Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a model of internationalization of customermanagement, with the specific objective to produce a customer management model that can beimplemented to confront ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) competitors. The output of thisresearch is the Customer Management Model that can be used as a guide to problem abstractionlogic, and guidance in making policies about product offer, price, service, and distribution,scientific articles, teaching materials on customer relationship management courses. Data werecollected from the owner and manager of natural color batik by using survey method. Naturalcolor batik is batik product which in its coloring process does not use chemical substance, butnatural dye from rural environment. Natural dyes from the heart of banana, mahogany, cashewleaf, mango leaves, indigo plants, jengkol skin, teak leaves, red onion leaf, jackfruit wood,rambutan fruit peel. Based on the analysis is concluded that customer life cycle and form ofcompetitive understanding of MEA 2015 become the determinant of customer managementmodel. Prospect stage, First Purchase Stage, Repeat Purchase Stage, and Main Purchase Stageis valid and reliable as the construct of the customer lifecycle variable. In the customer life cycle,the primary customer stage has the highest correlation, and the prospect stage has the lowestcorrelation. The 2015 MEA competition is seen as a form of competition to improve the quality,product competitiveness, and productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse business profile factors through human resource profiles, ICT skills, external environmental support and financial literacy skills that affect business sustainability. The research was conducted using a qualitative research design. The data collection method used interview techniques with five informants from MSME actors in Manding Village, Temanggung, Central Java and triangulated sources to analyse the validity of the data. The results of this study show a description of the condition of business management in Manding Village, Temanggung seen from the profile of SME resources, competence in using ICT, external support and financial literacy. From the interview results, it can be seen that there is still a lack of training intensity, business socialisation assistance, especially related to marketing, technology use and business financial management. Employees only focus on the production process and product manufacturing. There is still a lack of competence in the use of ICT and business financial management. Currently, MSME players in Manding Village, Temanggung still rely on their own capital because there is no capital assistance, incentives or business management facilities from related agencies. The implications of this research are expected to be a consideration for the government to improve the competence of MSME entrepreneurs through training and financing.

Abstract

Mitra dalam program ini adalah Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Gapoktan Tani Manunggal yang beralamat di Desa Gesing, Kabupaten Temanggung. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem simpan pinjam hasil rancang bangun, meningkatkan keterampilan mitra dalam mengoperasikan program aplikasi, dan meningkatkan kinerja mitra. Dua puluh kelompok tani telah membentuk koperasi bernama Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Gapoktan Tani Manunggal. Bidang usahanya adalah simpan pinjam. Permasalahan dengan mitra terjadi pada setiap akhir periode rapat anggota tahunan. Pengelola harus membuat laporan simpan pinjam kepada peserta dengan cara merekap seluruh transaksi mulai dari awal. Hasil rekap seluruh transaksi dalam satu periode terkadang menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian. Pengelolaan simpanan pinjam masih manual, hanya menggunakan catatan di buku tabungan. Cara pelaksanaan program ini adalah dengan menginstal aplikasi sistem simpan pinjam pada komputer mitra, pelatihan pengoperasian program aplikasi, penanganan kesalahan program, dan pengadaan printer untuk mencetak laporan hasil simpan pinjam. Kesimpulan dari program ini adalah kinerja mitra meningkat, mitra telah menerapkan sistem simpan pinjam hasil rancang bangun, mitra mampu membuat laporan kepada anggota secara akurat dan cepat.

Abstract

Garments and textiles are sub-sectors that contribute to high GDP growth but, in 2020 and 2021 there has been a decline caused by a decrease in export demand. This will have an impact on the production process and profit that the industry is worried about will experience financial distress. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether the Altman Z-Score model is influential and able to predict financial distribution in the garment and textile sub-sector industries registered with the BEI. The sampling techniques used in this study are purposive sampling and sampling techniques of 16 industries. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through documentation techniques sourced from secondary data in the form of industrial financial statements. The analysis method used is discriminant analysis using SPSS. The outcomes of this study show that working capital on total assets, retained earnings on total assets, pre-interest income and taxes on total assets, market value of equity on total liabilities, and sales on total assets are influential and able to predict financial distress in the garment and textile industries, with accuracy This model is 81.3%. Keywords: Financial distress, bankruptcy predictions, Altman Z-Score..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of the Tokopedia website based on user perceptions using the WebQual 4.0 method. It is also meant to find out the gap between the level of performance and the level of user interest and indicators that are the main priority for improvement based on Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The dimensions used in WebQual 4.0 consist of usability, information quality, and interaction quality. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using the Tokopedia website. Based on the results of research using WebQual 4.0, the website's quality has a WebQual Index score 0.85, which was good because it is close to 1,00. While based on Importance Performance Analysis, in quadrant one, four indicators need to improve their performance. The average value of the gap for each dimension is 0.24 gap for the usability dimension, -0.32 for the information quality dimension, and -0.32 for the interaction quality. The value of the most significant gap lies in the indicator that the Tokopedia Website guarantees the security of users' personal data information of -0.72, which means more attention and improvement should be given to the indicators with the most significant gap.
