Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat kecacatan dalam batas pengendalian kualitas pada proses produksi kain pada PT Shinta Indah Jaya dan mengetahui jenis-jenis penyebab terjadinya produk cacat serta memberikan rekomendasi usulan perbaikan kepada perusahaan untuk mengatasi masalah yag terjadi Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data kerusakan kain di departemen Qualilty Control pada periode Januari s/d Desember 2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan 3 alat bantu Statistical Process Control yaitu diagram C-chart, diagram pareto, dan diagram fishbone. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan diagram c-chart kerusakan kain diluar batas pengendalian yaitu diluar batas kendali (out control) dapat diketahui batas pengendalian atas sebesar 13.412,34 kg dan batas pengendalian bawah sebesar 12.726,42 kg. Sedangkan hasil analisis berdasarkan diagram pareto, maka dapat diketahui jenis kerusakan yang terjadi pada kain yaitu warna tidak sesuai(WTS), bintik/noda, creasmark, belang dan luntur, lipatan-finishing, lipatan-Dyeing, garuk tidak standar, lebar tidak standar, dan yellowing. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil dari analisis diagram fishbone dapat diketahui lima faktor kerusakan yaitu Man, Machine, Material, Method, dan Environment Kata Kunci :Pengendalian Kualitas,Digram C-chart, Diagram Pareto, Diagram Fishbone Abstract This research was conducted to measure the level of defects within quality control limits in the fabric production process at PT Shinta Indah Jaya and determine the types of causes of defective products and provide recommendations for proposed improvements to the company to overcome problems that occur. The data taken in this research uses secondary data. in the form of data analysis of fabric damage in the Quality Control department in the period January to December 2022. The data technique used uses 3 Statistical Process Control tools, namely C-chart diagrams, Pareto diagrams and fishbone diagrams. The results of this research show that by using a c-chart diagram, fabric damage outside the control limits, namely outside the control limits, can be seen as an upper control limit of 13,412.34 kg and a lower control limit of 12,726.42 kg. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis are known based on the Pareto diagram, so the types of damage that can occur on the fabric are inappropriate color (WTS), spots/stains, crease marks, stripes and fading, finishing-creases, dye-creases, non-standard scratches, non-standard width, and yellow. Meanwhile, based on the results of the fishbone diagram analysis, five damage factors can be identified, namely Man, Machine, Material, Method and Environment.
