Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Tiga Raksa Satria, Tbk mulai bulan maret sampai bulan mei 2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Tiga Raksa Satria Tbk Makassar yang berjumlah 120 orang, yang terdiri atas Laki-laki 76 orang dan Perempuan 44 orang. Pemilihan sampel untuk penelitian ini dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling yaitu populasi yang dijadikan sampel adalah populasi yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu dengan tujuan agar sampel yang diambil bisa lebih representatif dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Dalam penelitian ini, angket yang digunakan yaitu angket tertutup dan langsung sehingga responden tinggal memilih jawaban yang telah tersedia untuk mendapatkan informasi dan angket diberikan secara langsung kepada responden dalam hal ini adalah karyawan dan karyawati non manajerial pada PT. Tiga Raksa Satria Tbk Makassar Hasil analisis koefisien regresi yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dimana dengan adanya kenaikan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja maka akan mempengaruhi peningkatan kepuasan kerja bagi setiap karyawan khususnya pada PT. Tiga Raksa Satria Tbk Makassar dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian regresi maka dapat diketahui bahwa variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Tiga Raksa Satria Tbk Makassar adalah kompensasi, hal ini disebabkan karena kompensasi mempunyai nilai koefisien beta yang terbesar jika dibandingkan dengan lingkungan kerja, selain itu variabel kompensasi memiliki nilai probabilitas yang lebih kecil dari lingkungan kerja, dimana semakin kecil nilai probabilitas maka pengaruhnya semakin besar. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, kinerja. ABSTRACK The research was conducted at PT. Tiga Raksa Satria Tbk began in March until May 2018. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Tiga Raksa Satria Tbk Makassar totaling 120 people, consisting of 76 men and 44 women. Selection of the samples for this study conducted in purposive sampling that the sampled population is a population that meet certain criteria in order for the samples taken can be more representative with predetermined criteria. In this study, a questionnaire used is closed and direct questionnaire so that respondents can just choose the answers that have been provided for information and questionnaires given directly to the respondent in this case is non-managerial employees and an employee at PT. Tiga Raksa Satria Tbk Makassar The results of the regression coefficient analysis that has been done shows that the compensation and work environment has positive and significant effect to employee job satisfaction. Where the presence of compensation increase and the working environment will affect the increase in job satisfaction for all employees, especially at PT. Tiga Raksa Satria Tbk Makassar and based on the results of regression testing it can be seen that the most dominant variable effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Tiga Raksa Satria Tbk Makassar is compensation, it is because the compensation has a beta coefficient of the largest value when compared with the work environment, in addition to the variable compensation has a smaller probability value from the work environment, where the smaller the probability value, the effect is greater. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai oleh pihak PT. Mensa Bina Sukses Makassar. Metode analisis perhitungan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dimana untuk mencari tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan serta keterkaitan atau hubungan antara kedisiplinan karyawan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, serta menggunakan perhitungan analisis kualitatif untuk mencari pengaruh kedisiplinan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari hasil menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif didapatkan dari nilai pengaruh yang tinggi sebesar Y = 8,55 + 0,83 X, dimana ada pengaruh antara kedisiplinan dan kinerja karyawan. Dan sebagai masukan bagi perusahaan untuk lebih menegaskan kepada karyawannya dimana  kesadaran disiplin kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran persediaan terhadap Return On Assets pada PT. Indo Acidatama, Tbk. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan yakni regresi linear sederhana, uji korelasi (r), uji determinasi (r2) dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi linier sederhana dengan nilai Y = -0,049 + 0,039X, koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,902, koefisien determinasi (r2) = 0,813, uji thitung3,614 > ttabel2,353. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Assets pada PT. Indo Acidatama, Tbk. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.

