Abstract

This study aimed to determine the efforts to develop e-government and improve public services in Bima Regency. This research used descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects of this research were selected through a nonprobability sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were 20 web admins of Bima Regency Government institutions. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that support for implementing e-government in public services in Bima Regency has been provided. However, it could be more optimal due to different budget allocations in each local government agency. Regarding capability, in general, the literacy level of Bima Regency Government employees still needs to improve, especially senior employees. Meanwhile, in terms of value, e-government managers already understand the benefits and importance of information technology applications in public services. For e-government implementation to run optimally, creating a clear legal umbrella and making a grand design for e-government development, including preparing the budget, is necessary. Related to employees who still need to improve in literacy, it is essential to plan continuous Information Technology training, and in the future, the Bima Regency government should plan to recruit employees with an educational background in information technology.

Abstract

This study highlights the urgency of enhancing public accessibility through the implementation of E-Government in Bima District. The research employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that in the context of digital transformation, E-Government becomes a key to improving public access to government services in Bima District, Indonesia. Despite offering significant potential in enhancing efficiency, transparency, and affordability of public services, the implementation of E-Government faces several challenges. Uneven technology infrastructure, low digital literacy, and the lack of trained human resources are among the obstacles that need to be overcome. This study underscores the urgency of enhancing public accessibility through E-Government in Bima District. With a focus on social inclusion, democratic participation, economic aspects, and data security, efforts to address infrastructure constraints, digital literacy, and human resource availability become crucial. Through strategic measures such as technology infrastructure development, enhancement of digital literacy, and inter-agency government coordination, Bima District can achieve significant improvements in public accessibility, increase efficiency in public service, and strengthen community participation in the development process and decision-making

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk memberi edukasi kepada masyarakat UMKM desa bahwa crowdfunding memiliki urgensi dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di desa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada salah satu desa di Jawa Tengah tepatnya di Desa Wisata Dadapan, Kabupaten Rembang. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan mengidentifikasi pendanaan UMKM desa untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemanfaatan pendanaan eksternal menggunakan platform crowdfunding. Selanjutnya pengenalan urgensi crowdfunding dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di desa. Sasaran kegiatan ini merupakan para pelaku UMKM dan startup yang pernah atau sementara mengajukan bantuan pendanaan melalui platform crowdfunding. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM Desa Wisata Dadapan lebih teredukasi dan memahami bahwa Crowdfunding memiliki beberapa kelebihan karena dapat dijadikan sarana bagi UMKM untuk mencari modal pembiayaan secara cepat sebagai alternatif bantuan pendanaan agar tetap mampu mempertahankan usaha mereka. Kata Kunci: Crowdfunding, UMKM, Desa Abstract The aim of this service activity is to provide education to the village MSME community that crowdfunding has urgency in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the village. This activity was carried out in one of the villages in Central Java, precisely in the Dadapan Tourism Village, Rembang Regency. This activity begins with identifying village MSME funding to find out the extent to which external funding is utilized using crowdfunding platforms. Furthermore, the introduction of the urgency of crowdfunding in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in villages. The targets of this activity are MSMEs and startups who have previously or are currently applying for funding assistance through crowdfunding platforms. The results of this research are that MSME actors in the Dadapan Tourism Village are more educated and understand that Crowdfunding has several advantages because it can be used as a means for MSMEs to quickly seek financing capital as an alternative funding assistance so they can maintain their business.
