<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi organasisa terjadap kinerja guru SD, SMP dan SMK Putra Pertiwi Pondok Cabe, Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, dimana semua populasi dipakai sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Variabel (X1) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel (Y) Kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,571. Variabel (X2) Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel (Y) Kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Koefisien sebesar 0,364, dan Variabel (X1) Gaya kepemimpinan dan Variabel (X2) Komunikasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Variebel (Y) Kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 83,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,9% merupakan kontribusi variabel lain selain Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan; Komunikasi; Kinerja Guru THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF PRIMARY, SMP AND VOCATIONAL TEACHERS IN PUTRA PERTIWI PONDOK CABE, SELATAN TANGERANG ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational communication on the performance of elementary, middle school and vocational school teachers at Putra Pertiwi Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, where the entire population was used as a sample in this study totaling 33 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the variable (X1) leadership style has a partially significant effect on the variable (Y) employee performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.571.