Abstract

This research explores the MSME empowerment model carried out by mosque managers. The study was designed using a qualitative method. The research design used an interpretive paradigm to describe and understand social situations, interactions, and the role of the research object's actions in empowering the community's economy. Ernams in Robiatul argues that the interpretive paradigm is a social system that interprets behaviour in detail by directly observing. The approach used in this study is phenomenological. The object of this research is the Great Mosque of Sidrap and several other mosques. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The study results show that the MSME empowerment model carried out by mosque managers is by building a sharia cooperative system using the concept of profit sharing. Sharia cooperatives based on the type of savings and loan business can be implemented using the idea of mudharabah, and sharia cooperatives based on the type of product business or the sale of staple goods can be implemented using the musyarakah concept. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return On Assets at PT. Bank Mega, Tbk. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is a secondary data source. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient (r), coefficient of determination (r2), F test and t test. The results showed the value of the regression equation Y= - 5.685+0.183X1+0.060X2, the correlation value (r) was 0.989, the determination value (r2) was 0.979, the t-test b1 was 9.389>2.91999, this shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets and the t b2 test is 5.981>2.91999, this shows that Loan to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets. The results of the F test are 46.522>9.55, this indicates that Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio together have a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets at PT. Abstract

The Effect of Capital Structure on Asset Growth and Firm Value in Property and Real Estate Sector Service Companies in 2014 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure on asset growth and firm value in the property and real estate sectors. The population of this study is the property and real estate sector service companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 totaling 42 companies. The sampling method used is a non-probability sampling approach, namely saturated sample. Data analysis method using Warp –PLS 5.0. The results of the study found that the relationship between capital structure and company value was negative and significant. The relationship between capital structure and firm value mediated by asset growth is negative and significant. Abstract

Meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang berdasarkan syariat Islam terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 8 dari 11 Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sample. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mendownload laporan keuangan tahunan bank umum syariah sehingga dari laporan keuangan tahunan tersebut dapat diperoleh informasi pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berdasarkan Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) yang terdiri dari 38 item yang diukur dengan melihat perbandingan antara jumlah item yang diungkapkan dengan jumlah item Islamic Social Reporting, adapun kinerja keuangan dilihat dari nilai Return on Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) masing-masing perusahaan. Analisis jalur digunakan untuk melihat hubungan langsung pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berdasarkan Islamic Social Reporting terhadap kinerja keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbankan syariah di Indonesia belum menerapkan pelaporan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berdasarkan konsep Islam dimana hasil tertingginya adalah 84%. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether motivation and work experience affect the productivity of employee performance at PT. Aman Sejahtera Global This data collection uses a quantitative approach and primary data sources in the form of questionnaires distributed to the entire study population using a purposive sampling method. The population is all employees of PT. Aman Sejahtera Global, while the sample is 30 people, has also been tested regression and correlation, analysis methods and hypothesis testing. The data analysis method uses multiple regression techniques. The results showed that there was no partial positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance productivity. However, there is a positive and significant effect of work experience on employee performance productivity. This shows that motivation has no effect on employee performance productivity but work experience has a significant positive effect on employee performance productivity at PT. Aman Sejahtera Global

Abstract

A restaurant is a place or building organized commercially, which provides good service to all its consumers in the form of food and drinks. Where customer satisfaction must be able to meet customer satisfaction. The level of customer satisfaction can be measured by comparing consumer expectations regarding the desired service quality with the reality received and felt. At this time, culinary development is seen very rapidly, because urban areas have many strategic areas for restaurants. This design plans a western food restaurant that focuses on Canggu regional culinary delights, strategically located near Batu Mejan Beach. The purpose of writing this research is to determine customer satisfaction at the Sensorium Bali Restaurant. I took 8 respondents who had been determined. The research method used is qualitative research, data collection techniques are carried out using interviews and observations. From the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that customer satisfaction is determined by the quality of service shown in the aspects of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assumrance and Emphaty in restaurants.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and describe the implementation of human resource development, obstacles, and efforts to overcome the obstacles faced in implementing human resource development at the KPU Jembrana Regency. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The selection of informants used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is an interactive data analysis technique where data analysis is carried out interactively and continues continuously until completion. The results of the research show that the human resource development that has been carried out by the KPU Jembrana Regency includes: Recruitment of employees who are tailored to their work experience, education and training in accordance with organizational needs, and career development for all members by providing training, transfer and promotion opportunities in accordance with organizational capabilities and needs. Obstacles faced by the Jembrana. Regency KPU in developing human resources include: Lack of employees, not having definite HR standards, costs and time, and communication that is not running well. Efforts made by the KPU Jembarana Regency to overcome existing obstacles in human resource development include: Increasing the quality of productive human resources and their equitable distribution, Prioritizing HR capabilities that are in line with technological advances, Prioritizing HR standards that are in accordance with organizational culture and prioritizing communication and work with the team, and collaborating with the KPU Provincial to provide training and development.
