Abstract

Benteng Kota village office is a village located in Tempilang District, West Bangka Regency. At the Benteng Kota village office the processing of population public services is still done manually. Therefore this website is made to facilitate the administration in handling public population services. The method used by the authors in this study is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This system uses the PHP programming language with MySQL database. In implementing this existing system, it must be uploaded on the webserver so that it can be accessed in cyberspace. Because the implementation of the system is only a trial, the authors use XAMPP for the webserver. The tools used are object oriented (UML) tools. Based on the above problems, one alternative to this problem is to create a computerized system that will certainly make it easier. With the application of the existing population general service information system, it can overcome the problems and improve the work process which is still slow so that it is now faster and the handling in verifying caused by the feasibility of the village apparatus is also better.

Abstract

Pada Kantor Notaris Hoiril Masuli, Sh, M.Kn dalam pengelolaan penerimaan berkas masih menggunakan cara manual dan belum terkomputerisasi. Hal ini meyulitkan pegawai dalam pengelolaan data klien, seperti halnya dalam penyimpanan data-data yang masih disimpan dalam bentuk berkas sehingga menyulitkan pegawai dalam mencari data berkas masuk dari klien ataupun berkas yang sudah selesai dibuat serta berkas yang sudah diambil klien. Untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi, untuk mempercepat pekerjaan dan memudahkan pengelolahaan data perlu adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasi dalam pengelolaan berkas klien. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah berorientasi objek, model penelitian yang digunakan adalah Waterfall serta tools yang digunakan adalah UML (Unified Model Language).

Abstract

Public transportation is the most important part for people especially those who do not have a private vehicle, from the past until now the public transportation mode bus is still quite popular, such as in Belinyu District, Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands. Passengers when they want to use this mode of transportation usually wait at the terminal or on the side of the road that is usually used by the bus, payment is made on the way with the bus conductor, the destination is conveyed by the bus conductor along with payment, but problems occur sometimes the bus departure information is not clear because information cannot be accessed direct by passengers not to mention when there are passengers who come from outside the area who often miss the bus and on holidays there is usually a congestion of passengers who do not get a seat because the system is still manual and ineffective. Therefore, a bus service information system is needed by utilizing web-based information technology, so that the information obtained by passengers is clearer, more effective and accessible so that no one misses the bus or the accumulation of passengers who do not get a seat. Where information and transactions can be accessed via the website. In this study using the Rapid application development (RAD) method. With this web-based bus service information system can help customers and improve company services.

Abstract

Perkembangan Ilmu dan Teknologi semakin lama semakin pesat terutama di bidang Teknologi Informasi, salah satunya teknologi internet. Dalam bidang pendidikan sudah cukup mengenal dalam pemanfaatan teknologi internet ini dengan baik. Teknologi Informasi memegang peranan penting dalam membantu pihak sekolah untuk mentransmisikan ilmu pengetahuan dan keahliannya melalui sebuah sistem informasi. Seperti layanan penilaian siswa berbasis web. Pada level pendidikan Sekolah belum banyak sekolah yang mengenal dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Teknologi ini belum dimanfaatkan sebagai media database, salah satu contohnya adalah database dalam penilaian. Pegelolaan data nilai ini masih bersifat manual, dalam pemrosesan datanya masih terlihat lamban dan dibutuhkan ketelitian dalam pengimputan sehingga banyak menyita waktu. Dengan adanya hal tersebut maka harus dibuat suatu pengembangan sistem untuk lebih mengefisiensikan waktu sehingga data yang di proses lebih akurat. Pada Pengabdian ini penulis menggunakan pengembangan sistem dengan tahapan-tahapan dari Sistem Development Life Cycle (SDLC), yaitu Perencanaan, Analisis, Perancangan, Pemrogrman, Pengujian dan Pemeliharaan.Untuk bahasa pemrogramannya menggunakan PhP dan MySQL. Kata kunci: Teknologi, Informasi, Php, My SQL
