Abstract

The phenomenon of online credit transactions that are spreading today is like expanding e-commerce. However, some online financing that is currently developing is quite horrendous to the public, because there are still people who do not understand the dangers of doing online credit to a legal entity / company whose security is unclear. Therefore, to find out information technology-based money financing (fintech) and to find out how the implementation of fintech financing activities is based on sharia principles. PT. Dana Syariah Indonesia is one of the sharia fintech companies, which offers halal investment with high yields on the basis of wakalah bil ujrah contracts and in channeling fintech-based financing based on sharia principles using murabahah contracts.
