Abstract

We have already known that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many employees or workers have lost their jobs or been laid off at a productive age. With this background, the DKI Jakarta Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) collaborates with the STIAMI Institute of Social Sciences and Management to provide assistance to SMEs fostered by DKI Jakarta or Jakpreneur, in various fields, and one of them is about making product photos or videos with the aim of increasing sales. This community service activity is called a Consultation Clinic, was carried out boldly during November and December 2021, and consultations were continued via Whatsapp. This was well received by the participants because the material presented was quite simple and easy, so they could immediately apply photo or video products with their existing mobile camera. Participants feel the benefits of this Abdimas activity and they are interested in continuing to work on making product photos and videos.

Abstract

The discussion in this article is about changes in government accounting, a significant change from government accounting in Indonesia is from cash-based accounting to cash-based accounting towards accruals (cash toward accruals), to full accruals. The writing method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach . The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Sources of data were obtained through searching articles related to accounting policies carried out by the government. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the challenges in reforming government accounting policies in Indonesia. The finding of the study that state that the government needs to prepare financial statements in accordance with Law No. 17 of 2003 which refers to Government Accounting Standards (SAP/standar akuntansi pemerintahan). As a derivative of this regulation, the government has issued Government Regulation Number 24 of 2005 which was updated with Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010 concerning Government Accounting Standards (SAP). Practical implications there are , the basis of government accounting records changed from a cash basis to a cash basis to an accrual basis and to a full accrual basis.

Abstract

PT Rama Global is a trading company that carries out preliminary restitution under certain conditions. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the preliminary restitution with certain requirements in the context of tax planning is carried out by PT. Rama Global, how are the obstacles faced in making tax refunds, and what efforts are being made to deal with these obstacles. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. Based on observations, PT Rama Global is an export company that input tax is greater than the output tax. PT Rama Global chose to restitute the tax with preliminary restitution, but there will be some refunds that cannot be withdrawn, so PT Rama Global confirms the transaction with the counterparty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lokusi, ilokusi, tindak perlokusi dan untuk mengetahui tindak tutur apa yang paling dominan dalam pidato Joko Widodo di Sidang Umum PBB tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah video pidato Jokowi Widodo di Sidang Majelis Umum PBB tahun 2020. Data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan pidato Joko Widodo tanggal 23 September 2020 yang diunduh melalui YouTube. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan mengunduh video YouTube Jokowi Widodo. Kemudian, mendengarkan pidato dan menyalin pidato ke dalam bahasa tertulis. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan (1) menyalin data rekaman dalam bahasa tulis, (2) mengklasifikasikan tindak tutur (3) menganalisis data, (4) membuat kesimpulan penelitian. Peneliti menemukan 35 tuturan, yaitu 6 tindak lokusi dan 29 tindak ilokusi. Peneliti tidak menemukan tindak perlokusi. Tindak tutur yang paling dominan dilakukan oleh Joko Widodo adalah tindak tutur lokusi tegas.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the use of authentic materials as a media in teaching short functional text to improve the students’ writing skill and the second one is to find out the students' perceptions towards the use of authentic material in teaching short functional text. The writer used action research to collect the data. There are four steps in conducting action research, they are plan, action, observation, and reflection. These steps were conducted in three cycles. The population of the study is second grade Senior High School students of SMA PGRI Rancaekek Bandung. The sample of this study is the students of IPA 1. The class consists of 28 students. The result of this study shows that the use of authentic material can improve the students’ writing ability. The improvement could be seen from the mean score of writing in every cycle. The mean score of cycle 1 was 68.67, mean score of cycle 2 was 70,92 and the mean score of cycle 3 was 72,03. Authentic material is extremely helpful for the students when they are writing the text. It can be seen from the result of questionnaire, there are 85% students like to use the authentic material in writing announcement text, and 25% students didn’t like it. The writer may conclude that teaching announcement text by using authentic material can be applied in improving students English writing skill.

Abstract

Being able to speak in public, become an MC, and do icebreaking activities are skills that are needed now. These three activities are often used in various events, both formal and informal events, such as seminars, art performance, training, birthdays, inauguration, company gatherings and others. In those activities, people who can speak in public are definitely needed to give speeches, become MCs or do icebreaking, but many people feel less confident about speaking in public due to nervousness, or lack of practice, not used to it, or other reasons. Basically, the ability to speak in public can be learned and trained, the more often we do it, the more skilful and courageous will appear confidently. One form of public speaking activity is the Master of Ceremony (MC), which is an activity to guide an event, including several kinds of Programmes of formal, semi-formal, entertainment, birthday events, talk shows and so on. The opportunity to become an MC or the MC profession is currently very large and can be done by anyone, including students who are still in SMK. Therefore, it is necessary to provide training for students at Said Naum Vocational High School, Central Jakarta with the theme: Public Speaking, Master of Ceremony (MC) and Icebreaking Training in order to increase the self-confidence of Said Naum Vocational School students, Central Jakarta.
