Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the long jump achievement of Elementary School 05 Kikim Timur students. This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto research design. This research was conducted at Elementary School 05 Kikim Timur. The sample used was 22 grade 5 students. Data collection techniques used a scale. The data analysis technique uses the normality test. Test the hypothesis using the t-test, and statistical hypothesis using t-test. Based on hypothesis testing with the Independent Sample t-Test at speed t count 3.742 > t table 1.682, agility t count 4.253 > t table 1.682, and power t count 4.321 > t table 1.682. The conclusion from the research conducted was that the average gross motor skills of grade 5 students at SD Negeri 5 Kikim Timur using the traditional long jump game were better. So that traditional games have an influence on students’ gross motor skills.

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether there is a difference in the effect between standing board jump training and jump rope training on the results of long jump squatting style in class VI students of SD Negeri 12 Palembang. This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of standing board jump training and jump rope training on the results of long jump squatting style in grade VI students of SD Negeri 12 Palembang. This type of research is experimental research, using the M-S Pattern method. The population in this study were 6th grade students of SD Negeri 12 Palembang with a total of 30 people. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling technique. The variables of this study consisted of independent variables, namely standing board jump and jump rope training, as well as the dependent variable of squatting style long jump ability. Data collection using the squatting style long jump test method. The data analysis technique uses the t-test formula. Based on the results of research that has been conducted on grade VI students of SD Negeri 12 Palembang, about the effect of standing board jump training and jumping rope on the learning outcomes of long jump squatting style as many as 30 students (sample). The results showed that t value 4.42 > t critical 2.66 at a significant level with db58 means that there is a difference in influence between Standing board jump and jump rope training on the ability of grade VI students of SD Negeri 12 Palembang. From the calculation of the mean, it shows that the mean of experimental group 1 is greater than group 2 (3.63 < 3.53). Thus, it can be concluded that jump rope training has more effect than standing board jump training.

Abstract

Ball Handling is an important technique for achieving increasing basketball dribbling technique training. One of the things that must be done by every athlete in developing and improving sports performance optimally is by diligently practicing, with exercises that must be developed and improved to master basic techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine ball handling exercises on basketball dribbling abilities. This study uses a literature review research method using 16 literature sources, 12 of which are used as data reviewed and taken from nine databases (Google Scholar, UNP Journal, Research Article, Garda Portal, Sinta ristekbrin, JOSSAE) which demonstrate ball handling exercises. The conclusion in ball handling exercises is that there is a need for each according to the sample level examined by previous relevant studies with ball handling exercises that can improve basketball dribbling skills. In designing the training program must be structured.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of movement skills in football games in 7th and 8th grade students at SMP Negeri 3 KayuAgung, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The research method is defined as a scientific way to obtain data with specific purposes and uses. This research is quantitative descriptive research, namely research by giving tests to students, so that the results of motion abilities in football games are obtained and analyzed. The results during the author’s observation of the problem obtained that the ability to move in the game of soccer in students of SMP Negeri 3 Kayu Agung is still very lacking. The phenomenon that occurs is that there are several students who have not been able to perform soccer game movements. Especially in grade 7 and grade 8 students of SMP Negeri 3 Kayu Agung. Related to this problem, the solution is to emphasize more movement skills in soccer games so that these abilities can improve properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was the effect of hurdles training and long jump speed in the squat style of SMP Madinul Ulum Tungkal Jaya, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted at Madinul Ulum Tungkal Jaya Middle School, Musi Banyuasin Regency, which is located on Jl. Poros Sri Damai No. 6 Rt. 19 Dusun VI, Like Peace, Kec. Tungkal Jaya, Kab. Musi Banyuasin Province of South Sumatra. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a one group pre-test and post-test design. The data collection technique uses the long jump test technique. The population of this study were all students of class VII at Madinul Ulum Tungkal Jaya Middle School, Musi Banyuasin Regency, while there were students of class VII.2 and VII.3 with a total of 62 people. The data analysis technique used is the inferential data analysis technique with the help of the t test SPSS version 23.00 for windows. Based on the discussion that has been stated above, it can be concluded that: (1) there is an effect of hurdles training on the squat style long jump; (2) Effect of speed training on long jump squat style.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, emotional intelligence and anxiety on the level of motivation when competing in Pencak Silat PPLPD athletes in Musi Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is descriptive using a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were 28 Pencak Silat PPLPD athletes in Musi Banyuasin Regency. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the self-efficacy level of Pencak Silat PPLPD athletes in Musi Banyuasin Regency was in the very high category of 50%, the level of emotional intelligence was in the high category of 54%, the level of anxiety was in the medium category of 68% which had an influence on athlete motivation. Pencak Silat PPLPD Musi Banyuasin Regency when competing with the level of motivation was in the very high category of 57%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of zig-zag training on shooting accuracy in a soccer game for children of class V SD Negeri Tasa XI, Lais District. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Tasa XI, Lais District, which is located Tj. Agung Utara, Kec. Lais, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra 30757. The method used in this research is the pre-experimental design experimental method. The research design used in this study was a pre-test and post-test one group design. The population of this study was all of class V at SD Negeri Tasa XI, Lais District, with a total of 26 people. The sample in this study is the existing population or is called a saturated sample (census) of 26 people. Data collection was carried out by conducting shooting tests in soccer games. The analytical method used is the t test with SPSS for windows version 23.00. The results of this study are that there is an effect of zig-zag training on shooting accuracy in soccer games for children of class V SD Negeri Tasa XI, Lais District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students’ perceptions of football games in physical education learning at the junior high school level. Based on (1) students’ perception of knowledge about the game of soccer, (2) perception of the teacher’s teaching style, (3) perception of the media used is easy to use. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The results of this study showed that (1) students’ perception of knowledge about the game of soccer obtained a score of 86.7% with a very good category, (2) the perception of the teacher’s teaching style obtained a score of 82.50% with a good category, (3) perception of the media used obtained a value of 80% with a good category, (4) Student perceptions of the need for the development of football game models in physical education learning obtained a score of 95% with a very positive category. The results of this study show that students’ perceptions of the development of football games in physical education learning at the junior high school level are positive, for that it is necessary to develop football games in physical education learning in order to create innovative and varied learning.
