Abstract

This study aims to find out how the challenges of higher education institutions are after the Covid-19 pandemic and what are the strategic policies of higher education institutions in the implementation of post-covid-19 education and learning. The method used is descriptive method and the data collection method is through field research and literature. The data were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results obtained: First, the challenges of higher education institutions after the Covid 19 pandemic are: (a) Closing of educational institutions; (b) Creation of learning materials or content; (c) The level of achievement of learning targets is not optimal; (d) The online lecture system has not been fully followed by adequate lecturer capacity; and (e) The transformation of digital learning also has the effect of fatigue conditions and increased stress. Second, various strategies for educational institutions after the Covid-19 pandemic are: (a) Lecturers and students must improve internet and computer literacy skills; (b) Redefining learning outcomes: (c) Lecturers must ensure the readiness of lecture materials with perspective; (d) Determine the duration of each learning unit: (e) Assessment in the form of quizzes and independent assignments must be ready; and (f) Campuses must prepare sufficient infrastructure and bandwidth.

Abstract

This research explains about online lecturing and face to face. The purpose of this research is to know expectation and reality which is reached from online lecturing system. This research is qualitative research. The source of data used is primary and secondary data. Data collection procedure is library and field research. Data analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The result of research shows that online lecturing has given expectation and many advantages from system of lecturing unattached by time and many other advantages. The great expectation to increase the educational quality in Indonesia to increase Indonesian human resources. Otherwise, from the expectation of online lecturing there are so many problems, such as college student difficult to understand concept, lack of understanding the materiel, limited quota, lack of interaction between lectures ad college students, and lack of controlling in studying.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the land conflict between Pandan Sejahtera village societies and PT. Indonusa Agromulia Geragai District East Tanjung Jabung Regency and the obstacles faced in finishing. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data consist of primary and secondary. Data collection procedures through observation, interview and documentation. The technique of data analysis is qualitative and presented in the descriptive. Based on the research concluded: first, the process of land conflict solution between Pandan Sejahtera village societies and PT. Indonusa Agromulia Geragai District East Tanjung Jabung Regency through out of court and by court. The step of conflict solution through out of court by facilitation and meditation, where the government of East Tanjung Jabung has role as facilitator and mediator. Even though, in this process can’t solute conflict that happen until follow the second way through court. The second way also can’t be followed by Pandan Sejahtera village societies because they never receive the state court of East Tanjung Jabung Regency. Moreover, Pandan Sejahtera village societies ask to the government of East Tanjung Jabung to facilitate and mediate the conflict solution. Second, the obstacles faced in the land conflict solution of Pandan Sejahtera village societies and PT. Indonusa Agromulia, namely: (a) the absence who follow conflict; (b) no good perception from each follow conflict; (c) the difference abilities and education between them; and (d) the regulation assumed make late the process of conflict solution, because part of government of East Tanjung Jabung as facilitator and mediator can’t be as the decision maker.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan perlindungan sosial di Indonesia, perlindungan sosial melalui pemberian BLT di masa pandemi covid-19 serta dampak yang ditimbulkan dari segi ekonomi dan sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deksriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui library studies (studi kepustakaan), di mana penulis melakukan penelusuran terhadap literatur kemudian melakukan penelaahan. Setelah itu, dianalisis dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa: Pertama, di Indonesia, pelaksanaan sistem perlindungan sosial telah dilakukan melalui berbagai program dan telah berjalan lama. Program-program perlindungan sosial tersebut telah dilaksanakan sejak masa pemerintahan orde baru. Kedua, pada masa pandemic covid-19 pemerintah memberikan bantuan dalam bentuk tunai yang ditujukan kepada kelompok masyarakat paling terdampak pandemi COVID-19, meliputi masyarakat miskin, pekerja informal serta pelaku usaha transportasi daring. Ketiga, secara ekonomi, pemberian BLT di satu sisi memberikan dampak yang sangat signifikan untuk mempertahankan daya beli dan kepada kelompok pelaku usaha untuk kelangsungan usaha dan meminimalkan dampak pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK), namun dari segi sosial dapat memicu gejolak berupa konflik serta timbulnya korupsi.

Abstract

The approach used is a normative juridical approach supported by an empirical juridical approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is through a literature study/document study and interviews. The data obtained is presented in a qualitative descriptive form. The result of the research is that the rights and obligations of consumers of Nipah Panjang – Sadu ferry services are not in accordance with the regulations, for example there is no compensation, compensation and/or reimbursement in the event of an accident and tickets have not been provided as proof of the crossing transportation agreement. Likewise, the rights and obligations of business actors have not been implemented because there is no good faith from the business actors in carrying out their business activities, correct, clear and honest information has not been given regarding the conditions and guarantees of the goods and/or services used. There is no quality assurance. goods and/or services used.
