Abstract

Kampung Babakan Cikeruh is a slope or ridge area , a few years ago this area did not experience any difficulty in water availability because the land had not yet changed its function, Since the development of the land conversion function as a housing area, it has caused a decrease in the ground water level in the dry season, so that it becomes a problem for residents because residents rely on wells to be a source of water for household needs every day. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to have groundwater conservation measures at the study site, so that groundwater level subsidence is not deep. The research methodology used to identify the problem, then determine the scope of the problem, conduct a literature review that is relevant to the problem under study, so that the formulation of the theoretical framework, hypotheses and conceptual concepts of the solution to the problem being examined, then make the method of conducting research including determining the location, gathering data and analysis, so as to produce solutions to the problems studied and researchers will provide conclusions. The researcher provides a solution in the form of leach absorption wells, and from 10 wells examined, the researcher makes infiltration wells that are between 3 adjacent wells and the results obtained 3 wells have a stable ground water level in the dry season. the conclusion is the effort to conserve water to maintain the stability of the ground water level in the dry season by making infiltration wells.

Abstract

This environmentally sound behavior is conveyed through giving courses on sustainability. The purpose of this study is to determine differences in environmental behavior, environmental imagine and environmental protection between students who receive courses on sustainability and students who do not. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection using a survey method through distributing questionnaires. The population used is students from the Faculty of Business as students who receive the subject of sustainability (in one subject, namely the Sustainability and Business subject) and students from the Engineering faculty (not from the Environmental Engineering study program), the computing faculty and the humanities faculty who do not get a special subject regarding sustainability. Samples were chosen deliberately with the criteria being President University students. The collected data were analyzed using the chi-square test to show significant differences regarding environmental behavior, environmental imagine and environmental protection. The results obtained indicate that there is no difference in environmental imagine and environmental protection between student that ever have sustainability subject and the student had not. In environmental behavior, several statements showed the differences and some not, such as witness burning rubbish, wasting of food, wasting of electricity and animal abuse.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemberlakuan pembatasan aktivitas masyarakat di masa pandemi berdampak pada kinerja petani yang menghadapi tantangan, khususnya di bidang logistik seperti proses perolehan benih padi. Hambatan tersebut mempengaruhi ketersediaan pangan nasional serta kualitas pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat. Ketahanan pangan sangat penting bagi keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), penduduk diperkirakan sebanyak 294,1 juta orang pada tahun 2030 dan tentu hal ini akan berpengaruh pada kebutuhan pangan masyarakat meningkat seiring dengan pertambahan jumlah penduduk. Akibatnya, di era new normal, diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan produksi beras dan menciptakan ketersediaan pangan nasional yang baik. Pemanfaatan teknologi budidaya SALIBU merupakan salah satu inovasi lanjutan sistem padi ratun yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas padi dan petani. Teknologi SALIBU digunakan dengan memotong tunggul padi dua kali setelah panen tanpa melalui proses pengolahan tanah dan penanaman kembali benih karena terjadi pertumbuhan vegetatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan budidaya penerapan teknologi SALIBU dalam aplikasi pertanian. Dengan demikian diharapkan produksi beras akan lebih efektif untuk menjamin ketahanan pangan nasional di era new normal. Metode pengumpulan data studi kasus dan analisis tinjauan pustaka digunakan dalam penelitian, yang kemudian ditelaah menggunakan metode kontributif. Menurut penelitian, penerapan teknologi SALIBU mampu meningkatkan produksi beras di wilayah Sumbar sebesar 8,9t/ha sekaligus menghemat biaya sebesar 45 persen, sehingga dapat menjadi penunjang keberhasilan ketahanan pangan nasional di era new normal. era dan mendorong kebangkitan ekonomi nasional. Penerapan teknologi SALIBU sangat tepat dilakukan di desa Cimekar yang sebagian besar penduduknya berprofesi sebagai petani dan padi merupakan komoditas pangan utama. Abstract The implementation of restrictions on community activities in the pandemic has an impact on the performance of farmers who face challenges, particularly in logistics such as the process of obtaining rice seeds. This impediment affects the availability of national food as well as the quality of the community's economic development. Food security is critical to national economic development success. According to the Central Bureau of National Statistics (BPS), an additional population of 294,1 million people is expected in 2030. People's food requirements increase as the population grows. As a result, in the new normal era, the right strategy is required to increase rice production and create good national food availability. The use of SALIBU cultivation technology is one of the advanced innovations of the ratoon rice system that can increase rice and farmer productivity. The SALIBU technology is used by double cutting the rice stump after harvesting without going through the soil processing process and replanting the seeds because vegetative growth occurs. The purpose of this research is to determine the viability of cultivating the application of SALIBU technology in agricultural applications. As a result, it is anticipated that it will be more effective in producing rice to ensure national food security in the new normal era. The case study data collection method and literature review analysis were used in the research, which was then reviewed using the contributive method. According to the research, the application of SALIBU technology was able to increase rice production in the West Sumatra area by 8.9t/ha while saving costs by 45 percent, so it can be a support for the success of national food security in the new normal era and encourage national economic revival. The application of SALIBU technology is particularly appropriate in Cimekar village, where most of the population works as farmers and rice is the main food commodity.

