The method used in this research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using a absence via google glassroom. Based on the results of data management, data observation and data analysis, it can be seen that the effect of learning using learning media in the form of PowerPoint and video is more effective. This effectiveness can be used as an indicator of the learning process that uses learning media to further increase student motivation to attend class better than the learning commonly used by teachers in these schools. Researchers hope that this research can improve the online learning methods used by teachers so that they can attract student interest and motivation in online learning so that students will be interested and diligent in participating in learning without feeling bored with the material provided by the teacher in the future, especially during this covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

This This research was motivated by the low creative thinking skills of class V students at SDN 005 Bukit Ranah. One solution to overcome this problem is to use the creative problem solving (CPS) model. The research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the creative problem solving (CPS) learning model on the creative thinking skills of class V students at SDN 005 Bukit Ranah. This research is a research. The research design used in the research is a quasi-experiment (Quasi Experiment) in the form of a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study was all class V students at SDN 005 Bukit Ranah, totaling 70 students. In this research, there are classes VA and VB, where class VA is the Experiment class and class V is the Control class. The results of the hypothesis test using the one way anova test with a significance level of 0.05 obtained a sig (2-tailed) (0.034) < α (0.050) value so it can be said that the two classes have a significant difference. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence between the creative problem solving (CPS) learning model on the creative thinking skills of class VA students in the experimental class and students who use conventional learning in class VB students at SDN 005 Bukit Ranah. Keywords: Creative Problem Solving (CPS) Model, Creative Thinking Skills and Elementary School Students.

Abstract

Hypertension is a common condition in which the long-term force of blood against artery walls is high enough to cause health problems, such as heart disease eventually. High blood pressure is known as the "silent killer". Most people with high blood pressure are unaware of the problem because it may not have any warning signs or symptoms. For this reason, it is essential to measure blood pressure regularly. A new study has shown that consuming foods rich in flavonoids can help patients with high blood pressure. This advantage of these compounds is due to their vasodilator properties. Flavonoids are a diverse group of biologically active polyphenol compounds found in plants and herbs. Regular consumption of flavonoids has cardioprotective effects and may reduce the onset or progression of many cardiovascular diseases, especially hypertension. The article search was done in PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar databases. The current body of evidence supports the ingestion of flavonoids for their beneficial effect on blood pressure. However, more significant research should further investigate the vascular moderating effects and the safety and acceptability of almond consumption.
