Abstract

Berdasarkan fenomena yang ditemukan pemberian makanan pendamping ASI yang terdapat di Puskesmas Ulak Karang terdapat Kenaikan berat badan Normal.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Kenaikan Berat Badan Bayi ASI Non Ekslusif di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ulak Karang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional Study. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Posyandu Ulak Karang Selatan. Penelitian dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dari bulan Februari sampai Agustus 2018. Penelitian selama 1 minggu dengan jumlah populasi 120 bayi. Sampel sebanyak 36 bayi, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proporsional Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan lembar ceklis melalui wawancara dan analisa data secara univariat. Hasil Penelitian Univariat didapatkan Kenaikan berat badan Bayi ASI Non Ekslusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ulak Karang Padang. Bahwa normal 22 bayi (61,1%) pemberian makanan pendamping ASI sebelum bayi berusia 6 bulan terdapat 22 bayi normal, 5 bayi malnutrisi ringan, 3 bayi malnutrisi sedang, dan 6 bayi terdapat obesitas. Kesimpulan bahwa ASI Ekslusif lebih baik untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi karena nutrisi ASI ibu lebih bergizi dan sehat untuk kesehatan bayi, dan dapat terlihat masih ada yang mengalami malnutrisi dan obesitas pada anak.

Abstract

Based on a report from the padang city health office in 2022, it was stated that the andalas health centre was one of the health centers with the highest number of covid 19 incidents. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship betwen knowledge and attitudes towards covid 19 prevention measures in the community in RT 02/RW 02 Andalas Village, Working Area Of Andalas Health Centre, Padang City.This type of research is deskriptive analytical using a cross sectional design. This research was conducted in RT 02/RW 02. Reasearch and data collection was carried out from march 2022 to july 2022, with a population of 121 and a sample of 55 respondents. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. The data obtained were analized univariately with a frequency distribution and bivariate with statistical tests Chi Square.The result of univariate study obtained knowledge (47,3%), attitudes (43,6 %) and preventive measures for covid 19 (54,5%). Bivariate research results based on statistical tests it was found that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p=0,017) and no mean relationship between attitude (p=1,00) with covid 19 prevention measures in the community in RT 02/RW 02 Andalas Village, Working Area Of Andalas Health Centre, Padang City. Based on the research above, it can be concluded that preventive measures for covid 19 are influenced by public knowledge. It is recomended to the health centre to provide specific, valid and targeted knowledge in order to improve community prevention measures against Covid 19 infection.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid19) can cause respiratory tract infections in humans, ranging from the common cold to serious diseases such as MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) and SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome). Transmission of Covid-19 can occur from person to person through respiratory droplets from coughs and sneezes. As of 15 April 2020, the prevalence of Covid-19 in Indonesia was quite high, with a total of 1,589,359 people with a death rate of 43,073 people. The acceleration of the spread rate can also be seen from the data on the highest incidence of Covid-19 cases in the province of West Sumatra, where the city of Padang is the area with the highest incidence of Covid-19, namely 17,037 positive confirmed cases as of April 23, 2021. Community knowledge and attitudes in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic are very it is important to be able to reduce the risk of infection between fellow communities. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of the community regarding health protocols during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The research design used was descriptive, with a total sample of 89 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 42% of the community had good knowledge of health protocols, 60.7% had a negative attitude about health protocols and 67.4% of the community had unfavorable behavior regarding health protocols. Good knowledge from the community in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic is expected to make the community take concrete actions to reduce the risk of contracting Covid-19.
