Abstract

Laode Sahili, Dengan judul Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas (UPTD) Pendidikan Kecamatan Unaaha Kabupaten Konawe. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah: Apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi pegawai pada Kantor Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas (UPTD) Pendidikan Kecamatan Unaaha Kabupaten Konawe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah survei. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 31 orang pegawai pada Pada Kantor Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas (UPTD) Pendidikan Kecamatan Unaaha Kabupaten Konawe. Sedangkan sampel yaitu sebanyak 31 orang atau sampel total. Variabel penelitian adalah Motivasi (X) sebagai variabel bebas serta prestasi kerja pegawai adalah variabel terikat (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada Pengaruh signifikan motivasi pegawai terhadap prestasi kerja pada Kantor Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas (UPTD) Pendidikan Kecamatan Unaaha Kabupaten Konawe, pengaruh variabel Motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai adalah sangat besar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa teori yang dipergunakan mendukung penelitian ini, sesuai hipotesis yang dikemukakan bahwa motivasi pegawai berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, serta didukung oleh teori yang dipergunakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera. The object of this research is the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera as many as 33 employees. While the sample in this study were all employees, namely 33 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that (1) work environment, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
