Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine whether there is a significant difference in effectiveness of learning management by lecturers of USD who use Digital Learning Resources (SBD) with those who do not use SBD based on the students’ perception; 2) determine whether there is a significant difference in the ability of the lecturers who use the SBD and those who do not use SBD in managing the courses according to the students’ perception; 3) determine whether there is a significant difference in the ability of the lecturers who use SBD and those who do not use SBD in empowering students according to the students’ perception. This study analyzes the effectiveness of learning management among 38 lecturers USD who consisted of 19 lecturers who use SBD and 19 lecturers who do not use SBD. The data analysis uses independent difference sampling t-test technique. The results of the study are as follows: First, there is a significant difference in the effectiveness of the lecturers who use SBD with those who do not use SBD in learning management according to the students’ perception with t-value of 2.405 and asymptote significance (2-tailed) of 0.022 smaller than alpha 0.05. Second, there is a significant difference in the ability of lecturers who use the SBD with those who do not use SBD in managing the course according to the students’ perception with t-value of 2.210 and asymptote significance (2-tailed) of 0.041 smaller than alpha 0.05. Third, there is no significant difference in the ability of lecturers who use SBD with those who do not use SBD in empowering students with t-value of 2.627 and asymptote significance (2-tailed) 0.013 smaller than alpha 0.05.doi.org/10.24071/ijiet.2017.010109

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan konsentrasi mahasiswa diberi aromaterapi dan tidak diberi aromaterapi di kelas F13 Program Studi D-IV Bidan Pendidik Universitas Respati Yogyakarta.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy experiment dengan rancangan penelitian digunakan post-test only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi DIV Bidan Pendidik Angkatan 2015/2016 sebanyak 183 mahasiswa, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 84 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan tes Army Alpha. Analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah independent sampel t-test.Berdasarkan analisis univariat pada kelas tidak diberi aromaterapi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki konsentrasi sedang (70,2), sedangkan data pada kelas yang diberi aromaterapi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki konsentrasi sedang (78,4%). Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan nilai p value 0,042 < α 0,05.Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara konsentrasi mahasiswa diberi aromaterapi dan tidak diberi aromaterapi di kelas F13 Program Studi DIV Bidan Pendidik Universitas Respati Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kebutuhan pengembangan sumber daya manusia pendukung kelompok sadar wisata (POKDARWIS) Kwaru Asri dan Pandansimo, Desa Poncosari, Kecamatan Srandakan, Kabupaten Bantul terhadap pelatihan pengembangan SDM Pendukung Pariwisata Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif (descriptive research). Sampel yang akan diambil sebanyak 51 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, Wawancara dan observasi. Untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan Pedoman Acuan Patokan Tipe II.Dekripsi data menujukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden Sangat Membutuhkan Pelatihan Kepariwisataan (82,35%), secara spefisik tentang daya tarik wisata (94%); atraksi wisata (78%); dan sapta pesona (84%). Sebagian besar responden Sangat Membutuhkan Pelatihan Bahasa Asing (76,47%), dalam arti spesifik Bahasa Inggris untuk percakapan dengan turis (92%). Sebagian besar responden Sangat Membutuhkan Pelatihan Sadar Budaya Wisata (92,16%), secara spesifik tentang Peninggalan Sejarah (54%); Budaya Wisata Makanan Khas Yogya (74%); dan Budaya Wisata Kelautan (68%). Sebagian besar responden Sangat Membutuhkan Pelatihan Pengolahan Hasil Laut (96,08%), secara spesifik tentang presto ikan (76%); pengeringan ikan secara praktis (70%); pembuatan abon ikan (72%); cara membuat ikan asin secara praktis (66%); dan cara memasak ikan secara modern (74%). Sebagian besar responden Sangat Membutuhkan Pelatihan Praktik Perkoperasian (80,39%), secara spesifik tentang: Koperasi Konsumsi (54%); Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (84%); dan Koperasi Unit Desa (56%). Sebagian besar responden Sangat Membutuhkan Pelatihan Pengembangan Potensi Kewirausahaan (86,27%), secara spesifik tentang: sikap mental wirausaha (80%); dan cara membuka usaha baru (88%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant difference in productivity between organic and inorganic rice farming, whether there is a significant difference in technical efficiency between organic nd inorganic rice farming, and whether fertilizer costs, labor costs, arable land area, and the length of the use of System of Rice Intensification (SRI) have a significant effect on the organic rice production. The target of this research is the improvement of economic efficiency and organic rice farming productivity in Purworejo District, Central Java. To achieve this target, this study used SRI method. The population was all farmers of inorganic and organic rice farming in Purworejo District. The samples consist of 45 people from organic rice farmers and 45 people from inorganic rice farmers in Ringgit Village, Purworejo. They were collected by random sampling and the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Descriptive analysis was done by comparing all necesary activities in both organic and inorganic rice farming. The descriptive analysis concludes that there is a difference in terms of the selection of seeds, seedlings, seed treatment before sowing, planting and watering, fertilizing, weeding and pest control. Quantitative analysis is done using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and multiple linear regeresi. The quantitative analysis concludes that there is a significant difference in productivity between organic rice farming and inorganic rice farming. There is a significant difference in technical efficiency between organic rice farming and inorganic rice farming. Fertilizer costs, labor costs, arable land area, and the length of the use of SRI method have a significant effect on the organic rice production.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impacts of fiscal decentralization, institutional transformation, and regional revenue to the income disparity among the provinces in Indonesia. This study uses panel data with the number of runs 528 pieces of data that includes 33 provinces in Indonesia period 2000-2015. The data were taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia. They were analyzed using a multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that tax revenue sharing fund and natural resources revenue sharing fund impact positive and significant on the income disparity among the provinces in Indonesia, while the general allocation fund, special allocation fund, institutional transformation, and the local revenue do not significantly affect the income disparity among the provinces in Indonesia. Tax and natural resources revenue sharing fund are actually exacerbating the gap of income distribution among regions in Indonesia. The implication of this study is that the government needs to review the allocation mechanism of General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, Tax Revenue Sharing Fund and Natural Resources Revenue Sharing Fund in order to serve as an instrument of fiscal capacity equalization of each region as well income distribution equalization among regions in Indonesia. The local government needs to continue improving the local revenue through the optimization of local tax revenue, regional retribution, profits of Regional Owned Enterprises, and other legitimate acceptances.

Abstract

The purpose of the Science and Technology Implementation of Nata de Coco Business Owners is toincrease the income of the Nata de Coco business owners through education and training on productprocessing as well as on the management of their business. The idea of implementing science andtechnology for Nata de Coco entrepreneurs stemmed from the fact that nata de coco entrepreneurs weregenerally less skilled in processing nata de coco products. The products were less hygienic and were not marketed under their own trademark. The specific target in IbM's activities was the increasing income of the nata de coco businessmen. The method used to achieve this goal was a collaborative method throughvarious trainings, intensive facilitation, hands-on practice, monitoring and evaluation. The outcome ofIbM's program was the production of nata de coco's distinctive, varied, hygienic, and delicious productsso that the sales turnover and the nata de coco craftsmen income continue to increase.