Abstract

Masalah yang akan diselesaikan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan produktivitas jambu kristal pada lahan tidur yang ada di sekitar bantaran sungai Cilemahabang Bekasi. Kegiatan budidaya jambu kristal dilakukan secara mandiri oleh petani setempat. Permasalahan yang muncul pada produktivitas jambu kristal di lahan tersebut adalah kelangkaan air irigasi pada musim kemarau, sehingga sangat mengganggu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jambu kristal. Solusi yang akan diberikan bersifat multidisiplin ilmu yaitu gabungan disiplin ilmu Teknik Informatika dan ilmu teknik sipil. Solusi yang yang ditawarkan selain untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, yaitu menekan biaya pemenuhan air irigasi lahan, mengurangi polusi, dan ramah lingkungan. Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan purwarupa otomatisasi dengan menggunakan sumber energi dari matahari untuk pompa air menggunakan metodologi rekayasa keteknikan yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi di lapangan.

Abstract

Remaja adalah usia yang sangat riskan sekali dalam mengenal kehidupan sosial diluar rumah karena banyak hal baru yang akan ditemukan dalam kehidupan sosial di luar rumah, dan jika kontrol yang rendah dari orang tua maka dapat memicu tindakan kenakalan remaja, sehingga akan terjadi tindakan yang berbeda. Tindakan kenakalan remaja seperti berbohong kepada orang tua, merokok di luar rumah, suka mengeluarkan kata-kata kotor/cemoohan kepada teman lainnya. Sejak merebaknya virus Covid-19 di Indonesia awal tahun 2020 memaksa pemerintah merubah metode pendidikan menjadi online, dab hal ini memaksa orang tua untuk memenuhi kelengkapan belajar online dipenuhi, namun fasilitas belajar tidak dimanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk belajar online, karena sebagian besar waktu kosongnya untuk permainan online. Hal ini merupakan tindakan kenakalan remaja dan perlu dicari jalan keluarnya. Seperti yang terjadi di RW 14 Kampung Babakan Cikeruh Cimekar Cileunyi dan bersama komunitas karang taruna dirangkulah anak-anak remaja dalam kegiatan positif, seperti 1). Menarik iuran sampah, 2). Membantu dalam mengkordinir penjadwalan dan pengumpulan sampah, 3). Mensosilisasikan pentingnya protokol kesehatan dan penyemprotan disinfektan. Kegiatan diatas dapat mengurangi tindakan kenakalan remaja, dan mereka dapat belajar secara langsung mengenai apa yang harus dilakukan dalam bermasyarakat dan bagaimana melakukannya agar dapat memberikan kontribusi yang nyata bagi masyarakat

Abstract

Pengembangan wilayah industri menciptakan beberapa lahan yang tidak dikelola untuk menjadiproduktif, alasannya adalah karena letak geografisnya, karena luasnya, atau karena alasan lainnya, sehingga lahan tersebut menjadi lahan tidur. Seperti pengembangan kawasan industri Jababeka, dimana ada beberapa titik lahan tidur salah satunya adalah yang berada di bantaran sungai Cilemahabang Desa Mekarmukti Cikarang Utara. Melihat lahan yang tidak dimanfaatkan, maka warga masyarakat sekitar memanfaatkan lahan tersebut untuk budidaya hortikultura dan jambu kristal. Masalah yang muncul dari lahan tidur tersebut adalah terkendalanya pemenuhan kebutuhan air irigasi ketika musim kemarau. Langkah yang sudah dilakukan petani dalam memenuhi penyediaan air irigasi adalah dengan menggunakan pompa dengan menggunakan BBM, awalnya penggunaan pompa merupakan solusi alternatif yang cocok, namun karena biaya operasinalnya yang cukup besar, maka petani menjadi mengeluh. Setelah dilakukan observasi dan survey dilapangan, maka solusi alternatif yang coba ditawarkan kepada petani di lahan tidur tersebut yaitu menggunakan panel surya sebagai sumber listrik penggerak pompa untuk memindahkan air sungai Cilemahabang, kemudian didistribusikan ke lahan tidur.

Abstract

Youth is an agent of change for a region, but if youth are affected by the environment and technology, then youth will not be able to make a good contribution to the region, therefore in order for youth to be more productive, it is necessary to be guided, nurtured and directed. As happened to the youth in RW 14 Kampung Babakan CIkeruh, Cimekar Village, Cileunyi Bandung, where most of the youth have been influenced by gadgets and wrong associations. Shifting the role of youth from being productive, there needs to be intensive assistance and empowerment, so that they are able to contribute to their region. In order to be able to assist and empower youth, it is necessary to use a participatory method for youth through youth organizations. The participatory method used is a participatory action study, this method is a research method that uses action/experience steps, reflection, integration, and planning. The use of the participatory study-action method aims to build awareness of youth youth groups in road construction, and through mentoring and empowering youth youth organizations it is hoped that they will be able to realize the wishes of the residents, namely the realization of good and decent roads. proposals for road construction/remediation activities with a length of 50 m and a width of 3 m which are integrated with infiltration wells that function as artificial recharge for dug wells to become a source of clean water for residents around the road. funds for the implementation of its development by exploring the potential around the RW 14 area. By utilizing the existing potential, both the potential of natural resources and the potential of human resources, the road is realized. After the implementation of the work, the youth were directed to compile an accountability report as proof of transparency with the citizens. The results of the mentoring and empowerment of RW 14 youth organizations in general gave a significant change for RW 14 youth youth organizations who initially only played gadgets to become youths who were able to make a real contribution to their area, namely being able to realize the dreams of the community by implementing road construction with concrete rebates.
