Abstract

Private universities face obstacles in achieving maximum performance, this is shown by their accreditation scores. The accreditation score of majors at private universities in Ciamis, Garut, Kuningan is mostly B and C. The obstacles in achieving maximum performance may be due to the behavior of their human resources management. OCB is an HR behavior that provides benefits for the organization and cannot be developed as a formal role obligation or in the form of contracts that are indicated at these universities. This study aims to determine OCB and university performance at Galuh-Ciamis University, Garut, and Kuningan and the OCB model that has an impact on university performance. Quantitative and qualitative approaches are used in this study. Meanwhile, the research methods are comparative studies and development research. Comparative studies compare similarities and differences in the facts and properties of the object under study. Development research is used to develop the OCB model that impacts university performance.This study shows that Galuh-Ciamis University has OCB quality of 78.46% (good), university performance quality of 75.60% (good) and OCB influence on university performance of 21.3% while the remaining 78.7% is influenced by other variables. Garut University has OCB quality of 79.17% (good), university performance quality of 75.08% (good) but close to ‘good enough’ and OCB's influence on university performance is 28.6% while the remaining 71.4% is influenced by other variables. Kuningan University has OCB quality of 80.86% (good), university performance quality of 79.24% (good) and OCB's influence on university performance of 65.1% while the remaining 34.9% is influenced by other variables. OCB also has an influence on university performance, however the influence of OCB on the organizational performance of each university is different, so the OCB model was developed for maximum university performanceABSTRAK: Universitas swasta menghadapi kendala dalam mencapai kinerja universitasnya, ini ditujukan oleh nilai akreditasi di universitas swasta. Nilai akreditasi program studi di universitas swasta di Ciamis, Garut, Kuningan sebagian besar B dan C. Kendala dalam mencapai kinerja uiversitas mungkin disebabkan oleh perilaku SDMnya. OCB merupakan perilaku SDM yang memberikan manfaat bagi organisasi dan tidak bisa ditumbuhkan sebagai kewajiban peran formal atau dengan bentuk kontrak yang ditunjukan di universitas-universitas tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui OCB dan kinerja universitas di Universitas Galuh-Ciamis, Garut, dan Kuningan serta model OCB yang berdampak pada kinerja universitas tersebut. Pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan metode penelitiannya adalah studi komparatif dan penelitian pengembangan. Studi komparatif membandingkan persamaan serta perbedaan fakta-fakta dan sifat-sifat objek yang diteliti. Penelitian pengembangan digunakan untuk mengembangkan model OCB yang berdampak kepada kinerja universitas. Penelitian ini menujukan, Universitas Galuh-Ciamis memiliki OCB dengan kualitas 78,46% (baik), kinerja universitas dengan kualitas 75,60% (baik) dan pengaruh OCB terhadap kinerja universitas sebesar 21,3% sedangkan sisanya 78,7,6% pengaruh variabel lain. Universitas Garut memiliki OCB dengan kualitas 79,17% (baik), kinerja universitas dengan kualitas 75,08% (baik) namun mendekati cukup baik dan pengaruh OCB terhadap kinerja universitas sebesar 28,6% sedangkan sisanya 71,4% pengaruh variabel lain. Universitas Kuningan memiliki OCB dengan kualitas 80,86% (baik), kinerja universitas dengan kualitas 79,24% (baik) dan pengaruh OCB terhadap kinerja universitas sebesar 65,1% sedangkan sisanya 34,9% pengaruh variabel lain. OCB sama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja universitas namun besar pengaruh OCB terhadap kinerja organisasi setiap universitas berbeda, sehingga dikembangkanlah model OCB agar kinerja universitas maksimal.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital music applications in Indonesia is an opportunity for digital music application providers to meet the needs and desires of the community. One of them is the Spotify app. The problem is based on the number of Spotify Freemium users than Spotify Premium and the start of many new digital music applications that are starting to emerge, this is a challenge for Spotify is increasing its repurchase intention. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive type of research. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 400 respondents using the Spotify application in Bandung City. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study based on descriptive analysis for the perceived value variable are already in the excellent category by 89%, the perceived quality variable is already in the excellent category by 88%, and the intention repurchase variable is already in the excellent category by 89%. Perceived value and perceived quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention with a magnitude of influence of 48.1% and the remaining 51.9% influenced by other factors that were not studied.

Abstract

The Covid - 19 pandemic caused a fairly deep contraction for the Indonesian economy, which also had an impact on the property and real estate sector, where there was a decrease in public interest in housing sales, where PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. has a main sales segment, namely integrated city. This study aims to find out whether there has been a significant change in financial performance in the period before and during the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. period 2019 – 2020. The data used in this study includes quarterly financial data for the period 2019 – 2020, while the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Statistical Test and Wilcoxon Test. The results of this study indicate that there was no significant difference in the financial performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk Period 2019 – 2020.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of Reward and Punishment on Work Loyalty at IBC Telkomsel in Bandung City. This research includes quantitative descriptive research, with multiple linear regression analysis approaches that use a brushioner research instrument. The sample in this study was Telkomsel IBC employees in Bandung City which amounted to 134 respondents who were analyzed with the SPSS program version 25. The results of this study found that rewards have a significant effect on work loyalty, evidenced by the value of thitung significance greater than table and with a large enough coefficient value so that the reward affects work loyalty. Punishment also has a significant effect on work loyalty, evidenced by the value of thitung significance greater than ttabel and with a fairly large value of coefiesen, so punishment also affects work loyalty. In multiple linear analyses it is known that reward has a greater influence on work loyalty compared to the punishment variable.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of Good Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, and Business Strategy on a company's dividend policy. The subjects of this research encompass companies in the banking sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, covering the observation period from 2018 to 2022. The Good Corporate Governance variables are approximated using Independent Commissioners and Institutional Shareholders. Meanwhile, the Financial Performance variables are represented by NPL, ROA, and Tobin's Q. Alongside the Corporate Business Strategy variables, the proxies employed consist of Company Size and Debt to Asset Ratio. Dividend per share serves as the dependent variable proxy. Employing the method of multiple regression analysis, this study concludes that Tobin's Q, ROA, and Institutional Shareholders significantly impact the company's dividend policy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ukuran (size) dan return saham terhadap perilaku herding pada saham LQ45 di pasar saham Indonesia.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data harga saham LQ45 selama periode 2021-2022 dengan data per bulan yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Vector Autoregression (VAR) yaitu metode analisis statistik multivariat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan sebab-akibat (causal relationship) antara dua atau lebih variabel. Dalam kesimpulan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan beberapa metode analisis, yaitu VAR, Uji Stationeritas, Uji Lag Optimal, dan uji Kausalitas Granger. Hasil dari analisis VAR, khususnya uji Kausalitas Granger, menunjukkan adanya hubungan dinamis antara ukuran (size) dan perilaku herding serta antara return pasar dan perilaku herding. Hasil analisis semua kasus, hipotesis nol (H0) tidak dapat ditolak, menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kausalitas antar variabel yang diamati tidak bermakna. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah penting bagi investor, perusahaan, dan regulator pasar modal untuk mengembangkan strategi investasi yang lebih efektif dan regulasi pasar modal yang lebih baik.
