Abstract

Selain berdasarkan review langsung dari beauty influencer, minat beli juga dipengaruhi oleh citra merek suatu produk. Semakin baik citra yang ditampilkan produk, maka minat beli konsumen semakin meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil analisis mengenai pengaruh dari review influencer dan brand image suatu produk terhadap jumlah minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan menyebarkan survei menggunakan Google Form secara online. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambil sampel yaitu non probability sampling. Hasil tersebut dinyatakan berdasarkan skor rata-rata perhitungan yaitu 4,16. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dengan menggunakan influencer sebagai endoser, produk skincare telah membuat pilihan yang sangat cocok dan sesuai sehingga banyak konsumen yang menyukainya. Citra merek memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap minat pembelian suatu produk skincare. Hasil tersebut dinyatakan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan skor rata-rata yaitu 4,19. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, brand image sebuah produk sangat menguntungkan dan memberikan hasil yang positif bagi banyak konsumen.

Abstract

Service activities are based on the need for marketing mix formulation counseling to increase business turnover in new businesses. Referring to the conditions in the field, it is necessary to provide solutions in the form of training, counseling and discussions involving the clinical management and all of its employees to provide enlightenment, understanding, guidance and development of business potential. This training is expected to complement the knowledge and skills of the management and employees of beauty clinics in Pekanbaru in implementing various strategies that can be used to increase business turnover. The first session includes counseling on marketing mix theory (7P Marketing Mix). The second session includes counseling on Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning. The third session includes counseling about marketing strategies. The fourth session includes counseling on business management. With the completion of this service, participants can create a good marketing strategy to be able to increase the turnover of the beauty clinic business.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is the main asset in company development, where work discipline and occupational health and safety (K3) are important factors that influence employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and K3 on employee performance at PT XYZ Pekanbaru. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey of 89 employees selected using probability sampling techniques. The results of the regression analysis show that work discipline and K3 have a significant influence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously, with a contribution of 73.3% to employee performance.
