Abstract

Based on observations by DPL and KKN students of Madura University, Blaban Village is located on a plateau of rocks that make it difficult to grow plants. The soil condition of Blaban village is barren and dry during the dry season, during the rainy season the soil is cracked so that it needs water absorption to collect rainwater in the soil and improve the structure of the dry soil during the dry season. With a combination of science from soil structure (Geophysical Science), water supply in the soil (Geophysical Science), liquid fertilizer (Agricultural Science), product processing (Industrial Engineering), quality and quantity management (Industrial Engineering and Management Science), financial management (Economics), marketing management (Industrial and Economic Engineering) even taking care of business licenses (Legal and Administrative Sciences), and online sales using applications (Informatics Engineering). In order to maximize the processing of purple uwi into purple uwi chips in Blaban Village, the initial planting of purple uwi to processing as well as selling purple uwi chips are done through offline and online methods. The results obtained are optimizing the sale of purple uwi crops into purple uwi chips, which has more demand by all consumers in various regions.

Abstract

Rengginang Lorjuk is a typical Madura food that is ordered more by SMEs and is found in Sumenep Regency and several other areas in Madura. This product is made for supplies and orders, where demand will surge at certain times. Therefore, SMEs of Rengginang Lorjuk is required to have good planning in determining the selling price in accordance with the revenue target obtained. Considering that the main raw materials used are sticky rice and ensis leei (lorjuk) are raw materials that have fluctuating prices, this studio compares forecasting methods namely Holt Winter (HW) and Moving Average (MA), supported by MSE and MAPE, in order to obtain accurate forecasting results. These forecasting results show that HW has better accuracy than the MA, which is then used to calculate the cost of production with an Activity-Based Costing system, which requires charging costs for all activities carried out in production, namely the cost of raw materials, direct labor costs, and overhead factory fee. Using MAPE values, this study yields 4 estimates of production costs in accordance with changes in raw material costs.

Abstract

A process in a company or industry will never be separated from the name of the production, production is an important part of the running of a company or industry. This research aims to provide input to the company to be able to calculate the need for future production targets based on previous production data so that the company can prepare all production needs. Production can also be interpreted as an activity to increase the use of goods and benefits in fulfilling daily activities. In practice, a person or business entity that carries out production activities is called a producer. Producers produce goods to be sold to meet the needs of others and theirindividuals. Production activities, there is an activity of processing raw materials into semi-finished materials, and then proceeding from semi-finished materials to finished materials. Therefore, a separate focus is needed to determine the amount of production, output, and input that is done. One thing that can be done is knowing up to calculating the needs of all processes to the production target. While the focus of production activities from the production system to inventory is First, forecasting is important and foremost. Second, inventory control is very important in the production system for inventory, especially in planning the purchase and delivery of raw materials and components. Third, the production of large quantities of inventory items is more structured.

Abstract

The balancing of production lines is necessary to increase company’s efficiency and effectiveness to utilize the optimal production facilities. Insufficient balancing of production lines causes idle time in the form of bottleneck or delay. To ensure finishing product on time, company needs to consider live production lines. This work aimed to develop production line plan of PT. Madura Guano Industry In Bangkalan. Design of line balancing needs the processing data, processing times, and total output which resulted in a particular time. The data were analyzed using the Ranked Positional Weight and Region Approach method to determine effectiveness of work station, so that it could generate a minimum balance delay and rising work efficiency. Both methods produced the same results were decreasing balance delay (80% to 40%) and increasing work efficiency (20% to 60%) were noticed. The increasing of work efficiency resulted in an optimal production process.

Abstract

Komoditas agrikultur terutama di Kabupaten Pamekasan, hasil produksinya beberapa diantaranya tidak konstan dan mengalami pertumbuhan  secara negatif dikarenakan beberapa faktor penghambat seperti kondisi alam dan animo sumber daya manusia yang terlibat didalamnya. Di sisi lain pertumbuhan produk berbahan baku dari komoditas ini semakin meningkat sehingga perlu dilakukan pemetaan dengan metode clustering menggunakan K-Means Algorithm, guna menentukan tingkat potensi unggulan di masing-masing wilayah atau, sehingga supplier-supplier bahan baku pada komoditas ini dapat diidentifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkatan potensi pada komoditas agrikultur yaitu pertanian, perkebunan dan perikanan di masing-masing kecamatan dibedakan menjadi 3 cluster yaitu Potensi Tinggi, Potensi Sedang dan Potensi Rendah. Adapun data yang dilibatkan pada sektor pertanian dan perkebunan adalah 13 kecamatan, sedangkan pada sektor perikanan sebanyak 6 kecamatan dikarenakan tidak semua kecamatan berada pada wilayah pesisir. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan para pelaku industri dapat menentukan supplier yang tepat sesuai kebutuhan akan ketersediaan bahan baku yang ada.Kata kunci : Potensi Unggulan, K-Means, Clustering, Supplier.

Abstract

Pengembangan dan pembudidayaan jagung diperlukan seiring dengan meningkatnya konsumsi bahan makanan dan kebutuhan industri terutama produk makanan yang berbahan baku jagung. Dalam pengembangan jagung di Indonesia, kendala utamanya adalah gangguan Organisme Pengganggu Tanaman (OPT) utamanya penyakit, salah satunya adalah penyakit bulai. Penyakit ini dapat diketahui dengan terjadinya perubahan warna, sehingga diperlukan sebuah cara untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara warna daun sehat dan warna daun yang telah berubah akibat terserang penyakit bulai tersebut. Salah  satu  solusi  yang  bisa digunakan adalah  pengolahan citra. Oleh sebab itu tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeteksi penyakit bulai berdasarkan warna daun pada tanaman jagung berbasis pengolahan citra digital, untuk menghasilkan hasil yang tepat dan objektif. Algoritma yang digunakan adalah algoritma K-Means Clustering. Penelitian ini menggunakan data latih sebanyak 50 citra dan data uji sebanyak 25 citra. Berdasarkan simulasi tingkat identifikasi penyakit bulai menggunakan K-Means Clustering mencapai tingkat akurasi 85%.Kata Kunci: pengolahan citra, segmentasi, K-Mean clustering

Abstract

The development and cultivation of corn is necessary in line with the increasing consumption of food ingredients and industrial needs, especially food products made from corn. In the development of maize in Indonesia, the main obstacle is the disturbance of Plant Pest Organisms (OPT), especially diseases, one of which is downy mildew. This disease can be identified by a change in color, so we need a way to find out the difference between the color of healthy leaves and the color of leaves that have changed due to downy mildew. One solution that can be used is image processing. Therefore the aim of this study was to detect downy mildew based on leaf color in corn plants based on digital image processing, to produce precise and objective results. The algorithm used is the K-Means Clustering algorithm. This study uses 50 images of training data and 25 images of test data. Based on the simulation of downy mildew disease identification using K-Means Clustering it achieves an accuracy rate of 85%.
