Abstract

Abstract - Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder in children that causes a child is difficult to interact socially. Currently the number of persons with autism in Indonesia continues to increase, it is not worth the number of doctors able to diagnose accurately and therapists offer a very limited education. In Indonesia in 2010, the number of people with autism is estimated to reach 2.4 million people. It was based on data released by the Central Bureau of Statistics. In that year the population of Indonesia reached 237.5 million people with a growth rate of 1.14 percent. The number of people with autism in Indonesia is estimated to have added about 500 people each year. That requires an expert system using forward chaining, which can help people to know the symptoms experienced by children with autism. This expert system developed web-based, easily accessible, without having to hit the distance and time. With the expert system is expected to help the public and parents in particular in the diagnosis of autism in children. So it can provide therapeutic action, proper handling and treatment.Keyword: Forward Chaining, Autism In Children Abstrak - Autisme merupakan gangguan perkembangan mental pada anak yang menyebabkan seorang anak sulit berinteraksi sosial. Saat ini jumlah penyandang autis di Indonesia terus meningkat, hal ini tidak sebanding dengan jumlah dokter yang mampu mendiagnosa dengan tepat dan terapis berpendidikan khusus yang sangat terbatas. Di Indonesia pada 2010, jumlah penderita autisme diperkirakan mencapai 2,4 juta orang. Hal itu berdasarkan data yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik. Pada tahun tersebut jumlah penduduk Indonesia mencapai 237,5 juta orang dengan laju pertumbuhan 1,14 persen. Jumlah penderita autisme di Indonesia diperkirakan mengalami penambahan sekitar 500 orang setiap tahun. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem pakar dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining, yang dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mengetahui gejala-gejala yang dialami oleh anak penyandang autis. Sistem pakar ini dikembangkan berbasis web sehingga mudah diakses, tanpa harus terbentur jarak dan waktu. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini diharapkan, dapat membantu masyarakat dan orang tua pada khususnya dalam mendiagnosa autis pada anak. Sehingga dapat memberikan tindakan terapi, penanganan dan pengobatan secara tepat.Kata Kunci: Forward Chaining, Autis Pada Anak

Abstract

To reduce the crowds during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bogor City Government implemented an odd-even system for all vehicles in the city of Bogor at the end of the operation. Since the implementation of this policy, many opinions have been conveyed through social media. An analysis is needed to find out how effective the policy is based on public opinion. For this reason, an analysis of the sentiment application of the odd-even system for vehicles in the city of Bogor was carried out during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy, recall, and precision and calculate the amount of emotion obtained from sentiment analysis by using several algorithms for the application and application of selection features that can provide sentiment information related to the effectiveness of the software system in Bogor City. The research stages started from the selection of data, pre-processing, implementation, validation, and evaluation. Based on this research, it can be found that the Support Vector Machine algorithm with the application of Particle Swarm Optimization shows the results of the greatest assessment on the system sentiment analysis test in the city of Bogor during the pandemic with a value of 73.07%. In total, the sentiment of implementing the odd-even system to declare in Bogor City shows an expression of the joy of 45.45%.

Abstract

Abstract - Academic Information System is software intended to process data related to academic information, including data on students, teachers, and lesson schedules. Students and teachers have different access to the Academic Information System that is applied. The level of access in question is adjusted to the needs and level of importance of each system user. At present, academic needs are the main focus in the implementation of academic activities that take place because academic policies in each educational institution experience changes even though these changes do not take place as a whole system, but the changes only revolve around the burden of study, weight, subjects, assessment, and curriculum. The database can be a solution for storing the desired data. If there is a change in the rules regarding the academic system, modifying the database is first done. The objectives to be achieved from making this academic information system, namely to facilitate teachers and students in getting information about school academics such as input grades, absenteeism, and other things needed. In addition, to improve efficiency and effectiveness for students so that they are expected to be able to provide actual information about academic activities.Keywords: analysis, information systems, academic, school, web-based Abstrak - Sistem  Informasi Akademik adalah perangkat lunak yang diperuntukkan untuk mengolah data-data yang berhubungan dengan informasi akademik, meliputi data siswa, guru, dan  jadwal pelajaran. Siswa dan guru mempunyai akses yang berbeda-beda terhadap Sistem Informasi Akademik yang diterapkan. Tingkat  akses  yang  dimaksud  disesuaikan  dengan  kebutuhan  dan  tingkat  kepentingan  dari  tiap-tiap  pengguna sistem. Saat ini, kebutuhan akademik menjadi fokus utama dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan akademik yang berlangsung karena kebijakan akademik di tiap lembaga  pendidikan  mengalami  perubahan walau perubahan  ini  tidak berlangsung secara keseluruhan sistem,  tapi perubahannya hanya berkisar pada beban studi, bobot, matapelajaran, penilaian, dan  kurikulum. Basisdata dapat menjadi solusi untuk penyimpanan data-data yang diinginkan.  Apabila  terjadi  perubahan  aturan  di  mengenai sistem akademik, memodifikasi basisdata yang pertama dilakukan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari pembuatan sistem informasi akademik  ini, yaitu untuk mempermudah guru dan siswa dalam mendapatkan informasi seputar akademik sekolah seperti input nilai, absensi,  dan hal-hal lain yang diperlukan. Selain itu, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas bagi siswa sehingga diharapkan  mampu  memberikan informasi yang aktual tentang kegiatan-kegiatan akademik.Kata kunci: analisa, sistem informasi, akademik, sekolah, berbasis web

