Abstract

Clustering plays an important role in processing big data, making predictions and overcoming anomalies in data, identical characteristics in data sets are grouped using iterative techniques. Because data is always evolving from day to day, very large data sets with little can be identified into interesting patterns by grouping, special methods are needed to handle it. In December 2019 there was an outbreak of acute respiratory syndrome caused by coronavirus 2 infection that occurred in Wuhan and on February 12, 2020, the World Health Organization officially named the disease Corona Virus 2019 (Covid 19). This research will conduct clustering of areas affected by Covid 19 in the City of Bogor. The clustering was done using the K-Means method and dividing the data into 3 clusters, namely the low-impact cluster, the medium-impact cluster and the high-impact cluster. The results showed that from 68 urban villages in the city of Bogor, 45% of the area was in the low-affected category, 35.29% of the area was in the medium-affected category and 19.12% of the area was in the high-affected category.

Abstract

Software quality can be assessed using certain measures and methods, as well as using software testing. ISO is used as one of the benchmarks of software quality that has been created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). Software testing can use metrics to increase productivity, this software is very useful in simplifying the testing process by focusing the programmer on the code quality part of the program. The ability of software to be modified includes correction, improvement or adaptation to changes in the environment, requirements, and functional specifications. Metrics can be used to measure the quality level of a model's program code based on indicators from Chidamber Kemerer (CK) by performing Maintainability Predictions which are tested on the metrics bug prediction found in the eclipse mylyn application which consists of four properties, namely WMC, DIT, NOC, and , RFCs. To be able to help carry out the process of calculating software quality based on CK Metrics on mylyn eclips data using the Mamdani fuzzy inference system, it can prove the classification into Low, Medium, High forms. In this case, the defuzzification method is confirmed using the COA (centre of area) method to determine the final value obtained from the membership function formed from the composition process of all outputs.

Abstract

The increasing number of internet users in Indonesia encourages business actors (traders, distributors, producers) and consumers to choose to conduct buying and selling transactions of goods or services online. This is one of the factors starting the number of online businesses in Indonesia. Starting from online shops, e-commerce, and marketplaces. Marketplace is a place for transactions (between business actors and consumers). The number of marketplace business actors makes each other try to offer the best products, low prices, and other services with the aim of achieving consumer satisfaction in transactions. This research was conducted to measure the quality of service provided by Marketplace developers to customer satisfaction in Bekasi in particular. The method used is Fuzzy Servqual by measuring based on five dimensions of service quality and with the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to measure customer satisfaction. The five dimensions of service quality show the gap negative relationship between the service received and the service expected. Meanwhile, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) produces a value that can be categorized into a "Satisfied" value.
