Data collection techniques that used are interviews and questionnaire instruments. The questionnaire survey instrument was randomly delivered to the PBC Audit Functional Officer at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. The sample selection is done by saturated sampling techniques or census sampling so as to make all members of the study as research samples. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaire instruments. Survey instruments were sent to 01 and 02 North Petukangan elementary school teachers. Data were analyzed using a structural consolidation model (SEM) with the Smart PLS software program version 3.2.8. This study revealed significant competence that were significant to teacher performance and transformational leadership style had a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The research object were the employees of AJB Bumiputera 1912's head office. As many as 177 respondents filled these questionnaire, and sample was taken by Slovin formula from total population of 317 employees. This research was conducted in October 2019 until April 2020 at AJB Bumiputera 1912's head office. The sampling technique used proportional stratified random sampling while data were analyzed by SmartPLS (Partial Least Square)of path analysis application. The results from this research were indicated that career development had no significant influence on Turnover Intention and compensation had positive and significant impact towards turnover intention. Meanwhile, work satisfaction became a mediate factor between career development and compensation to turnover intention. Work satisfaction could mediated career development perfectly. And work satisfaction only had partial impact towards compensation.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the effect of Job Stress and Workload against Burnout and Turnover Intention Implementation at Erha Clinic, Responden 64 employees (the whole population). Data collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis (software SmartPls 3.0) and correlation matrix between dimensions (software SmartPls 3.0). The results showed that: (1) Work Stress and Workload both partially and simultaneously influence the Burnout; (2) Job Stress, Workload and Burnout partially and simultaneously influence Turnover Intention; (3) Burnout Mediating Effect of Job Stress on Turnover Intention and (4) Burnout does not mediate Workload Influence on Turnover Intention. Based on the analysis of the correlation matrix between dimensions, determines the level of work stress, which has a positive correlation with the productivity of labor it is advisable to give adequate time and equipment. Workload level that have a positive correlation with Burnout it is advisable to maintain and improve the dimensions that give incentives. Meanwhile, to reduce the level Turnover Intention, which has a positive correlation with the performance it is advisable to maintain and increase the dimensions of that training
