Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, exchange rates, interest rates and net income on stock prices in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The data used is sourced from annual report data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the websitewww.idx.co.id, and has been selected based on predetermined criteria. The population used in this study were all food and beverage sub-sector companies totaling 23 companies, using a purposive sample obtained as many as 40 samples. With this research, it is hoped that it can become a science to help further researchers and also students or the general public who need a source of information. From this study, it can be seen that inflation, exchange rates partially have no effect and have no significant effect on stock prices in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector while Interest Rates and Net Profits partially have a significant effect on stock prices in the Food and Beverage Sub-sector. Drink. And all variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. The choice of sector in this study is because Indonesia has now entered a more advanced era of globalization, of course there will be many foreign and local immigrants who will definitely need a variety of basic needs, so that many businesses or companies are built on that basis, which makes us intend to research it.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative study has three research focuses, namely (1) What is the school background in organizing a school website at Kefamenanu 1 Public Middle School and Putri St. Junior High School. Xaverius Kefamenanu, (2) How are the steps to use the School website as a Public Relations Facility at Kefamenanu 1 Public Middle School and Putri St. Middle School. Xaverius Kefamenanu and (3) How is the management of SIM management in order to support the function of Husemas activities at Kefamenanu 1 Public Middle School and Putri St. Junior High School. Xaverius Kefamenanu. The fourth finding is that of SMP 1 Kefamenanu and Putri St. Junior High School. Xaverius Kefamenanu has similarities in the form of: (a) attitude towards competition, (b) ideals of using school websites for e-learning media, (c) general content and packaging messages on school websites, (d) the information processing mechanism is not yet implemented , (e) opportunities for workers to attend training. For the differences themselves: (a) availability of human resources with relevant formal education background, (b) availability of supporting facilities and funds, (c) relationship between public relations function and website manager, (d) principal evaluation style, (e) renewal data, (f) variations in the content of information on the website, (g) availability of compensation for managers of school websites, and (h) the role of school principals in administering the website.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Angeline Shoes Medan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan iklan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Angeline Shoes Medan. Keputusan pembelian shoes PT Angeline Shoes Medan terjadi penurunann yang ditandai dengan belum tercapainya target perusahaan yang diakibatkan Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan iklan. Metode penelitian mengunakan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah berjumlah 167 konsumen dan sampel berjumlah 118 konsumen Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling random sampling. Hasil perhitungan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Angeline Shoes Medan, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan Promosi Penjualan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Angeline Shoes Medan dan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan Iklan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Angeline Shoes Medan. Hasil pengujian diperoleh adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan Iklan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Angeline Shoes Medan.

Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen merupakan salah satu hal penting yang perlu dipenuhi oleh perusahaan melalui upaya memberikan kualitas produk yang baik, kualitas pelayanan yang prima serta menangani keluhan dengan cepat dan tanggap.Oleh sebab itu, penelitian dilakukani untuki imengetahuii pengaruhi kualitasi iproduk, ikualitas ipelayanan, idan ikeluhaniterhadap ikepuasan ikonsumen ibaik secara parsial maupun simultan. iMetode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. iPopulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan tetap sebanyak 84, sedangkan pengambilan sampel dengan rumus Slovin sebanyak 83 responden. iTeknik analisis data menggunakan uji F, Uji T, regresi linear berganda dan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20.Hasili datai menunjukkani bahwai secarai parsiali kualitasi produki dani kualitasi pelayanani tidaki berpengaruhi positifi dani signifikani terahdapi kepuasani ikonsumen, sedangkan keluhan berpengaruhi positifi dani signifikani terhadapi kepuasani ikonsumen. Secarai isimultan,I kualitasi iproduk, ikualitasi pelayanani dani keluhani ibersama-samai berpengaruhi positifi dani signifikani terhadapi kepuasani konsumeni idii iPT. iJaya iMandirii iBangunan. iKepuasani konsumeni dapati dijelaskani olehi kualitasi iproduk, ikualitasi pelayanani dani keluhani sebesari 53,10%i dani sisanyai 46,90%i dijelaskani olehi variabeli laini yangi tidaki iditeliti.
