Abstract

This study explored the concept of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in relation to student employees. The dimensions of religiosity is used as an independent variable in this study. This study expands the extant research by examining OCB of student employees, where very few studies exist. For this research 174 student employees completed an online survey, where we looked to identify correlations between OCB and three dimensions: participation, importance and meaning. Data collection in this study used a qustionnaire that developed a variable of religiosity totaling 9 items and variables totaling 15 items which isusing multiple linear regression. The statistically significant correlation between three of these dimensions and OCB will help campusidentify and encourage OCB in their student employees. The result of study shows that there is effect of the participation dimension (XL) and the meaning dimension (X3), but there is no efect of the meaning dimension (X3) on OCB.

Abstract

Kata Kunci: CR, DER , DAR dan ROA THE EFFECT OF CURRENT RATIO (CR), DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER) AND DEBT TO ASSET RATIO (DAR) ON RETURN ON ASSETS (ROA) IN PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIAN STOCK EXCHANGE PERIOD 2012-2021 ABSTRACT This writing aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) variables on Return On Assets. The population is 20 in peroperty and resl estae companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2022. The data used in this study was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the technique of taking smpel (Purposive Sampling) obtained as many as 4 certain keriteria companies, the type of data used in this study is quantitative data, the source of data in this study is secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation techniques. The analysis techniques used are multiple regression, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that partially or simultaneously the Current Ratio (CR) partially has no effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) partially does not have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Assets Ratio (DAR) does not have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) simultaneously Curret Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) affect Return On Assets (ROA), in Property and Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2022. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Asset Turnover and Debt to Assets Ratio on Return on Assets at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Mayora Indah Tbk, and PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the financial reports of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Mayora Indah Tbk, and PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis, classical assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests. Significant tests include the t statistical test and the f statistical test, as well as coefficient of determination. The data was processed and analyzed using the Eviews 12 program. The results of this research show that partially Total Asset Turnover has a significant effect on Return on Assets, with a significant value of 0.0003. Partially the Debt to Asset Ratio has no effect on Return on Assets, with a significant value of 0.5928. Abstract

Indonesian mining has existed since the Hindu Buddhist era and continues to grow and show profitable results. This sector also has an attraction for investors, along with the process of buying and selling shares in Indonesia is increasingly widespread. Therefore, stock trading is one of the important components in driving Indonesia's economic growth, so that investor interest in investing in the mining sector is very large. Therefore, this reason makes the author interested in conducting research on the mining sector. Where this study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) variables on Stock Price. This study uses secondary data which is quantitative in nature. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis using the eviews version 12 application and using the financial statements of 4 mining sector companies from 2013-2022 as research samples.  Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Net Profit Margin has a positive effect on stock prices, this is evidenced by (tcount 4.926911> ttable 2.02439) Earning Per Share (EPS) partially has no significant effect on Stock Price, this is evidenced by (tcount -1. 204839 < t table 2.02439) and simultaneously Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) affect the Share Price of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by 36% in 2013-2022, this is evidenced by (Fhitung 11.89034 > Ftabel 3.252).
