Abstract

MODEL LATIHAN SENAM IRAMA RC ONE UNTUK GERAK DASAR LOKOMOTOR ANAK SEKOLAH DASAR Rio Candra1, Iman Sulaiman2, Nofi Marlina Siregar3. 1,2,3Universitas Negeri Jakarta Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran sena irama RC one untuk gerak dasar lokomotor anak sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi secara mendalam tentang penerapan model pembelajaran senam irama RC one. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan Research & Development (R&D) dari Borg and Gall. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kategori sekolah dasar yang terdiri dari 30 subjek. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket kuisioner, serta instrument tes keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, adapun tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) evaluasi ahli, (3) uji coba terbatas serta (4) uji coba utama. Uji efektivitas model menggunakan tes keterampilan gerak untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor siswa. Dari tes awal yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai gerak dasar lokomotor jalan sebesar 437 dan gerak dasar lokomotor lari 414 sedangkan gerak dasar lokomotor lompat sebesar 431. Kemudian setelah diberikan perlakuaan terjadi peningkatan gerak dasar lokomotor jalan sebesr 765 dan gerak dasar lokomotor lari sebesar 705 sedangkan gerak dasar lompat sebesar 570. Maka model pembelajaran senam irama RC one untuk gerak dasar lokomotor anak sekolah dasar ini dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan gerak dasar lokomotor anak sekolah dasar. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Dengan model pembelajaran senam irama RC one ini siswa dapat belajar dengan lebih efektif dan efisien, (2) dengan model pembelajaran senam irama RC one ini, diperoleh peningkatan yang ditunjukkan pada hasil pre-test dan post-test adanya perbedaan yang signifikan. Abstract

The objective of the research and development of the training model is to attack on the game of basketball. In addition, research and development is conducted to obtain in-depth information about the development and implementation of the exercise model and to know the effectiveness, efficiency of the model made.This research and development uses Research & Development (R & D) development methods from Borg and Gall. The subjects in this research and development are 2 different two place clubs of Victoria basketball club, Level Up basketball club.The model effectiveness test uses a test instrument to collect the basketball player's ability data. Analysis of research data using t test with significance level of 0.05. Analysis of data obtained average attack value before given model of attacking exercise is 61.0455 or 61 and after being given treatment with attacking model 75.5909 or 75.6. In the test of significance difference with SPSS 16 can result t-count = -29,567 db = 44 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05 which means there is a significant difference in the ability to attack before and after being given an attacking training model on basketball game that with a significance level of 0.05 then H0 is rejected. Based on the description it can be concluded that the training model attack on basket game developed that can be applied effectively and efficiently so that it can increase attack on basketball players.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out a learning model using a game-based tennis backhand skill model. The method used is Research & Development with mixed methods research approach that combines qualitative and quantitative methods. It is intended to be able to reach or process all data or information so that a comprehensive explanation will be obtained. The number of samples as many as 20 respondents. The steps taken in the trial include: (1) establishing a group of research subjects (2) Carrying out Pretest (3) trying the model that has been developed (4) carrying out post-test (5) looking for the average score of pretest and posttest and compared between the two (6) looking for the differences between the two averages through statistical methods (t-test) to find out whether or not there is a significant influence of the use of the model. The conclusion of this study is that game-based tennis backhand learning model can be developed and applied in the process of learning backhand techniques of tennis effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of extra-curricular competencies basketball coach at the junior level INLABS championship in 2013, seen from the 8 (eight) described competence. The research methods included descriptive method with observational data collection/survey. This survey technique using the questionnaire as a research instrument in collecting the data from extra-curricular competencies coach basketball coach in terms of the eight competencies. The results of this study indicate that competence extracurricular basketball coach at the championship INLABS 2013 there were thirteen (13) or 81.25% of the category of the good and the three (3) or 18.75% of people categorized enough.Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kompetensi pelatih ekstrakurikuler bola basket tingkat SMP pada kejuaraan INLABS 2013, dilihat dari 8 (delapan) kompetensi yang dijelaskan. Metode penelitian ini termasuk metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data observasi/survey. Teknik survey ini menggunakan metode penyebaran angket sebagai instrumen penelitian dalam pengumpulan hasil data dari kompetensi pelatih ekstrakurikuler bola basket ditinjau dari kedelapan kompetensi pelatih. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pelatih ekstrakurikuler bola basket pada kejuaraan INLABS 2013 terdapat 13 (tiga belas) atau 81,25% orang kategori yang baik dan 3 (tiga) atau 18,75% orang berkategori cukup.Kata kunci: basket, kompetensi, pelatih ekstrakurikuler

