Abstract

Development of students that lead to the formation of Dai that the curriculum, and extracurricular activities. The curriculum used in boarding schools is twofold: National curriculum and curriculum of boarding school. The activity of  Extracurricular are the activities carried out outside the hours of formal (school). The Implementation of activities supported by two factors: the factors supporting and inhibiting factors. A supporting factor are including cooperation leaders on with local communities, a factor against the development needs of students, students against pollutes obedience, the motivation of santri who have the talent. Inhibiting factors are the lack of facilities and boarding school facilities, Inhibiting factors is the lack and facilities of boarding school facilities, the lack of professional development, the different of factors education the number of activities imposed on boarding school.

Abstract

Parents play an important role in instructing and advising adolescents in performing prayers but there are still many teenagers who do not do fardu prayer. From that the researcher wanted to know about the parents' efforts and the obstacles they faced in guiding the implementation of adolescent prayer for social media users in Pargarutan Dolok, East Angkola District. This research method with a descriptive approach in the form of qualitative research that seeks to describe according to phenomena, events and social activities. Data collection through observation and interviews in Pargarutan Dolok, Angkola Timur District, South Tapanuli Regency. The results of the study showed that parents in guiding the implementation of prayer by adolescents who are social media users by giving advice to adolescents to carry out fardu prayers then told adolescents to perform fardu prayers. The obstacles faced by parents in guiding the implementation of adolescent prayer services for social media users are the lack of religious awareness in adolescents, economic and occupational factors, knowledge factors and various kinds of television media and mobile phones

Abstract

The background of the problems in this research are many young people in Aek Tampang District looked bad attitudes, it seemed from their social development which are more likely can damage the environment, even from the religious aspects, they avoided doing it. The single parent mothers are expected the main cause of the problems, where they are busy in financing their families. The purposes of this research are to find the role of single parent mothers in educating and developing their children, to know the social development of the young people and the religious behaviours, and to identify the effects of economic life to their mental health. It has been done qualitatively, by using interviews and observation as the instruments. Then, analysed it descriptively. The result shows that the single parent mothers are busy to earn money for their families, so, the have less time to handle, to educate, and to control their family. Although they have given their time to educate and controlled them, it looks that their children did not follow their parents. It is also found the young people are easier to be influenced by their environment, by their friends, then by their parents, and it made they also are far from the religious side
