Abstract

Abstract Woman’s role the more days ate more expand along with the development of Science and Technology. Not only in the domestic sector, woman’s role alredy very wide in the economy world because demand for the economics needs of the family that day by day more increased. This research aims to determine the shape of the woman’s role in fulfill the economic needs of the family, the problems that woman face in her role to help fulfill the economic needs of the family and the impact of woman’s role in her effort to help fulfill the economic needs of the family. This research method uses a qualitative approach with field research type, while tis research is descriptive. Data collection techniques performed with interview, observation, and documentation. Sample selection using purposive sample by taking research subjects that fulfill the criteria. The result of this research indicate that the woman’s role is very large in effort to help fulfill the economic needs of the family. Woman work in their own homes as brick makers and also work as laborers in the roof-tile manufacturing industry. Many obstacles that woman face such as decreased production during the rainy season, obstacles in the procurement of good quality materials and difficult to devide the time. The impacts of working woman are very diverse, there are positive and negative impacts. The positive impacts is help to fulfill the economic needs of the family, having savings and improving family status. The negative impact in time taking up time to do housework. Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran jarak jauh yang diterapkan pemerintah pada masa pandemic covid-19 menimbulkan berbagai masalah dalam dunia pendidikan, salah satunya adalah menurunnya motivasi belajar siswa setelah beberapa bulan melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh di rumah. Untuk meningkatkan kembali motivasi belajar siswa tersebut guru perlu melakukan inovasi dan pembaruan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yaitu dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah video yang dibuat menggunakan aplikasi screen recorder. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan media, manfaat menggunakan media pembelajaran serta hambatan yang dialami pada saat menggunakan media pembelajaran dengan aplikasi screen recorder. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi screen recorder dilakukan mulai dari tahap pembukaan pembelajaran kemudian penyampaian materi melalui video pembelajaran, setelah itu guru melakukan evaluasi terhadap pemahaman siswa. Manfaat penggunaan media video dengan aplikasi screen recorder adalah memberikan penjelasan lebih konkrit, dapat dilakukan berulang, pembelajaran tidak monoton, lebih menarik dan menyenangkan, menimbulkan motivasi dalam.Hambatan yang dialami guru belum mahir dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran, sarana media video pembelajaran yang masih kurang, bahasa dalam video pembelajaran yang kurang sesuai dengan karakter siswa, guru kesulitan mengatur waktu saat proses pembelajaran, objek dalam video pembelajaran yang tidak bisa ditemukan kesesuaian dengan materi pembelajaran, dan guru merasa kerepotan dalam mempersiapkan alat-alat media. Kata Kunci: motivasi belajar, media pembelajaran, screen recorder. Abstract Distance learning that was implemented by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic caused various problems in the world of education, one of which was the decline in student motivation after several months of distance learning at home. To increase student motivation again, the teacher needs to make innovations and updates in learning activities, namely by using learning media. The learning media used was a video made using a screen recorder application. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of learning using media, the benefits of using learning media and the obstacles experienced when using learning media with a screen recorder application. This study uses a qualitative research approach with data collection methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the application of learning media using a screen recorder application was carried out starting from the opening stage of the lesson then the delivery of the material through the instructional video, after which the teacher evaluated student understanding. The benefits of using video media with a screen recorder application are that it provides more concrete explanations, can be done repeatedly, learning is not monotonous, more interesting and fun, raises inner motivation. the language in the learning video is not in accordance with the character of the student, the teacher has difficulty managing the time during the learning process, the object in the learning video cannot be found in accordance with the learning material, and the teacher feels inconvenient in preparing media tools.