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) How is the Basketball Team Defense Analysis of UNJ seen from Passing Ability of Opposite Team on Attacking Point to the Paint Area, (2) How is the Basketball Team Defense Analysis of UNJ seen from Passing Ability of Opposite Team on Attacking point to the Opposite Area, (3) How is the Basketball team Defense Analysis of UNJ seen from Passing ability of Opposite Team on Attacking point to the harmless area. The research method uses descriptive method with observation/survey. This research is using SWOT analysis (Strength), (Weakness), (Opportunity), (Threat). From the calculation of all the data, it obtained that 95 passing ability from the attacking point to the dangerous area (paint area and opposite area) towards the UNJ basketball team defense. Total of successful passing from the attacking point to the dangerous area I (paint area) against the UNJ defense team is 9:09 %, and the failure passing from attacking point to the dangerous area I (paint area) towards the UNJ team defense is 3.63 %, successful passing from the attacking point to the dangerous area II (area opposite) towards the defense team UNJ is 7:27 %, and the failure passing from the attacking point to the dangerous area II (opposite area) towards UNJ defense team is 0.60 %, the successful passing from the attacking point to the harmless area towards the UNJ defense team is 73.33 %, and the failure passing from the attacking point to the harmless area to the UNJ defense team is 6:06 %.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) analisis defense tim bola basket putera UNJ dilihat dari kemampuan passing lawan di titik serang menuju daerah berbahaya (paint area), (2) analisis defense tim bola basket putera UNJ dilihat dari kemampuan passing lawan di titik serang menuju daerah berseberangan, (3) analisis defense tim bola basket putera UNJ dilihat dari kemampuan passing lawan di titik serang menuju daerah tidak berbahaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik observasi/survey. Penelitian menggunakan analisis SWOT: Strength (Kekuatan), Weakness (Kelemahan), Opportunity (Peluang), Threat (Ancaman). Dari hasil perhitungan data diperoleh 95 seluruh aktifitas kemampuan passing dari titik serang menuju daerah berbahaya (paint area dan daerah berseberangan) terhadap defense tim bola basket putera UNJ. Total keberhasilan passing dari titik serang menuju daerah berbahaya I (paint area) terhadap defense tim UNJ 9.09%, dan kegagalan passing dari titik serang menuju daerah berbahaya I (paint area) terhadap defense tim UNJ 3.63%, keberhasilan passing dari titik serang menuju daerah berbahaya II (daerah berseberangan) terhadap defense tim UNJ 7.27%, dan kegagalan passing dari titik serang menuju daerah berbahaya II (daerah berseberangan) terhadap defense tim UNJ 0,60%, keberhasilan passing dari titik serang menuju daerah tidak berbahaya terhadap defense tim UNJ 73.33%, dan kegagalan passing dari titik serang menuju daerah tidak berbahaya terhadap defense tim UNJ 6.06%.Kata kunci: analisis, defense, tim bola basket

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce a futsal defense strategy training model for athletes 15-17 years old and to test the effectiveness of the futsal defense model for ages 15-17 years. The method used in this research is research and development. Data collection techniques using interviews, tests, and field observations. The results of the product effectiveness test by comparing the two groups; the treatment group using the product development, and the control group using the pretest and posttest designs. The average value of each group based on the test is the effectiveness of the experimental group is higher than the control group. The improvement of the futsal defense system for the age of 15-17 years at the time of the pre-test showed t-count = 13,405, >t-table = 1.69236, df = 34 and p-value = 0.000.00<0.005. Based on the comparison of the test results, the increase in test results for the experimental group increased significantly than the control group. The subjects in this study were athletes of Club futsal in Soppeng Regency aged 15-17 years and AFK Soppeng athletes aged 15-17 years. It is hoped that this research can provide benefits for sports practitioners, especially in futsal sport.
