Abstract

This study aims to determine, obtain objective data and information regarding of archive storage at Land Office of Sumedang Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with three informants, those are: one informant from General Administration of Division of Land Legal Relations; and two informants from Assistant General Administration of Division of Land Legal Relations. The data collection techniques used are literature studies, field studies (observations, interviews, and documentations) and triangulation. The procedure of data processing uses Miles and Huberman model data analysis consisting of: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/ verification. Based on the results of the study, can be concluded that archive storage at Land Office of Sumedang Regency it’s still not good. This can be seen from the temporary storage (file pending) and fixed storage (permanent file). The obstacles are, the lack of human resources; the lack of facilities and infrastructures to support archives such as shelves and file storage cabinets, and the lack of funding. Efforts that can be done are, increasing human resources in archives field, replenishment of facilities and infrastructures such as shelves and file storage cabinets, and optimizing funding.

Abstract

This research discusses the Implementation of Ministry of Health Policy NO.HK.01.07/MENKES/413/2020 concerning guidelines for the prevention and control of covid-19 by the Sumedang District Health Office. This study aims to determine how the Sumedang District Health Office implements the policy, which in its implementation can find out the obstacles faced by the Sumedang District Health Office, as well as efforts to overcome the obstacles faced by the Sumedang District Health Office. This study used a qualitative approach, determining research informants, namely purposive sampling technique, with the Head of the Program and Disease Prevention and Control (P2P) Division and the case study method. The data collection techniques used are literature study and field study consisting of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Ministry of Health's Policy No.HK.01.07 / MENKES / 413/2020 regarding guidelines for the prevention and control of covid-19 by the Sumedang district health office has been running in accordance with the decision of the minister of health in the prevention and control of covid-19 in Sumedang district. One of the programs made by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, in a decree of the Minister of Health NO.HK.01 / 07 / MENKES / 413/2020 concerning Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of the Ministry of Health's Policy NO.HK.01.07 / MENKES / 413/2020 regarding the guidelines for the prevention and control of covid-19 by the Sumedang District Health Office has been running according to the decision of the minister of health in the prevention and control of covid-19 in Sumedang district, although socialization is quite good, there is still low public participation in the use of masks

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the coaching or training in achieving unhealthy cooperative performance in Sumedang Regency. The method used in the preparation of this research report is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with research informants: Head of Institutional and Human Resources Development Section, Head of Business Development Section, Head of Facilitation and Capital Section. Data collection techniques through library research and field studies. In analyzing the data, the Miles and Huberman model used the following steps: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification, and triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the implementation of the training was carried out well, in this case training for unhealthy cooperatives, the training included training to increase the capacity of Human Resources, and training related to the conditions experienced by the unhealthy cooperatives. There are several indicators that cause cooperatives to be unhealthy, such as: Not implementing the RAT which will cause the management and supervisors to not be held accountable, mandatory savings not running will affect business capital, inactive institutions will cause coordination and harmonization not to occur, and book 16 is not done which will lead to the loss of cooperative characteristics. The selection of training materials is seen from the unhealthy conditions of the cooperative, the selection of training methods is seen from the material taken and the condition of the cooperative's human resources. The resource persons taken from the training are competent speakers who have a Widyaiswara certificate and the participants of this training are members of unhealthy cooperatives. Procurement of this research must meet administration such as: identification, verification, making invitation letters, determining resource persons, and determining facilities and infrastructure. And have procedures that have been determined by the administrators/supervisors and participants. In determining the coaching, efforts are made to achieve the performance of unhealthy cooperatives into healthy cooperatives in Sumedang Regency.
