plan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between family harmony and student learning outcomes. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between family harmony and student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 060929 Medan Johor with a population of 72 and a sample of 23 students. This type of research is quantitative with the correlation method. This type of research is to see the relationship between one or several variables with other variables. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. Data collection was carried out using a family harmony scale made with a Likert scale model as well as reports on student learning outcomes in the form of scores obtained by students in the second semester. The reliability of the family harmony scale was tested using the Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient method and the results obtained were 0.816. Based on the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, the correlation coefficient was 0.833 with a significance level of 0.413. This shows that there is a very strong relationship between family harmony and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Lack of student interpersonal intelligence can cause a person to behave in a socially deviant manner. As a result of low interpersonal intelligence can cause children to do verbal bullying. This study aims to determine the relationship between verbal bullying and interpersonal intelligence of fourth grade students at SD 10174 Hamparan Perak in the academic year 2022/2023. This type of research is correlational. The sample in this study was class IV B as many as 26. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. Ui instrument and test requirements analysis using SPSS 22.0 for windows program. Hypothesis testing using SPSS 22.0 product moment correlation test for windows. Based on the results of the data analysis of interpersonal intelligence, students are in the high criteria with a frequency of 5 with a percentage of 19.23%, a medium category with a frequency of 18 and a percentage of 69, 23%, and a low category of 3 with a percentage of 11, 53%. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between verbal bullying and the interpersonal intelligence of grade IV B students at SDN 101744 Hamparan Perak. It is evident from the results of the correlation analysis of 69.23%. This means that there can be a negative relationship between verbal bullying and interpersonal intelligence. So it can be concluded that the higher the interpersonal intelligence, the lower the verbal bullying behavior.
