Abstract

The workload in technology and information is high, so demands for performance and productivity are inevitable. Especially in providing services, bringing quality is a must. The company, which is engaged in network and application development, is aware of this. In fact, this research was conducted to reveal information about the factors that influence the performance of employees in the field of technology and information. So that it can be stated the efforts to repair and increase it. To prove this, a quantitative approach was used, this was done so that it was easy to get data and could provide a picture that was easier to understand. The sample technique used is simple random, with the number of respondents 67. There is also a way to collect data, do the distribution of questionnaires. The data obtained, then analyzed with regression techniques. From the research results, it is known that an effective work model for improving the performance of IT employees is flexible working hours. This means that the type of IT work tends to spend a lot of time, so giving freedom in terms of working time is an effective way to increase morale and work productivity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Disiplin kerja kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada J&T Express Cabang Meruya Utara Jakarta Barat baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang  digunakan adalah sampling jenuh yaitu menggunakan sampel sebanyak 69 responden dari seluruh populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah  uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisisen determinasi, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial,  ditunjukkan oleh  persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 2.677 + 0.630X1, dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,787 artinya hubungan sangat kuat.  Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai (thitung 3.668 < ttabel 1.66792)  dan diperkuat oleh nilai ρ value < Sig.0,05 atau signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 6.247 + 1.055 X2. dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,768 artinya hubungan kuat.  Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesisi diperoleh nilai (thitung 2.770 > ttabel 1.66792)dan diperkuat oleh nilai  ρ value < Sig.0,05 atau nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,004 < 0,05). Hasil penelitian  Stres Kerja dan Disiplin kerja  secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada J&T Express Cabang Meruya Utara Jakarta Barat ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi regresi linear berganda Y = 0.924+ 0.387X1 + 0.499X2. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh nilai (Fhitung 63.917 > F tabel 2.74) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil uji koefisien determinasi variabel Stres Kerja dan Disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 66,0% terhadap kinerja karyawan pada J&T Express Cabang Meruya Utara Jakarta Barat. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terbukti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara Stres Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin kerja kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan(Y).Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja dan Disiplin kerja Kerja Terhadap  Kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on employee performance at PT Matra Adhiraya Nusantara West Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques in this research include distributing questionnaires to all employees and the data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and partial hypothesis testing ( t) and simultaneous (F). The results of the research show that leadership style and work discipline influence employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 2.020 + 0.618 X1 + 0.339 > t table or 7.239>1.993 then Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. Partially, Work Discipline influences employee performance with the results of the t test > t table or 4.098> 1.993, so Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the calculated f value is > f table or 166.099 > 3.120, so Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. It can be concluded that the research results show that Leadership Style and Work Discipline influence employee performance at PT Matra Adhiraya Nusantara, West Jakarta.
