Abstract

Dismenore adalah rasa sakit atau nyeri hebat pada bagian bawah perut yang terjadi saat wanita mengalami siklus menstruasi. Desain penelitian menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswi Akbid Al-Su’aibah Palembang sebanyak 56 mahasiswi, dengan sampel penelitian ini adalah total populasi. Distribusi frekuensi responden yang mengalami dismenore sebanyak 37 responden (66,1%) dan tidak mengalami dismenore sebanyak 19 responden (33,9%). Distribusi frekuensi responden yang berpengetahuan kurang sebanyak 35 responden (62,5%) dan yang berpengetahaun baik sebanyak 21 responden (37,5%). Distribusi frekuensi responden yang bersikap negatif sebanyak 30 responden (54,6%) dan yang bersikap positif sebanyak 26 responden (46,4%). Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan terhadap kejadian dismenore pada remaja putri. Dengan demikian terbukti secara statistik dimana ρ value ≤ 0,05 didapat ρ value: 0,011 ≤ 0,05. Dan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap dengan kejadian dismenore pada remaja putri. Dengan demikian terbukti secara statistik dimana ρ value ≤0,05, didapat ρ value: 0,037 ≤ 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada mahasiswi lebih meningkatkan status kesehatan melalui penyuluhan untuk memperoleh informasi kesehatan reproduksi terutama tentang dismenore.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Early childhood is a child who has just been born until the age of 6 years. This age is a very determining age in the formation of a child's character and personality. Early age is the age where children experience rapid growth and development. Early age is referred to as golden age. This research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subjects in this research were the school principal, class teachers, parents of students. In the data collection process, researchers used interview methods, observation, data documentation and analysis, data display, data reduction, data conclusion. Meanwhile, the data validity test used in the research is a credibility test using triangulation techniques. The aim of this research is to determine: (1) Nutritional intake of children aged 4-5 years at TKIT ASRI (2) Gross motor development of children aged 4-5 years at TK IT ASRI (3) Methods used to develop gross motor skills of children aged 4 -5 years at TKIT ASRI.From the research results, it can be concluded that: (1) The nutritional intake or food that is often given to children 4-5 years old is healthy food such as 4 healthy 5 perfect food, (2) Children at TKIT ASRI are active children. This can be seen from the characteristics of children whose motor skills are developing according to the Indonesian Ministry of Health (3). Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding for babies aged 0-6 months has a great contribution to the growth and development and immunity of babies which can help prevent various childhood diseases, especially gastric, airway and asthma disorders in children. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and age to exclusive breastfeeding. The research method used in this study is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study is all mothers who have babies aged 7-12 months who visited RB Asri Palembang in 2023 with a research sample of 40 respondents taken using an accidental sampling technique. The results of the study were obtained from 40 respondents who gave exclusive breastfeeding as many as 21 respondents (52.5%) while mothers who did not give exclusive breastfeeding were 19 people (47.5%), mothers with good knowledge as many as 22 respondents (55.0%) while mothers with poor knowledge were 18 people (45.0%), and mothers with the age of 20-35 years as many as 21 people (52.5%) while mothers with the age of <20 years and >35 years were 19 people (47.5%). The results of the statistical test found that there was a meaningful relationship between maternal knowledge and age and exclusive breastfeeding at RB Asri Palembang in 2023.