Abstract

ABSTRACT - Autism is a disorder in children who have speech and a different way of communicating with other children his age were caused by developmental abnormalities of the nervous system. The term autism was first introduced by Leo Kanner in 1943. It used to autism is considered to be a lifelong disorder that can not be handled, but today many are aware that the handling of the symptoms of autism as early as possible can bring remarkable changes impact on children's development who have it. To check whether a child has autism or not, to use international standards on autism. ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases) in 1993 and DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) in 1994 to formulate criteria for the diagnosis of Autism Infantil with the same content, which is currently used throughout the world. Fuzzy logic can be used in diagnosing autis early childhood. Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) is a model Mamdani Mamdani fuzzy reasoning system that can be applied in the process of diagnosing autis in children of various criteria for patient characteristics. Using a data processing application logic while Mamdani FIS decision support systems using MATLAB toolbox R2011b. Abstract

Membayar pajak merupakan kewajiban bagi seluruh warga negara yang memiliki penghasilan dan sebagai wajib pajak diharuskan memiliki NPWP, pengelolaan pajak pribadi di Indonesia dipercayakan kepada para wajib pajak untuk melaporkan secara pribadi dari tahapan registrasi NPWP sampai pembayaran pajaknya tidak perlu lagi datang ke kantor pajak semua dapat dilakukan secara online.  Melalui wawancara kepada beberapa pihak terkait maka didapatkan data untuk menganalisa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam peningkatan pelayanan pembuatan NPWP bagi para wajib pajak. Diharapkan dengan semakin banyak orang yang paham penggunaan sistem informasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi para calon wajib pajak untuk memiliki NPWP.

Abstract

Ekstrakurikuler merupakan sebuah internal dari suatu proses belajar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa. Ekstrakurikuler merupakan kegiatan di luar sekolah yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menyalurkan potensi yang ada dalam diri siswa. Sistem merupakan kumpulan sub-sub sistem (elemen) yang saling berkolerasi satu dengan yang lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Sistem pendukung keputusan dapat diartikan sebagai suatu sistem yang dirancang yang digunakan untuk mendukung manajemen di dalam pengambilan keputusan. Metode AHP yang digunakan merupakan metode yang mudah dimengerti dan mudah dipelajari oleh orang yang akan menggunakannya. Metode AHP merupakan pengambilan keputusan yang terstruktur. Metode tersebut meliputi proses penilaian kriteria yang dimulai dari pembobotan kriteria untuk dapat mengetahui kepentingan masing-masing kriteria, kemudian kriteria yang dapat menghasilkan alternatif untuk mengetahui bobot tertinggi dari setiap alternatif yang ada. Dengan penerapan metode AHP menghasilkan keputusan yang baik dalam penyelesaian dan perhitungan nilai-nilai kriteria yang dimiliki pelatih ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis, sehingga diketahui hasil yang akurat dalam proses pemilihan pelatih ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis. Penerapan metode AHP dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dapat memudahkan kepala sekolah SMK Pembangunan Jaya-Yakapi dalam menentukan pelatih ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis. Kata Kunci : Ekstrakurikuler, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Metode AHP

Abstract

Teeth are hard parts in the mouth. The tooth has a varied structure that functions as a cutter, renderer and food chewer. If the tooth is not cleaned after eating, it can cause bacteria to appear. Where these bacteria can damage teeth and cause a person to get dental disease. In addition to teeth is a tool for digestion of food, teeth are also a person's appearance. This display is very much needed and someone needs to meet face to face with other people. When cavities, will automatically reduce one's appearance. Moreover, cavities are accompanied by toothache, this can interfere with one's activities in doing work. expert system which is an artificial intelligence program that combines the base of the knowledge base with an inference system to imitate an expert. It is also a system that seeks to adopt human knowledge to computers, so that computers can solve problems as is usually done by experts. Forward Chaining is a decision-making strategy that starts from the fact to the final conclusion. Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masayarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai pembuatan sistem informasi berbasis web. Website informasi merupakan media informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat secara efektif dan efisien dalam penyampaian informasi-informasi yang berhubungan tentang kegiatan Masjid At-Taubah Jakarta. Kegiatan dilakukan secara tatap muka selama satu hari dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan Covid-19. Pelatihan ini lebih menitikberatkan pada kegiatan praktek dibandingkan dengan penjabaran materi. Pelaksanaan pelatihan secara hybird dengan menggunakan media conference dengan materi yang telah disusun sistematis. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan dapat menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki pemahaman yang meningkat terkait manfaat website sebagai sarana atau media informasi dan target luaran berupa publikasi di media elektronik. Kemampuan peserta terkait cara membuat dan mengelola website juga dapat mengalami peningkatan kemampuan menuju SDM unggul.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology, especially in the digital field, has had a huge influence on the development of laptop features and specifications today. With the development of increasingly diverse features and specifications, it often makes users confused in choosing a laptop that suits user needs. Based on this, the authors are interested in creating a decision support system to assist users in choosing a laptop that fits the desired criteria using the Topsis method. The type of data used by the author is primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation of laptop users. The purpose of this study is to assist laptop users in choosing a laptop that suits their needs. There are 10 criteria obtained based on observations and interviews, namely price (C1), RAM (C2), Hard drive (C3), processor (C4), screen size (C5), VGA (C6), battery (C7), Laptop Weight (C8), and Warranty (C9). Secondary data were obtained through literature study and scientific writing related to laptop selection and the TOPSIS method. This research produces output that meets the objectives, which can assist users in choosing the laptop that best suits their needs and can facilitate users in the decision-making process so as to produce accurate, effective and efficient information.
